First of all, the location is really good. It seems a little far from the subway station, but it's actually close. It's nice that you can use both Tottenham Court Road Station, which is close to the airport, and Oxford Station, which is connected to all tourist attractions. It's a little noisy in the evening, but I think it's unavoidable considering the location. It's clean. The bed, towels, and kitchen were all clean, and the sofa bed was comfortable. The laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and dishes were all satisfactory. I stayed for 7 days and cooked with ingredients I bought from M&S Food, which was nearby, and it was so delicious. When taking the subway, you definitely pass by M&S Food, so I used it conveniently every evening. When there were issues, they were resolved right away, and since the host runs several accommodations, I felt that they were professional. Even if I go back to London, I think I'll stay there again. I recommend it!

A very nice apartment in a creative neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very comfy and perfectly sized. You can walk to Fritzrovia, Soho and many attractions around.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is ideally located for a few days of sightseeing. The check-in instructions are very clear. We found the apartment very easily, and the accommodation was very clean.

I booked this the day Iran was bombed. Within hours I asked for a refund as all flights from Australia had been cancelled. They sent me running between them and Airbnb and wouldn’t refund me. Then I kept getting all of the originations of check in, cleaning, ID etc despite them being aware I wasn’t coming.

Half an hour after arriving we had a knock on the door from a representative from Frankie Says (host company) saying that they have had a complaint from the people upstairs saying we are making too much noise. We asked what type of noise as we have only just arrived. The very rude representative said did we have a washing machine going? I said we have only just arrived around 30 mins ago. With that he said keep the noise down. Even if it was a washing machine it would be their responsibility. I actually don’t think anyone was upstairs apart from him. As he went upstairs and let himself into the accommodation. Apart from the representative of Frankie Says this did tarnish our 2 day birthday celebration as for the wooden flooring we were too scared to even walk around the apartment. We ended up whispering for the duration of our stay. The description on Airbnb states “this is someone’s home”. it’s a rental property business. So their properties are not residential homes.

Nice and clean place but not for 4 people. Amazing location in a very central spot !!! Communication with Frankie says particularly problematic. We ended up getting in 45 minutes late because we didn't even have the exact address of the place. Even the wifi name and code had been given wrong. Except for the location and space, it was my worst experience on airbnb

Nice apartment, room is quiet and bed is comfortable. The street is quiet. Located 15 minutes walk from Picadilly, 5 minutes from the metro station. We thought it was a great location for our stay.

It was indeed one of my best stays! The location deserves 10 starts I would like to stay there again! Close to great locations and was close to most of my list! The only challenge we faced was finding the door, the location stopped us maybe 50 meters away from the location even when we tried checking it from three different phones. I would suggest that picture would be sent with the next door restaurant for easy locating not only the map. Other than that, the experience was great! Highly recommended!
