Very central location. Everything is literally around the corner, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee places, museums you name it. Also there are loads of squares and small parks to have that morning jog, which I enjoyed daily. The host left plenty of bin bags, washing machine and dishwasher capsules which was really helpful as many hosts doesn’t leave you a thing and then you end up baying that. So it was really nice touch. Also communication with host was very smooth and they replied really fast. Highly recommend staying with Frankie’s, pros in their thing!

Very comfortable place, excellent location, I always come to London, but this time this apartment surprised me positively. Very cozy and comfortable room, new kitchen items and comfortable bedroom bed with good quality bedding. I have nothing to complain about the accommodation! On the contrary, only praise! The building itself is also well organized and clean. Apartment with heaters working perfectly, and if necessary the windows open and a good wind enters!

Highly recommended. We spent a week in London in this small but functional and well-equipped and serviced apartment. Too bad about the broken lift. Nice view. Even the bathroom with a window. A bit of a draft from the old windows. But overall, an excellent location and great views of a park full of squirrels near the British Museum. A pleasant 15-minute walk to Covent Garden and a 20-minute walk to Piccadilly. The apartment is warm, bright and well equipped. Frankie is always available and very quick to respond, perfect check-in and check-out

The elevator is broken. My family stayed in the building. It's a problem with the building. We almost missed the plane. There are no stairs. You can walk up. The house is on the 2nd floor. It may be a little small for 4 people if you are going to do shopping and unpack bags.

I thought about it for a few days and decided to study this review.What I want to say is that the listing itself is okay, from the design to the cleanliness, the hardware basically meets the requirements, but the service is really hard to describe!First of all, on the day of check-in, I had to put my luggage in one place, first go to get the key and then go back to get my luggage to the property. As a result, I found that the elevator was broken, and I could only find a way to move 20 kg of luggage up 3 floors by myself. Secondly, the Wi-Fi information and password provided on the website were wrong. I asked several times but it was not resolved. Finally, I found the router and password in a hidden place in the corner of the bedroom. Due to the unstable network in London, ifIf I couldn't find it, I wouldn't be able to access the Internet on the plane at all. Finally, the temperature suddenly dropped the next day, and I needed to turn on the radiator in the house. I asked countless times, and the information I was told was all wrong. On the third day, I had to ask the other party to send someone to help turn on the heating, but the other party kept playing word games with me, and didn't contact me until the day I left. I stayed for a total of five days, and finally I found the switch to turn on the heating, which was completely different from what they described!I said that I wanted to tell everyone that this listing does not have any services at all. The host has dozens of listings, the management is very chaotic. I will write it down and avoid it in the future!

Very responsive! Great stay all around. Had to cancel a reservation at another place and requested this one, got approved, and was in this one within an hour. Only problem was Friday night the courtyard behind the flat was loud, but obviously not a fault of the host at all. Overall 5 stars.

We felt right at home throughout our stay. It was wonderful to have everything within walking distance and parks suitable for walking. Frankie responded quickly to every message we received. We had a great stay, one we would choose again on our next trip. I think the only problem would be families with children on upstairs flat, as there was a lot of noise, but Frankie warned them , but they weren't very understanding. Anyway Thanks for everything Frankie 🙏🏼

This is a beautiful apartment in central London. Great location, very convenient to store and underground. My daughter really loves the little park downstairs. Will definitely return next time.
