For your convenience, keys will need to be collected from a KeyNest collection point, located just a 5-minute walk from the property. All relevant instructions and access codes will be sent to you 24 hours before check-in, so you can arrive smoothly and start your stay without delay.

Other things to note

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £25 covers you for up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.
