Terrible experience. I was denied a full refund ($1,126 USD) due to a serious, sudden and unforeseen medical emergency that made it absolutely impossible for me to travel, despite having 8 medical certificates and reports attached in the Resolution Centre. The agents and supervisors (Kenny) dismissed the documentation submitted, citing the host's policies ("The Frankie Says Team"), even though the host himself referred me to the Resolution Centre and then failed to respond within 72 hours. AirCover's supposed "mediation" proved to be non-existent, as it merely sent automated template responses and offered insufficient partial compensation (USD 200), which I rejected because it did not cover the loss I suffered. The case was closed without a fair resolution, forcing me to resort to bank complaint procedures (chargeback) and consumer protection agencies.

A beautiful apt in a great location with an excellent floor plan! The sofa-bed in the living room is comfortable for one - not two - adults. The check-in requires collecting keys in a different location, and they charge extra for early check-in and/or late check-out (on top of the Airbnb fees). Otherwise everything was great and I highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment, excellent bathroom and, like the whole house, almost new. Two sleeping areas – one on the sofa bed and one with a double bed – perfect for a family or friends. Excellent location, just a short distance from bus or underground stops. In 20 minutes on foot, you're in the heart of London. The host always responded immediately to our questions. Excellent service. I recommend this apartment.

The apartment looks just like the photos, and it’s very well-equipped and in a great location. Whether it’s shops, restaurants, or the subway, everything is nearby, so you can easily explore London. I recommend this place. The only downside is that the keys aren’t at the apartment, and I didn’t receive a response to my request for a late checkout.

It is important to note that, although the flat is for 4 people, if those sleeping on the sofa bed are adults, they will not fit comfortably; if they are children, there is no problem.

Wish the keys were where the check in instructions stated. But other than that all was great. All of our family liked the location and the place. Easy access to tubes and buses.

Lovely flat, exactly as advertised. Have everything you need for a comfortable and homey stay. Overlooking Bloomsbury Square garden. Convenient location, within walking distance to the tube station, grocery, restaurants (British Museum and Le Cordon Bleu cafe at your door step!) Host is very responsive, organized and professional.

This was a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely stay again. The place is brand new and sparkling. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had everything you could need. Nice treat to have coffee pods and snacks. The place is very centrally located and within walking distance to theaters in West End and Covent Garden Market. Shops, restaurants, Sainsbury are all nearby. There is a bus stop right outside and several tube stops nearby. We were able to take the Elizabeth line from the airport with a short walk. Bloomsbury park is right across the street so it is a quiet.
