The space

LIVING AREA: Open-plan living and dining with a plush sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix, and a fully set dining table for four. A space that works equally well for a working morning or a relaxed evening in after Soho.

BEDROOMS: A super king primary bedroom with built-in storage, bedside lighting, and direct access to the en-suite. A second king bedroom — equally generous, hotel-quality linen throughout. The sofa bed in the living area sleeps two additional guests comfortably.

BATHROOMS: The primary bedroom opens onto a marble en-suite with a glass walk-in shower. A second marble bathroom serves the second bedroom, with a separate guest WC for the living area — a detail that genuinely matters when sleeping six.

Great apartment, spacious, modern and very well kitted out. Perfect location right near Oxford street and the restaurants and bars of soho literally on the doorstep. Can get a bit noisy at night. Didn’t bother us, but if you are a light sleeper stick to the amazing master suite at the back!

This was unfortunately a very frustrating experience. Despite the property being actually excellent in both design, layout and cleanliness, the operation itself left a lot to be desired. Communicating with the hosts is an impractical and impossible endeavour. The whole thing is run by bots with not a human in sight. They kept getting our names wrong, did not ever respond to any actual issue or request made and made the whole onboading process incredibly frustrating. But what made it worse was a highly inappropriate encounter with a member of their team who insisted on having a conversation whilst fresh out of a bath in a towel. I had to intervene and tell them how inappropriate it was to be having a conversation whilst half naked, whilst also being called a liar about an early check in issue that I have proof of being given. We complained about it, but as yet nothing has happened. This is a £500 airbnb host who was supposed to be a super host. Shame as the property is great.

Great place and exactly as described. The flat has some nice extra amenities including heated bathroom floors, but more importantly the best air conditioning of any flat I have stayed in London. Great location, walkable to most sites, and easy access to several underground stations for those that need it. Finally, the Property Management communication was excellent and they were always responsive and available .

Wonderful location! Easy to get inside and the bedrooms were great. We used the pull out couch as well which worked but it did get loud on the street at night as a note. Bathrooms were clean! Overall a great stay.
