A wonderful apartment. We spent 5 magnificent days practically in the centre of London. A quiet neighbourhood for a family like ours with three girls. We will definitely come back, as staying here was like having a second home. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was amazing! Beautiful apartment, right in the middle of everything but also super quiet and silent at night which is not easy to get in London. 2 blocks away from Oxford St with all the shopping. Supermarket also 2 blocks away. Super easy check in, Frank was always responsive. The apt also has a plus: all the rest of the apts are offices, so if you book it on a weekend you will have the entire building by yourself. Also it’s in the top floor of the building, so you don’t have anyone upstairs doing any noise.

Great stay at this property. The heated terrace allows you to stay outside in the evening despite the cool weather.

It was the top floor of a building with approximately six storeys, and the lift didn't work for the first two days. Carrying our suitcases upstairs was a real nightmare. When we first got into the house, there was no electricity because the mains switch was off, so the house was freezing. It was quite stressful for us and the children until we found the circuit breaker and switched it off. Then a lift was installed. The location is excellent. Apart from the experience during the first two days, it was generally good.

The elevator is broken. Please please keep that in mind. He has it listed but in small print so it’s hard to see. It is also no the 5th floor but more realistically the 7th. The water pressure is extremely weak, and the toilet failed to flush multiple times. Because of the fridge and bathroom problems, servicemen had to come inside MULTIPLE times. The fridge was broken, the electricity also went out.

Very nice bright apartment, very well located. Easy walking distance to many points of interest, many restaurants and cafes around. There is also a lovely terrace for sunny days.

The apartment is nice and good. Located in a great area. The only problem is that the elevator did not work during the entire period and it is on the fifth floor! Although I was told before making the reservation that the elevator was working, in practice we were left in the apartment on the fifth floor without an elevator with an adult guest who could not go down and up all the time so it limited us very much. The hosts tried to help and were communicative and helped with the luggage but if we had known that in advance we would probably have booked somewhere else.

The location is perfect , it’s near Oxford. The apartment is clean, but the elevator isn’t working and it’s on the 5th floor

Nice apartment, good space and the terrace is good. Only negatives (out of the owners control) someone enjoys 🌱 a lot in the building which isn’t super pleasant and the lift wasn’t working. I would still stay again though.
