The space

THE SPACE: A spacious Fitzrovia duplex on charming Goodge Place — approx. 71 sqm / 765 sqft set over the lower-ground and ground floors. Internal staircase between levels. One flight of stairs, no lift.

LIVING AREA: A bright, sociable open-plan living and dining space with two generous sofas, an armchair and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix. Tall period windows look out over Goodge Place, and the dining table comfortably seats up to 6 — equally good for a long group dinner or a quiet working morning.

BEDROOMS: Two calm double bedrooms on the lower level, each with a comfortable double bed, hotel-quality linen, mirrored wardrobes and bedside lighting. A restful retreat after a day in the West End.

BATHROOM: A bright, fully tiled bathroom with a bath and overhead shower (rain head plus handheld), large basin with mirror, wall-hung WC and a tall storage cupboard. Fresh towels and toiletries provided.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped galley kitchen with oven, gas hob, stainless splashback, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and integrated dishwasher — everything for a self-sufficient stay of any length.

If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £35 covers you for up to £350 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.

Amazing stay in a prime location! If you want to be close to everything in London, this is the perfect place. The location near Trafalgar Square is unbeatable! There are tons of restaurants, food options, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. You really don’t need a car when staying here. The Tube (London’s train system) is also just a short walk away, making it super easy to explore the city. Everything is so convenient and accessible. I absolutely loved the location and will definitely be staying here every time I come back to London. Highly recommend!

Very good Airbnb. The host was responsive. However, we had some issues with the middle lock on the front door. The cutlery set was not complete for the 6 of us, and the kitchen was poorly stocked. Otherwise, everything else was great, and we had a pleasant stay!

I stayed here while attending a conference in London—what a fantastic location! The flat is a stone’s throw from some great coffee shops and restaurants. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after hectic days at the conference, and I really appreciated having such a comfortable base to come back to. Thank you for a great stay!
