BEDROOM: Up the floating staircase, the mezzanine king bedroom is a calm retreat above the living space, with built-in wardrobes and direct en-suite access. Reached via an internal staircase.

BATHROOM: A stone-tiled en-suite with a walk-in rainfall shower and sculptural basin.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped — Miele double ovens, induction hob, full-size fridge, Nespresso machine and washing machine.

Check-in is easy and flexible. A lockbox is located on-site, and all access codes, along with full check-in instructions, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival to ensure a smooth and seamless entry.

Other things to note

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline. If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £25 covers you for up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.
