LIVING AREA: A well-considered sitting room with a large grey sofa, armchair, marble-top coffee table, and Smart TV on a dark oak media unit with a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. The kind of space that works equally well for a relaxed evening in or a quiet morning with coffee before heading out into Soho.

SLEEPING AREA: A double bed with an upholstered grey headboard, white fitted wardrobes with mirrored panels, and warm bedside lighting. Hotel-quality linen throughout. The sofa in the living area converts to a double sofa bed for additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING: Sleek grey gloss cabinetry with an exposed brick splashback — the standout feature of the kitchen. Fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, and hob. Glass dining table with seating for four.

BATHROOM: Clean, fully tiled shower room with a walk-in glass shower enclosure, wall-mounted basin with storage, and WC.

Guest access

Access to the apartment is via a digital code for the building and keys stored in a lockbox next to the apartment door. All codes, for both the building and lockbox, along with any other relevant check-in instructions, are sent 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Other things to note

We ask all guests to consider our optional damage waiver on arrival. This is entirely optional — you are welcome to decline.

If you choose to take it, a small non-refundable fee of £25 covers you for up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay, giving you complete peace of mind without any fuss.
