It was a little impersonal only dealing with AI instead of ever talking directly or texting directly with the owner. It wasn't bad, actually. Maybe better because the response was quick but it would have been nice to have a little connection with the owner. However, we had a great time, the place suited us well, although I think they could have provided paper towels. Towels. Were told that we had complimentary toilet paper, but no paper towels or napkins. We were certainly glad to have the toilet paper!!! 🥴

The flat is fitted out very well and had nearly all (see below) the facilities we needed. Its location in relation to central London is superb which is the main reason we chose it. The location was quiet despite being just off Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road. The beds were too soft for some in our party, but I realise that's personal preference, nevertheless they were comfortable. The main downside was a distinct lack of crockery, with only 1 bowl, 1 dinner plate and 3 side plates. This lack of provision also made the dishwasher pointless. As we booked self catering accommodation with the intention of self catering this was a complication we could have done without. In all other respects the kitchen was great. This failure is hard to fathom for what is a good quality flat in a relatively expensive part of London, the saying 'spoil the ship for a ha'porth of tar' comes to mind. After messaging Frankie Says they said they passed it onto housekeeping who didn't resolve.

The accommodation has many advantages: it is very well equipped and clean, on a very quiet street, and ideally located. Recommended ++
