We really enjoyed our stay in this house that was a perfect place for our family of 6 to start exploring London. The accommodation is surrounded by buses and metro stations. And the bakery and supermarket in the close neighbourhood were perfect to go shopping. Bart was always very quick to answer our questions. Perfect stay in London !

There were six of us in London for 6 days. The place is great, everything is perfectly clean. You can get anywhere quickly directly from the subway. The house is very noisy and you can hear all the noises from the street. That's the only difficult thing. But that's how it is in an old house... The communication was perfect, we felt very comfortable!

Great accommodation in terms of value for money, the noise remains very reasonable for accommodation in London, three metro stations very close, very well served as well as shops nearby with affordable prices, if I have to come back to London I will not hesitate to book the same accommodation.

We had a great stay at this property in Greater London. The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the listing. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and everything we needed was already prepared on arrival. The location is very convenient, with good transport connections and nearby amenities, making it easy to get around London. The host was responsive and helpful whenever needed, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

The place was exactly as pictured and described. Very close to tube access as well. The host was extremely great at communicating and helped make our trip less stressful!

Excellent stay despite a few small issues. The apartment is worth it because it is super well located and there are a lot of restaurants nearby and we can walk to certain places. The host is available for any questions on arrival everything was ready. The soundproofing is not great because there is a lot of noise from the alley. There were 8 of us so the apartment was just right.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, both for buses and for the metro and train. It was clean and very tidy, we travelled in 8 so having two bathrooms was very useful. I recommend it to those who, like us, travel with friends or family

Quietly located apartment. Two good double beds available, the two double sofa beds were adequate, but were less comfortable to lie on. Anything you need is present. Smooth communication with the host, clear instructions too. Easy arrival and departure instructions. It's easy that there is a good baker and supermarket nearby.

We were a family of 4 that stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was excellent and lived up to our expectations. The communication with the hosts was superb. We even had some questions about the heating early Sunday morning and got a reply in less than 10 minutes. For us the location close to Paddington and Marlybone station was a big plus but even Oxford street is just a short walk away. All in all it was well worth the price and much better than a London hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights ( 4 adults). Everything was clean and well kept. Beddings are very comfortable. The host was kind enough to let us place our luggage in earlier than check in time, as we landed in London early in the morning. Kitchen had all appliances and cutlery needed since we did a lot of eat in (dietary restriction). Walkable distance from paddington station and other local train station. So many bus routes few blocks away. Getting into central London was a breeze. If I am ever in London again this is the place I would like to stay in.

Good location with several tube lines to visit all areas of London. Also good food options within walking distance. Though the sofa beds were comfortable, for light sleepers, note that the living room does not have heavier, blackout type blinds and the sun shines in early in the morning, so plan rooms accordingly.

The apartment is located diagonally opposite a school, in a moderately busy street. Public transport is a short walk away. There are nice places to eat within walking distance and also a small supermarket. Unfortunately, the windows are only single glazed, which means that outside noises can be heard in the apartment. Bart was always easy to reach and very helpful.

We had a 3-week stay, and at first, our messages were answered immediately. But we haven't heard from you in the last 10 days. The chairs in the house are not properly screwed, the screws came out while we were sitting, we fell, our heads were swollen, although you wrote about this situation, we did not get a response. The location of the house is actually very good, but there is a park across the street and there are people who smoke weed and attack each other with knives. One day, as we were leaving the house, we saw homeless people sleeping at the door, and this continued for a week. In addition, normally, sheets are changed for each guest for 1-week stays, but there were not enough sheets and towels for 3 weeks, so we could not get a response to our question. It was said that there was a dryer in the features, but there was no dryer. It was difficult for us for 3 weeks.

Our family stayed here for a few days and was very satisfied. There are two subway stations nearby, and there are also some buses. It is not far from Paddington Station. There are also supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient to buy things. The house is very clean and tidy. It is a thoughtful little home.I'll recommend my friends to stay here next time!
