The space

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive use of the entire Sea Horse Diamond Beach property, including the coastal country home, tropical pool, firepit, open fireplace, and spacious grounds.

One of the property’s standout features is the free on-site EV charging exclusively for guests — a rare and valuable convenience that lets EV owners arrive, plug in, recharge overnight, and head out again with ease.

The property is ideal for guests wanting to enjoy a beach holiday with their dogs, thanks to the huge fully fenced and gated house yard, dogs welcome inside and out, and the unique Doggy Day Pen if you’d like to head out on your own for a while during your stay.

With 24/7 dog-friendly Diamond Beach close by, it’s easy to enjoy both secure space at home and the simple delights of playing with your dog on the beach.

The home is fully self-contained, very well equipped, and comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

For guests wanting to holiday with their horses, horse-friendly facilities are also available, including a lush 2-acre paddock, 3 open stables behind the house, and direct riding access to the nearby dog and horse-friendly beach — making those bucket-list dreams of riding your horse on the beach genuinely possible.

Sea Horse Diamond Beach guests — both 2 and 4 legged — have exclusive use of the entire beautiful ocean-view property, including the spacious home, tropical pool, firepit, huge 1-acre fenced house yard and gardens, and the adjoining lush 2-acre paddock with rainforest creek area to explore.

Free on-site EV charging is provided exclusively for our guests, making it easy to arrive, plug in, recharge overnight, and enjoy a more convenient beachside holiday.

Guests holidaying with their dogs have exclusive use of the huge securely fenced 1-acre house yard, ideal for safe play, relaxation, and plenty of doggy zoomies, as well as the unique Doggy Day Pen if they’d like to head out on their own for a while. Up to 4 dogs, big and small, are welcome.

Guests holidaying with their horses also enjoy exclusive use of the well-fenced, pasture-improved paddock and 3 open stables just steps from the house. Off-street, drive-through horse float parking is provided. We ask horse guests to text when passing Bulahdelah so we know when to meet them on arrival and can assist with unloading, settling horses in, and parking floats.

Guests can self check-in via the electronic door lock at a time that suits them from 3pm.

If you’ll be arriving after dark, please let us know so we can switch on lights in the house or stables for you, or in winter have the open fire lit ready for your arrival.

Other things to note

A few important things to note before booking:

Up to 4 dogs, big and small, are welcome by prior arrangement, with no additional pet cleaning fee. Please let us know at the time of booking how many dogs will be accompanying you. Dogs are welcome inside and out with their owners, but they must not be left unattended inside the home. The secure Doggy Day Pen is available if you’d like to head out without your dogs for a while.

Sea Horse Diamond Beach can be particularly well suited to reactive dogs, as your dogs are the only dogs on the property. Dogs must be kept under control at all times, must not bark excessively, chase or disturb wildlife.

Free on-site EV charging is provided exclusively for our guests. Charging options include a Tesla Destination Charger and a universal Type 2 charger on a dedicated 15-amp circuit. Please bring your own connector as required for your vehicle.

Guests wishing to bring horses are welcome by prior arrangement but must be pre-approved before booking. A separate horse fee of $65 per horse per stay applies, and additional insurance waivers are required. Horse facilities include a lush paddock, 3 open stables, and drive-through horse float parking.

Air conditioning is provided in the main living area. Please keep doors and windows closed while it is in use, and switch it off when leaving the property.

A supply of chopped firewood is provided for the firepit and open fireplace.

Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and when exploring the paddock and creek areas. Pool hours are until 10pm.

This is a wildlife area, and native animals including echidnas, wallabies, antechinus and diamond pythons may occasionally be seen on the property. Guests must ensure dogs do not chase or disturb wildlife.

Only guests included on the booking may stay at the property. Sea Horse Diamond Beach does not accept parties, schoolies, bucks or hens weekends.

Mobile reception is generally strong for Telstra and Optus. Vodafone and some smaller carriers can be less reliable.

Free NBN Wi-Fi is provided, and guests will need to use their own TV streaming accounts during their stay.
