1400 farmhouse with private fenced garden, jacuzzi sauna and pool table. The green certified home is on 3 floors with stairs. on the first floor: entrance, living room with TV only smart sofa bed 140, laundry, bathroom, kitchen, dining room with biotenol fireplace, kitchen. second floor: 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and an ensuite bathroom from where you access the room with king size bed. ground floor: pool table, sauna, bioethanol fireplace and fitness area.
The space
The fenced garden is equipped with Bbq, table and chairs, Badminton, hammock, 2 lounge chairs and children's pool. From 15.04 to 15.09 is open The outdoor hot tub where you will also find a fire pit. The outdoor lights are all sunny. On the outside you will also find the recycling cans.

The residence is ideal for those who want to relax with the wonderful views of the Monferrato Unesco heritage. For sports enthusiasts, there are several cycle-pedestrian paths along the river (1 km from the house); the route of the famous Big Benches in the Vineyards that start from Novese (60 km), passing through Ozzano Monferrato (the closest 2 km) and reach Monforte d'alba in the Langhe (80 km). The Infernot del Monferrato, recognised as a UNESCO heritage site, is a must-see: typical cellars where wine is still preserved today (the first is in the historic centre of Ozzano). Monferrato is also famous for its wines, truffles to be tasted in the numerous wineries of the area. For history lovers, the area is known as the area with the highest concentration of castles, in fact, each village has its own castle, starting from the medieval Ozzano Monferrato, to the nearby San Giorgio (2km), to the castle of Bulgari (8km). A visit to the smallest village in Europe, Moncalvo (5km) and to Serralunga di Crea, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site (8.5km), is a must. For the little ones, there are numerous water parks nearby, including the first tropical park in Italy (35km). For chocolate lovers, the town of Novi Ligure (rich in history between Liguria and Piedmont 58Km) and Alba in the Langhe (68KM) are a must. For shopping lovers 70 km away, the most famous Outlet in Europe, and upon returning a stop at Gavi's wineries is recommended! For hiking lovers, numerous scenic trails that pass through the vineyards ( castagnole Monferrato for example) or along the Po River Park ( Casale ) In September/October and November, Monferrato and Langhe populate with famous wine and Truffle festivals.

There are bins outside the barn to help you separate your trash, but they must be taken away before your departure. You'll find plastic, glass, and paper on the left slope of the house. Wet waste must be left in the largest bin and placed in front of the house every second Friday night (according to the calendar inside the house) on the street.
