15th-century farmhouse with private fenced garden, hydromassage sauna and pool table. The green-certified residence is on 3 floors with stairs. On the first floor: entrance, living room with TV only, smart sofa bed 140, laundry, bathroom, kitchen, dining room with bioethanol fireplace, kitchen. Second floor: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite bathroom from which you access the room with king size bed. Ground floor: pool table, sauna, bioethanol fireplace and fitness area.

The fenced garden is equipped with a BBQ, table and chairs, badminton, hammock, 2 deckchairs and a children's pool. From 04/15 to 09/15, the outdoor whirlpool is open, where you will also find a fireplace. The outdoor lights are all solar. Guest access
The residence is ideal for those who want to relax with the wonderful views of the Monferrato UNESCO heritage. For sports enthusiasts, there are several cycle-pedestrian routes nearby that flank the river (1 km from the house); the route of the famous Big Benches inside the Vineyards that start from Novese (60 km), passing from Ozzano Monferrato (the closest at 2 km) and arrive up to Monforte d'Alba in the Langhe (80 km). Do not miss the route in the Infernot del Monferrato, recognized as a UNESCO heritage site: typical cellars where wine is still preserved today (the first one is in the historic center of Ozzano). Monferrato is also famous for its wines and truffles to be tasted in the many wineries in the area. For history lovers, the area is known as the area with the highest concentration of castles, each village in fact has its own castle, starting from the medieval Ozzano Monferrato, to the nearby San Giorgio (2km), to the castle of Bulgari (8km). A visit to the smallest village in Europe, Moncalvo (5 km) and Serralunga di Crea, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site (8.5 km), is not to be missed. For the little ones, there are numerous water parks nearby, including the first tropical park in Italy (35 km). For chocolate lovers, a must is the town of Novi Ligure (rich in history between Liguria and Piedmont 58 km) and Alba nelle Langhe (68 km). For shopping lovers, 70 km away is the famous largest outlet in Europe, and on the way back a stop in the cellars of Gavi is recommended! For hiking lovers, numerous scenic routes that pass through the vineyards (Castagnole Monferrato for example) or along the park of the Po river (farmhouse). In September/October and November, Monferrato and the Langhe are populated by the famous wine and truffle festivals.Other things to note

We've had a lovely few days. We loved the house, especially the beds...if only I could have taken one as a souvenir! The pool table was a brilliant addition and our tournament spanned the whole stay. The area is quiet and peaceful...CellaMonte is particularly wonderful. Thank you for being such attentive and friendly hosts!

Cascina Liebe was very good! We liked the charm between the old and the newly renovated very much. The apartment was very well equipped with many extras such as juicer, air fryer, sandwich maker, etc. We also used the whirlpool (although a little cold🥶) and the subsequently warming sauna as well as the pool table. Cristiana was very friendly, left us a welcome starter kit and gave us many good tips for the area! Thank you very much! ❤️👍 Gladly again!!

The house is large and spacious with 3 very nice bathrooms but it is a bit dark. There are no real outdoor green spaces to enjoy, but it's great for children who want to have fun with Ping pong and a swimming pool. I recommend it as a base for days out and leisure in the surroundings, I do not recommend it if you plan to work from home or have many dinners at home as it is a bit dark.
