Always a pleasure to stay at the doorstep of Bronze Beach, unit is well suited for 6 adults , some points to note doe , main bedroom en suite only has a bathtub , shower is in the sharing bathroom , which is a bit small, the parking bay allocated in the basement is well suited for a smaller vehicle , SUV or Double Cab will be difficult navigate into the parking space , however just outside of the reception area (gated and secure) there is good sized parking that can be used, this does get crowded by day visitors during peak season doe. Overall a lovely location and place to stay in for a family vacation.

Once again we had an amazing stay with Allan and Debs , they are super responsive , very accommodating and helpful . We requested extra pillows and this was immediately addressed by them . 5 stars all the way and thank you to them both. The apartment location was great . Apartment was clean and neat , it does however need a bit of an upgrade and some design updates.

Brilliant spot to be back in Durban. Very comfortable and central. Has all you need in the kitchen. Thank goodness for the aircons as it sure gets warm in Durbs! Shower is not the largest but we managed with all 6 of us!

Thank you Debs and Alan for a home away from home. From the time I booked you both made sure I had all my needs met. Upon arriving we were welcomed with so much love. Everything in the home was 100%. My kids loved it. We will definitely be booking again. Your hospitality went over and beyond. The Bermudas on a whole is very neat, safe and tidy. All staff are friendly and helpful. The helper assigned to our room a pleasure . A hop to the beach was a plus, no need to even take out our car, the walk on the promenade was so refreshing and the mall close by. Thank you again. What a lovely place to base our stay in Umhlanga. We saw dolphins almost every day and saw two whales as well! The flat is in a quiet part of town and we enjoyed walking everywhere. The flat had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay here again !

We had a great stay at Deb's place. The flat had a beautiful view, was well-maintained and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was also close to the Hawaan forest where you can have a nice walk and buy coffee at the little coffee shop at the end of the walkway.

Beautiful place, gorgeous views, aircon a great help. Very comfortable. Unit is cleaned each day which is a real added bonus. Love that they give coffee pods, etc. So great finishing touches. Just wish they had 2 showers or at least one that is a comfortable size.

Our stay at Bermudas 403 in Umhlanga was nothing short of spectacular! The apartment was first class with breathtaking views. Wow. The place was stunning, exactly as it appears on the pictures and the pool area was gorgeous. Debs and Alan were fantastic hosts. They communicated well, they were very accommodating and provided a well-equipped home away from home for us. We loved the location, so central and within walking distance of The Village and many other restaurants. Alan provided great recommendations to us and was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived. 100% would recommend.

I was on a wrk trip to Durban. Debs communication is superb!! Cosy 3 bed unit on the 4th floor, beautiful sea views and right on the coastline. Unit was clean with fast WiFi. Lots of books to read. We enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely unit, and amazing location with a 180 degree views of the beach and ocean. Unit was spotless, with all the little bits and bobs you’d need for your stay. Alan was easy to get a hold of and to communicate with. The only reason the unit didn’t get a 5 star review from me, was for purely personal reasons and by no means the fault of Debs and Alan, as I knew what I was getting. I personally would prefer a unit with a braai / bbq / grill on the balcony, enjoying the sea view, while cooking for the family. Other than that great unit and value for money.

We received a warm welcome from Debb at the entrance. Vivid precautions were on point, rooms were clean. The view was amazing, we could see the ocean from the living room, or while enjoying breakfast from the dining. Communication was beyond excellent. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Location and view is great. We were 5 grown ups with only one shower in communal bathroom so a little crowded if all want a shower in the morning. Otherwise, facilities and security in the apartment were good.

Really fantastic views of the sea from the lounge and main bedroom which was the highlight of my stay. Location for swimming could not have been better, as it is right on the bronze bay swimming beach which in my opinion is better than the main swimming beach as it is not as crowded, yet it still has life guards and very nice swimming conditions. The place itself was very clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The host made check in seemless and was always on hand and extremely prompt and efficent to sort out any questions or minor niggles. It was easy to give this place a 5 star rating.

The PERFECT beach apartment, stunningly decorated, with a spectacular view of the ocean. The beautiful bronze beach is literally at your doorstep!  Very close to all the main restaurants and shops. Safe and secure building. The apartment got serviced every day at a suitable time for us. Everything we could possibly need was in the apartment and of course there were a few extra surprises that made us feel super welcome and spoilt! Alan and Debs are such genuinely friendly, kind hosts, a very well organized team. I injured myself during the holiday and they checked in to see if I was doing okay and even offered me the use of a wheelchair. Beautiful memories made, we can't wait to go back :-) :-) :-)

Location, location, location. That is what 403 Bermudas offers. Spectacular view. Right on the beach. Close to excellent restaurants. Vigilant lifeguards. Super comfy beds. Sounds of the crashing waves all day and night. Deb and Alan were both super responsive and very welcoming. We came to swim in the ocean, eat good food and sleep. And we were able to do that in spades. We went to the cinema one evening. That was a close drive away and in a large mall (Gateway). We didn’t use it much but the pool is HUGE! The apartment itself is not fancy (pictures are spot on) and only has one shower but the kitchen is perfectly sized with a good stock of plates, glasses etc. The espresso machine is a nice touch. And did I mention the view? 😀

The apartment is located in a complex that is just steps away from a clean, beautiful beach and a lovely 5km walkway with restaurants along the way. The apartment was cleaned every day and had good security. The bathtub and shower were a bit small but we did not mind. Overall, we had a great stay.

Debs and Alan were amazing hosts, extremely responsive and really helpful. We accidentally left the sliding doors open when we popped upstairs to another unit, monkeys got in and caused chaos. Alan called right away to let us know and was very understanding. We also had a problem with a sliding door, Alan was there within minutes to sort things out. Great value for money for a family and super location right on the beach. Lovely swimming pool area with views onto the ocean.

Deb’s apartment has a stunning sea view. The decor is stylish and the photos, although beautiful, don’t do it justice! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful swimming pool where I enjoyed relaxing in the sun. It has an excellent location, within walking distance of many amazing restaurants and direct access to the beach. Debs was really kind and thought of everything from the espresso machine to the smart TV to the Ferero Rocher chocolates on my pillow. She really helped out whenever she could and I truly felt welcome! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Thanks for an amazing stay!!

We had such a great week and a half at the apartment. It is situated perfectly for the beach and other attractions in and around Umhlanga and Durban. Debs and Alan were the perfect hosts and had good local knowledge. They were attentive but not overbearing. Thank you so much - we hope to stay with you again !!

Stylish furnishings, location within easy walking distance of all amenities. Very helpful and friendly hosts, nothing’s too much trouble. Only one shower and quite a small one at that.

The hosts, are super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location is great. Everything about the accommodation is inviting. Even though we travelled for business, when coming back to the apartment, it felt homely and relaxing. Definitely a great choice and will definitely be returning. 🌺

This apartment is in a stunning position with great views across the ocean. We lay in bed at night with the sliding door to our bedroom open, listening to the waves crashing below, and feeling safe. There is a lovely walk along the promenade, with shops, restaurants etc at one end and a beautiful nature reserve on the other. We rented this apartment at short notice to provide accommodation as we dealt with a family bereavement. Over the week it became a refuge and place of healing, for which we were extremely grateful. Alan & Debs couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. They were also extremely efficient, responded promptly and had the apartment ready for us without fuss or bother. We were also extremely grateful to Pretty and Busi who turned up at 10am sharp each day to make our beds and service the apartment - something we hadn’t been expecting. The Nespresso coffee machine with pods was another bonus. All in all a highly recommended apartment. I hope we return for a holiday one day - its a great spot for all ages. The apartment is comfy and well equipped with two bathrooms. We sometimes cooked and at other times enjoyed eating out. There’s a lovely swimming pool on the 5th floor and the beach is good for swimming. We were entertained by monkeys one day and were thereafter careful to remember to close the sliding doors whenever we went out.

A warm personnel welcome by the wonderful Allan. Assistance with the luggage and Ferrero chocolate added an amazing personal touch to our arrival. A beautiful well-equipped apartment with amazing views. Excellent location with easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend a stay at the apartment. Very stylish apartment, hosted by really thoughtful hosts, Debs and Alan. At one of the safe swimming beaches in Umhlanga and with an amazing sea view. 50m from the sea and felt very safe. Very highly recommended.

From the time that we met both Debby and Alan you could feel the warmth and welcome. We got given amazing tips on what to see and where to eat with great happiness when following their flawless advice , when needing anything they were both very quick to respond and really made any small inquiry feel important and top priority. The apartment was spotless and way more beautiful than expected and the staff were so friendly. We had an amazing stay and will defiantly make use of Alan and Debby’s properties many times in the future. Thank you once again memories were made and that’s really what we look for on any trip!

Debs and Allen are excellent hosts and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The warm welcome and assistance with our luggage was totally unexpected. Thanks for the Ferrero chocolates. That was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. The flat is everything and better than in the pictures. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing break. Hope to return soon.
