We had a wonderful 3 night stay at 902 The Bermudas. Our kids really enjoyed the early morning and late afternoon beach outings. It's a short walking distance from the apartment and helped maximise time. The apartment was clean, spacious and neat and the elevators at the Bermudas helped with moving luggage from the parking to the apartment and assisted with parents mobility not needing to climb multiple flights of stairs repeatedly. Parking was basement undercover and safe. I appreciated Alans communication, approachability and friendliness. Bongi was also great with cleaning between us daily. Thank you Alan and Debs for the hospitality, hope to get an opportunity to return!

Loved my stay at Deb’s & Alan’s place! The apartment is beautiful, is well decorated (looks as pictured) and has amazing views from both the living room and master bedroom. The apartment comes with everything you could need to stay comfortably, we did not feel there was anything missing. Great interactions with all staff around the building as well as house keeping. We felt comfortable and welcomed. Great location. Easy and close access to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The hosts are great, cannot fault communication at all throughout my stay, very proactive, friendly and helpful. We had the best time staying here and would book again!

This was our second stay at 902 and we loved it even more this time! The new modern look and design are stunning, and Debs and Alan continue to be fantastic hosts – always responsive, thoughtful, and attentive to detail. The daily cleaning service was such a bonus, making it easy to relax and simply enjoy our holiday. The highlight, of course, is the view – absolutely breathtaking! From the balcony we spotted ships, dolphins, and even whales, all while listening to the soothing roar of the waves. The beach was just a short walk away. It truly made for a magical experience. Thank you once again, Debs and Alan, for hosting our growing family so warmly. We can’t wait to return!

Superb location and stunning 9th floor view made it perfect for spotting dolphins and whales while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Was incredible to be able to easily access bronze beach for swimming and body boarding, and a daily walk on the promenade with loads of good coffee offerings. I was able to feel comfortable allowing my teenagers the freedom to safely come and go as they pleased. Also serviced daily by friendly efficient staff. Highly recommended.

My adult son and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at 902 Bermudas. Alan and Deb were excellent hosts. Alan was the main person we dealt with and he was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. The apartment was beautifully presented, had all amenities required, was very clean and was also maintained well by lovely staff throughout our stay. Thank you Bongi. The views from floor 9 were amazing. The apartment is very close to the beach. There is a long promenade along the beach front for great walks, and a patrolled beach in front of the building. It is also within walking distance of lovely restaurants and shops, and should you not wish to walk, there are Ubers available. I do need to add here, that this apartment does not have a washing machine or tumble dryer, which is fine for a short stay, but challenging for a longer stay like ours. However, there are laundry services available. My son and I highly recommend the Bermudas apartments. Thank you Alan and Deb.

The accommodation was very comfortable - nice firm beds, the bathrooms were gorgeously finished and the bath was a real treat! All the little amenities were catered for: tea and coffee, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, soap, shower caps, shampoo and conditioner so you didn't have to dash to the shops for last minutes necessities. The hosts were excellent communicators and the accommodation was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay again.

Deb’s place was amazing. Right next to the beach, we would step out of the gate and literally on to the sand! Everything was close, including restaurants, grocery stores as well as the main highways. The flat complex had secure parking, a pool and access right onto the beach. would highly recommend this spot as a lux, comfy holiday stay. The place exceeded my expectations, the view its so beautiful, the house amazing they have everything for table set up even under plates. A beautiful apartment, well looked after. The view is AMAZING. Make sure you get up for sunrise 🌅 its spectacular from the balcony. Firstly- Debs and Alan were absolutely amazing and responsive-one of the best hosts I have ever had. Pictures do not do the place justice, it was absolutely incredible and on the perfect location(close to everything-even public transport). There was a slight water problem at night that seemed to resolve on its own in the morning but apart from that everything else was great. We will definitely be re-visiting for longer.

Such a beautiful apartment! The pictures honestly do not do it justice! The beach is way closer than it looks in the pics. The place was squeaky clean, included tea, coffee, and sugar, cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap etc, we didn’t have to go out to get anything during our stay. There was also an information booklet listing restaurants and things to do. Our trip was delayed and we arrived at 1.30am and the keys were waiting for us with an easy check in process without us having to worry about disturbing the host at that time of the morning

We were the first guests since the apartment was renovated; The place is a really comfortable 'home away from home' feel. The aesthetics off the furniture and decorative pieces really shows the pride and work done when spacing the place together, almost as if it was designed for you particularly. Alan and Debs were great, very helpful around our work times to ensure check in at our convenience. This is the type off service you would never expect to get from a self catering apartment, and they surely have exceeded.

Debs place is very well located. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, bars and mall. Right on the beach. Very safe to walk around. Clean and neat. Get serviced every day witch was a big plus. Alan communicated extremely well. Definitely value for money. Will definitely be back.

Loved every bit of it. The housekeeping,complimentary bath and beach towels,toiletries and coffee and tea was a real game changer as most apartments don’t offer that. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is spacious and the view is unbelievable

As pictured - and even better! Debs and Alan were perfect hosts with excellent communication before and during our stay. Housekeeping was always on time, thorough, and fast ensuring we always came back to a clean and fresh home. We had uninterrupted views and sounds of the ocean which was just a few meters away, our mornings often started playing in the sand and with our feet in the water! Safe and secure parking, premises, and area (we walked to the town one night for dinner which was less than a 3km walk). Could not have recommended a better place and better hosts! Thank you all for the lovely family vacation. (Family of 5 with a 1.5yr old).

Great location and apartment is well maintained with most mod cons ( Some minor wear and tear ) The block has been recently renovated and looks great with lots of secure parking. Debs and Alan are great hosts and were very attentive and helpful during our stay. They manage a number of properties in the area and would definitely recommend them if looking for an upmarket stay on the North Coast. We look forward to our next visit.

The place has 5 very comfortable beds, it is super clean. Debs and Alan were the nicest hosts ever. The views are so beautiful. You can see the ocean from the main bed and living room which is literally downstairs. Great value for money and I would definitely come back.💚

This property is not fit for occupation. It should not be open for booking on Airbnb. The sliding verander doors could not be opened as both balustrades were detached and our 2 year old granddaughter would have easily tumbled to her death from the 9th floor. Although we were told about one of the balustrades being loose - only once we had checked in - it turned out both were rusted through. So no fresh air at the seaside. The apartment block was being painted and upgraded, and I am sure this will all eventually be sorted, but be sure to ask before you book. The noise from the drilling etc made by the builders doing the renovations, also made it impossible to spend any time in the apartment during office hours. The apartment is in desperate need of an internal up-grade to bathrooms. I cannot fault the apartment manager in any way, but have given a bad review to warn future guests. We only spent 2 nights as we found alternative accommodation.

Excellent location and a nice and clean apartment with brilliant sea views and literally a stones throw to the beach. Debs and Allan were very welcoming and readily available. Showers in the bathrooms could do with some TLC. Lifts were not 100% operational which was frustrating especially being on the higher floors.

Very nice 3 bedroom apartment with a perfect view of the sea from the master bedroom and lounge. The beach is about 50m away through a security gate, so you are literally on the beach. The lifeguard station is also located right in front of the property. The location is perfect as this beach is very quiet as compared to main beach about 600m away. Alan was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and helped as much as he could. I would definitely recommend staying with them.

902 Bermudas was awesome! We are already scheming a way to go back. And have told our friends they must come with us! Debs and Alan were very attentive and personal. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and more! We'd definitely love to stay there again! They also recommended Fish restaurant and it did not disappoint.

We had a lovely stay, check in was at 14:00 PM and we got to the place in the morning around 7:00 AM when Alan called to check on us , we told him that we were already in Durban and he allowed us to check in at that time. Had a wonderful stay in Umhlanga. The place was spacious and comfortable. The views were nothing short of spectacular and just so relaxing. The Umhlanga village is a stone throw away and we made good use of the convenient location.Debs and Alan were more than welcoming and so accommodating. Super clean and wonderfully located with an awesome view, this accommodation was a great find. Fast wifi makes for an easy place to work from. All the amenities included meant our stay was very comfortable. You'll be hard pressed to find friendlier and more accommodating hosts. Not even locking ourselves out of the apartment in the late evening was too much hassle for Debs and Alan. From start to finish, a fantastic experience.
