The apartment is cleaned daily, spacious and within walking distance to the restuarants and Oceans mall. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach. We were comfortable, enjoyed our stay and returned home relaxed. Gugu greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and gave us all information required to have an amazing stay. Alan was very helpful, kept me updated regarded check-in information and responds to queries within minutes. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will hopefully be back to enjoy the apartment again.

Firstly, Debs and Alan were both excellent hosts who were always responsive. Our two toddlers broke a bowl but the hosts didn’t get upset at us. When our keyless door accidentally got locked within an hour (at night) the hosts sent someone to unlock it. We loved the daily cleaning (hotel like vibes) and the availability of both bath and beach towels. We will come back again.

We simply loved the space and the hosts was very accommodating to your needs. They allowed earlier check in and later check out which I really appreciated. The place is clean and well maintained. My Friends and I enjoyed a wonderful break by the Sea-Side. Debs and Alans' apartment was neat, clean, with all necessities. From the Kitchen, to the 3 Rooms, the 2 Bathrooms, Living Area, as well as the Outside Balcony, with the Amazing Views. Close enough to the Village, yet far away enough, to be quiet and tranquil. Access to the Promenade is easy, and great as well. We'll definitely consider their apartment next time.

Best place to make a great long weekend or vacation. easy to check in and a safe place to stay. beautiful Oceanview and surroundings. you get out by the gate straight onto the Bronze Beach or for a stroll to the promenade or to the Nature Reserve. Everything was sparkling clean and in 100% working condition. The spacious Balcony and Gas Braai was a big bonus.

This is a lovely clean apartment, with all the amenities you need. The views are spectacular and we had the pleasure of watching schools of sardines and a huge dolphin pod from the balcony during our stay. We were very comfortable and loved the living area (the couch is amazing and the big screen TV was fantastic for watching the Springboks) and balcony. One thing to note for sound sensitive sleepers is that the apartment is directly beneath the swimming pool, so you can hear the pool pump very clearly in the main bedroom and here and there in the lounge (more so at night time). My husband struggled with the noise during the night, I didn't. Alan was very good at communicating with us and we were able to organize the cleaner to only come in on certain days - very appreciated on holiday! These are super hosts, and we will continue to book with them. Beach access is easy and close, restaurants are within walking distance.

Was very disappointed that the apartment was not cleaned despite having made arrangements with the check inn lady who wanted us to give her a time for the cleaner to come in. Then we were told that there will be no cleaner due to unforeseen circumstances. Very unprofessional service. Will definitely not book the apartment again

There are a few experiences to call out here: 1) The location is the most important one, right next to the beach and inline with the swimming area which has lifeguards stationed. Beaches are clean and we felt safe. The sunrises are breathtaking and watching the moon above the ocean is sublime. Close to Umhlanga's village with top notch restaurants . Walks/runs on the promenade either at sunrise or moon light . 2) The apartment is as you see in the photo. This particular one is a bit dated as you will read in other reviews but is well suited with a patio to sit under the stars or have a braai. 3) The hosts - Ive never had such attentive hosts. Ive read the reviews but I got to test their resolve when we picked up an issue that would have seen us leave, but it was resolved as though you were booked into a 5 star establishment. You and your family are in good hands here. Provided it is in within reason it will be attended to in record time. You might even feel guilty .

This place is perfectly situated right next to the sea with a magnificent view from the lounge, patio and main bedroom; we enjoyed a stunning sunrise every morning and enjoyed the splendour of the moon reflected on the water every night! The host was available at all times and notified us daily about the loadshedding schedule. It has everything you need from the complimentary coffee pods to a daily cleaning service and we immediately felt at home in this centrally situated spot! We will be back for sure!

306 Bermudas was a great place - comfortable, well equipped, super location and view. A big plus was that during load shedding lifts worked and common areas were well lit. Maxwell at the desk was friendly and helpful. Alan was absolutely lovely- always available, great sending info re load shedding and even provided decaf pods for the nespresso machine . Any issues were quickly sorted . Only thing to bear in mind there is no washing machine in the flat or building. Other than that loved the place . Highly recommend the host

We were a family of five that stayed at 306 The Bermuda's for a week. We were impressed with our host Alan who attended to every request promptly. From our arrival to our departure Alan was great. The accommodation was to our satisfaction and the location was perfect. Waking up every morning to see the dawn sky and then amazing sunrises was a highlight of our stay. It was a really nice touch to find Ferrero on our pillows on arrival and we quite enjoyed the Nespresso. Amazing location, comfortable accommodation, great hosts, fantastic weather, what more can we say? Thank you Alan and Debs.

We had an amazing stay. Great location with stunning views! Beautiful apartment. Alan and Debs are amazing hosts and kept the communication lines open at all times. Alan was there to welcome us and show us around when we arrived. Rooms were very clean. Bathrooms do need to be renovated , as they are a bit outdated, but it's ok for a short visit.

The complex which the apartment is located in is well looked after and secure. Great location, which is just a few steps away from the beach and promenade and a short drive to many other attractions in the area. Along the promenade you will find lots of restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the apartment, spent slot of time on the large patio. Loved the seaviews from the bedroom and lounge. The swimming pool was amazing and we loved the beach view from the pool. What a lovely stay. The hosts are amazing!! Constant communication and Alan was there to welcome us. He gave us a great introduction to the apartment and of the area, things you can do. They also accommodated my infant with a traveling cot and it’s bedding as well as a baby bath tub. On top of that it’s at a great location with a ocean view at the balcony, and a stunning swimming pool in the building. The apartment has EVERYTHING you need and more! All rooms air conditioned, a barbecue outside, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, smart TV with DSTV premium to mention a few and really nice and punctual cleaning staff. I highly recommend them. It was worth every cent. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely call again.

Fantastic experience. Aparment is literally on the beach with easy access to the promenade and the Bronze Beach swimming area. It's a very quick & safe 10min walk to Umhlanga main beach along the promenade. Views of the ocean were amazing from the unit. The unit is very clean with great facilities. The gas Braai on the patio & the air-conditioners is a huge plus. What separated this stay from the mainstream for me was the Nesspresso machine with pods, daily service, full bath room amenities supplied daily and the beach towels. The hosts, Debs & Alan were extremely pleasant & very accommodating in respect of our checkin & checkout times. There were literally 270+ apartments available on AirBnB during our visit. The comments on Alan & Debs personal touch & Service was the very reason we chose this one & and will now be the reason we stick to their units going forward. 5 Star!!!

Debs and alan were such accommodating hosts. Nothing was too much for them. The unit was immaculate, with nothing lacking. Friendly staff serviced the unit on weekends Too. Will certainly be back!

This was truly an amazing stay for my entire family. If you are looking for 5* service, the freshest towels and linen and excellent affordability, this is your place. Debs, Alan & Byron go to great length to ensure that you are welcomed, 5* style. Their communication is impeccable and instant. The contact before arrival sets the tone for an awesome break at the coast. The personal touches like regular supply of premuim coffee pods and reliable high speed internet are just some of the fine details that make for a great stay. My kids loved that there was a sprakling pool on site when they had enough of swimming at the beach. Parking is easy and convenient and the valet trolleys were easily accessible to move your bags and supplies to the apartment. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Debs and Alan were excellent hosts. They could easily be reached via whatsapp and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. This apartment is in a prime spot with easy access to a swimming beach. There is great wifi and a smart TV. We had a cleaning service daily and they even provided fresh linen when one of the kids were not well. The gas braai was a major plus as it made it quick and easy for us to eat in. There were even extra beach towels provided that we could make use of. Little touches in the kitchen gave the apartment a more homely feel. Debs and Alan are very caring and friendly towards their guests - I will definitely be booking with them in future.

Staying at Debs and Allan’s place was an absolute pleasure! They are fantastic hosts. We could not have asked for better. They are extremely accommodating and do everything they can to ensure that your stay is a comfortable and memorable one. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

Debs place offers great value for money. Amazing views of the sea from the main room and main living spaces. Beautiful, stylish and spacious home, we had a really comfortable stay. Great amenities and very short walk to the beach. Alan was there to welcome us upon arrival and available for any enquiries during our stay. The daily cleaning service helped immensely with relaxation. Thanks a million for being such wonderful hosts.

Deb was a great host.Her hospitality and care knew no bounds and she was always available to assist. Deb's place was/is a piece of paradise, that is a must stay. We enjoyed our stay at 306 Bermudas. Debs and Alan were fantastic hosts and were very hospitable. They were super quick to respond to the very minor issues we had. Overall a great stay, in a lovely apartment in a great location.

Deb and Allan will receive you most pleasantly and will ensure that your needs are seen to the best of their ability. The staff that clean the place are friendly and work quick and they don't delay in their chores. The parking was excellent.. They had facility for the vehicle and for the trailer outside and another parking bay at the parking garage in the basement.

Debs and Alan were not just good they were OUTSTANDING. There are many available apartments in Umhlanga but there are very few hosts like this. They were at our beck and call, responded immediately - from beach chairs to Nespresso pods - NOTHING was a problem. They are the sole reason that we chose Bermudas - we experienced their hospitality last year and we wanted to experience it again. I cannot recommend strongly enough about renting an apartment that they manage - you will not regret it. Thanks guys again for unbelievable service, care and always going the extra mile. We will e"h be back!

Location right on the beach. Amazing views. Lots of room. 5 beds that sleep 6. Large balcony. Perfect for a family holiday. It is not a brand new apartment block, but such great value for the money we spent.

A+++++ Superhost. There was nothing that lacked in this experience with Debs and Alan. We were communicated with from the get-go ensuring our safe and soft arrival. The unit was sparkling clean and fitted the description of the unit perfectly. The unit was cleaned at times that were convenient for us, and the wi-fi was super fast and stable. I would highly recommend staying in one of Debs' units! We will definitely be back Thanks again!

A great apartment in a lovely & convenient position. Alan was a superb host - his warm welcome & check in was a great start to our holiday. We particularly appreciated excellent communication - map to location, daily updates on loadshedding & checking to see if we had managed to change our travel plans. Highly recommended as an excellent airbnb stay.

This flat worked really well for us. The hosts were super friendly and attentive, and it felt like a real bonus to have the apartment cleaned daily by friendly staff. We enjoyed the easy beach access and the apartment block pool. The indoor undercover parking was a nice surprise!
