Secure on-site parking and a secure undercover allocated parking bay.Security is excellent with 24 hour security guards and access tags.
There is a charcoal barbeque at the pool and it has a great sea view too.
Beach umbrellas and deck chairs can be hired on the beach at the Lifeguard station.
Other things to note
There is a backup generator for the lifts and common area lights during loadshedding.Fortunately we only have loadshedding from stage 4 upwards for 2 hours at a time. We do have loadshedding lamps and we have lamps that work during loadshedding

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, fully serviced home. Deb and Alan are fantastic hosts — friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist. The apartment itself is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering multiple spots to relax, whether it’s by the bar, at the dining table, on the sofas, or outside on the balcony. There are, however, a few things to keep in mind. If you're driving an SUV or a large sedan, parking can be quite tricky — the space is very tight. We actually scratched the car we were driving while trying to park, so caution is advised. While the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are comfortable, the doors don’t have locks, which might be a concern for those who value complete privacy. Also be aware that check out time is early so be mindful when book this home. Lastly, because the apartment is in a residential building, noise levels need to be kept low. It’s generally quiet, but you may be asked to lower the volume if it gets too lively.

No smoking of any kind inside the unit. No parties allowed and noise levels must be kept to a minimum especially between 10pm and 6am. The maximum guest capacity is 6 people including children over 2 years old. No overnight visitors or guests other than those that are checked in as guests. No glass allowed in the pool area. All damages and breakages are for your account. - Turn things off
