There is no lock box or reception to leave keys so an in-person greeting will be arranged for your arrival. Kindly note the latest check in time is 7pm.

Other things to note
Towels are changed after 3 nights. Linen is changed after 7 days. Any additional change requests to this will be for your account.
Unfortunately, there is no backup generator for the lifts during loadshedding.
We have loadshedding lamps and where possible we energy storing lightbulbs.
There is a charge of R1 000-00 to replace a lost set of keys and tags which have to be specially coded.

Disappointing stay despite a good location and good hosts. Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. We experienced problems with the geyser, which affected our access to hot water, and the shower was sticky and did not feel properly cleaned. Multiple cockroaches in the shower and bathroom. The biggest concern was the presence of cockroaches inside the accommodation. We saw them crawling around near the headboard, in the bathroom and kitchen, and even on our belongings. This was particularly uncomfortable and made us question the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the property. We did appreciate the host’s response once we raised the issues, and they apologised and indicated that they would address them. However, these problems significantly affected our experience and comfort during the stay. I hope the host takes the necessary steps to properly address the pest control.

I stayed 3 nights and everything was exactly as advertised. Very secure and safe environment. Walking distance from shops. Hosts were amazing. I could check in a little bit earlier which was great. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Perfect stay, one of my best ever in Airbnb Very clean, cozy, quiet, fast stable WiFi, very good TV and comfortable bed, kitchen is good equipped for cooking, comfortable working space, ocean view Apartment is in the middle of neighbourhood, a lot of restaurants and shops in 2 minutes from door, ocean promenade and beach Host is very friendly and helpful, daily additional cleaning was included in price Definetely will book again

Please bear in mind the proximity of neighbours and the noise levels, especially if on the balcony and if sliding doors are open. Keep sliding doors closed when the aircon is on. Keep sliding doors closed when you are out of the unit or the room during the day as monkeys do climb and are always opportunistically looking for food. Please don't park anywhere else in the basement parking other than the designated parking bay. Towels are not changed daily so please hang them up after use. Do not throw anything from the balconies, especially cigarette butts. Please don't hang anything over the balcony. We expect our guests to treat our place with respect.Maximum of 2 guests allowed.
