The space
There is no lock box or reception to leave keys so an in-person greeting will be arranged for your arrival. Kindly note the latest check in time is 7pm.

Other things to note
Towels are changed after 3 nights. Linen is changed after 7 days. Any additional change requests to this will be for your account.
Unfortunately, there is no backup generator for the lifts during loadshedding.
We have loadshedding lamps and where possible we energy storing lightbulbs.
There is a charge of R1 000-00 to replace a lost set of keys and tags which have to be specially coded.

when the adapter did not work, Deb came to replace it within one hour (what service!). I would definitely stay with them again the next time I come to Durban

If you are reading this review and considering to book, dont think twice. This Place is PERFECT !!! I travel a lot oftern use company accomodation discounts, however Debs N Alans place tops all other accomodation and vacation houses I have been too. I have to add it Gives Cape town in Mhlanga , So CLEAN you'd eat off the floor ! Thank You Debs and Alan , I cant wait to book again in Feb.

Please bear in mind the proximity of neighbours and the noise levels, especially if on the balcony and if sliding doors are open. Keep sliding doors closed when the aircon is on. Keep sliding doors closed when you are out of the unit or the room during the day as monkeys do climb and are always opportunistically looking for food. Please don't park anywhere else in the basement parking other than the designated parking bay. Towels are not changed daily so please hang them up after use. Do not throw anything from the balconies, especially cigarette butts. Please don't hang anything over the balcony. We expect our guests to treat our place with respect.Maximum of 2 guests allowed.
