Spent a weekend with family at debs n Alan’s place , the penthouse has a beautiful view of the Durban skyline and sea … A huge patio overlooking the ocean perfect for evening meals ..very relaxing … the pictures don’t do justice to the unit … The apartment is well kept and clean , Allan communicated throughout the stay , Everything was perfect for the weekend , would definitely recommend….

The penthouse is absolutely amazing! The views are gorgeous. The place was extremely clean. Deb and Alan are very communicative. The checkin process was easy and if any issues arrised....they were quick to get it fixed.

We had a great stay, the hosts went above and beyond constantly communicating important information throughout our stay and also allowing a late check-out which allowed us to sleep in a bit. Awesome experience

Wow! This penthouse apartment is absolutely stunning! With 360 views, it’s got to be the best view in Umhlanga. Lovely big space indoors and outdoors. Step right out onto the beachfront and so much to discover on the doorstep. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful penthouse apartment with amazing views! Apartment is spotless, has access to the beach and is close to local shops and restaurants. Alan and Debs are great hosts, very friendly and helpful and check in is straightforward. Lovely place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Modern penthouse in a great area with an amazing view. Alan and Deb were fantastic hosts, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very secure building with direct access to Bronze Beach. Will def stay here again when next in Durbs, great spot.

This apartment was amazing. I don’t feel like the photos do the actual space justice. Beautiful views from the balcony of the ocean and beach front. Very private. Very spacious lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with great appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer). One of the best places we have stayed at in Durban. We will be back. Alan is a great host - great with communication.

It was such a lovely apartment, but made even better with all of Debs and her husband were so helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. I had double Knee replacement and stayed for 21 days with my family. Debs went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Even when the power and water had trouble they were there to assist! The apartment was serviced every day and so professionally! Thank you so so much Debs it was wonderful, even though it was a tough time for me!!!

As on our last visit to Uhmlanga, Debs and Alan’s communication is first rate - any questions answered and when there was a small issue it was attended to in a flash. The apartment is amazing, spacious and modern with a fantastic view over the ocean/beach/promenade from the 12th floor. One small point, if you are a light sleeper there is strangely a skylight in the bedroom which means light comes in early and the bed is firm but these points are more nitpicking than an issue. Would thoroughly recommend the apartment and is great value.

Debs and Alan are incredible hosts. The pent house was clean, neat and clutter-free. It was inviting and we felt right at home. I love eating out, but also want the option to make food, the kitchen is well stocked with any type of utensil you can think of. They were responsive, helpful and assisted with some questions we had about surroundings. The view was so inviting with a backdrop of crashing waves. We also appreciated the privacy and peacefulness of the penthouse. We love and frequent Umhlanga and now have found our favourite hosts and accommodation. Highly recommended.

the view was exceptional of the coast of KwaZuluNatal. The apartment was on the top floor was wonderful. the BBQ was also great. You will not be disappointed in this place the main bedroom had a gorgeous views alongside the Living room and Kitchen. Parking indoors was perfect. Easy to get in and out. This place was even better than the pictures show! The views are amazing, and the place is fully stocked with everything you can think of. It's very well cleaned and maintained, and even came with daily cleaning and re-stocking if required. Our hosts Debs and Alan were amazing. Alan was waiting for us at the building to check us in, and helped carry our bags. He gave us great recommendations for places to go and things to do in the area. There was also excellent communication throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place, and I would also very highly recommend Debs and Alan as hosts.

An awesome place To stay right in front of the ocean and the views are just amazing. The main bedroom is nice and spacious but the other two rooms would suit a double bed set up instead of queen and twin to make it more spacious. That being said we had an amazing hosts who accommodated our every need and provided high chairs for the kids and cot beds as well. Definitely would stay here again and 110% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay In Umlanga but just outside the village and the noise.
