Alan was a super host, very accommodating and helpful. We were traveling with little ones and even organised body boards for them on short notice. The photos don’t do the place justice, it’s way better in person. Even the subtle touches and attention to detail like walking in and the aircon is on (that goes a long way in Durban). Again great hosts and I’ll definitely be back.

We had the most wonderful weekend at Alan & Debs’ Airbnb. The sea-facing views were absolutely stunning waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the light change over the water was pure magic. The space itself was peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully kept, making it so easy to relax from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like a little sanctuary by the sea. What stellar hosts Alan and Debs were. They were responsive and attentive from before we arrived up until our stay ended - very helpful and offered many suggestions on what to explore. We stayed in unit 602 and it was beyond enjoyable: a perfect mix of great sea views, pristine living areas and the perfect location. The place is on the doorstep of the beach and you can go for walks on the promenade. The unit was also serviced and honestly felt like a home away from home. We settled in pretty easily that we ended up extending our stay for a few more days. Our stay made the perfect vacation. We already looking forward to being back.

From check-in all the way through to check-out, Debs & Alan went out if their way to ensure a seamless stay. The apartment smelt fresh and clean and looks bright and modern. The floor to ceiling windows gave amazing views and light. With direct access to the beach, unbelievable views of the ocean this apartment was amazing. It’s safe to walk and within a short driving distance to Umhlanga’s CBD where there are a great variety of restaurants and shops. For groceries too, it’s only a short drive to the Oceans Mall. It was the perfect size for a short stay. We loved our time there and would highly recommend this apartment. Alan & Debs were amazing hosts!!

We had the most fabulous week in Umhlanga Rocks. The apartment is very comfortable and the views of the ocean nothing short of spectacular. Alan & Debs were extremely efficient and bent over backwards to ensure we had an excellent stay. Their friendliness and exceptional service are second to none. The Bermudas is an excellent location in Umhlanga and the restaurants and oceans mall are within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Debs was a great informative host, as we was on a road trip I only booked the apartment at 12 o'clock when we arrived in Umhlanga & she had it ready and cleaned for me by 4 o'clock. The apartment is in a great safe location with secure free parking, it has a great view of the beachfront & promenade and close to restaurant's & bars, as it's just been renovated it's very modern, clean and has a central aircon system that keeps the place cool on humid days, we really enjoyed our stay and i wont hesitate to book it again.

Debs was amazing she welcomed us so warmly on check in day, everything went so smooth and easy even communication was absolutely perfect. The house was exactly what we saw on dae pictures the view from dat big sliding door was amazing with the sounds ofbthe waves amazing The only thing that we struggled with was the wifi we just couldn't connect we just dnt know why but we usedbourvown router connections and the fridge made this noise frm time to time but all-in all this was a great vacation home, clean and worth the stay thanks to Debs for being so warm nd letting us stay

Debs and Alan were amazing hosts. Cleaning staff did an excellent job of taking care of the unit. Alan was always available for any assistance needed. The unit 602 was perfect in every way. From comfortable beds, to lounges you just want to lay in. The shower in the main bedroom is also a hidden gem...breathtaking views of the ocean while you shower. I will most definitely book again and highly recommend 602 as well as Alan and Team. I must also add that my wife left her jewelry behind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alan and Deb's place. The apartment could not be more perfectly located. We enjoyed morning runs on the promenade and the kids could pop down to the beach for a swim at a whim. We could keep an eye on them from the apartment. Lots of local knowledge shared in the manual provided and we really enjoyed the convenience of food and groceries delived to our door. This allowed us to relax and enjoy the beach and cafes right on our doorstep without being in and out of the car. Alan and Debs communication was great and check in and check out was seamless.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the very tastefully decorated beach side apartment The attention to little details and comforts provided a perfect start to our Natal trip The view and sound of the ocean was such an immersive experience....quite mesmerising. There is ample space with the master bedroom with sea views and two comfortable rooms each with twin beds. The immediate location on the Umhlanga Prom allows easy access to the beach for a pleasant walk or run. Many restaurants and coffee shops catering for any taste are easy to reach. The easy communication with Debs and Alan made check-in and out efficient. Their warm welcome was appreciated too. The cleanliness was without fault and a delightful cleaning lady kept the unit sparkling while we were out. I will highly recommend an opportunity to book this unit for a stay....super value for money and just fantastic!!

The apartment is just as calm and serene as the pictures. The cleanliness is better than any Airbnb I’ve stayed in the past and Debs and Alan are excellent communicators. They had small touches in the apartment that set themselves apart from any other hosts. From the tea/coffee to the kids games. Everything in the apartment is well thought out and comfortable. The view is out of this world and the closeness to Bronze Beach was just a huge plus. Will definitely visit again

Debs and Alan are truly super hosts. Their apartment is fabulous with an amazing view of the ocean. It has easy access to the promenade, the brach and a wide array of wonderful restaurants. Everything you coukd possibly need during your stay has been thought of. We will definately stay here again

What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get. It is one of the most cleanest airbnb I have ever slept 🛌 on. Allan, came to welcome us in, it was very special as you are able to interact physically with someone, not very common.

Debs and Allan are amazing hosts. They went beyond the call of service to accommodate us. The apartment is clean and well-stocked, the location is great and their responsiveness when we had questions/enquiries was very efficient. Great views of the sea and nice touches in the apartment to make one feel at home. I’d definitely recommend their place 👌🏽

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to apartment super early and we didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

It was great staying at Deb’s apartment. Alan met us to check us in personally and get us acquainted. The location is great - with a swimming beach right in front of the apartment and direct access there and to the promenade also. It had all the amenities we wanted, great views out over the ocean, plenty of space and lots of little welcoming touches. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in and would definitely go back again next time we’re in Durban.

Firstly Umhlanga is an amazing place for a winter break. Secondly, why would you stay anywhere else besides this place. Right on the beach, amazing views, easy walk to restaurants, safe, clean and the hosts are amazing. 5 star all round

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at 602 Bermudas. The apartment is modern and beautifully furnished, has a stunning sea view and is well-located. Alan was welcoming, friendly and helpful and made sure that we were very well looked after and that our stay was seamless. We did not meet Debs personally but her communications were very helpful.

Thank you to our hosts especially Alan for being so warm and accommodating. The place was extremely clean and the location is excellent and was well stocked. Excellent location. Tastefully decorated apartment with fantastic ocean view. Debs and Alan were amazing hosts, who went out of their way to make us comfortable. The welcome chocolates and variety of Nespresso pods were a lovely treat. The kids were delighted to find the stash of board games in each of their rooms. Cannot wait to visit this gem again!

This is an amazing beach front apartment with breathtaking views of the ocean. It’s a beautifully designed space with stylish modern deco which makes this an incredible place to stay. The modern furnishings and thoughtful touches (e.g USB charging ports at the beside pedestal) combined with the peaceful calming sounds of the ocean make this the ideal beach getaway. As hosts, Debs and Allan are wonderfully welcoming and helped make the check in and check out process a breeze. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back for another stay in the future.

Excellent hospitality, spectacular views of the ocean from your bedroom and bathroom, high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, fresh and clean fragranced towels is some of what you will get when you book with Alan and Debs. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Alan and Debs were great hosts that responded almost spontaneously. Hope to book again soon with them.
