If you're looking for a luxury place to stay in Toulouse, "La Villa Marengo" is a great option. It is located in an area close to the center and offers high-end amenities such as a pool surrounded by greenery. Although it is a peaceful environment, you can easily access the city center, where you will discover historic sites, museums, shops, markets. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with family or in a group, you'll love this hidden paradise.
The space
We recently renovated our entire family home, and we have every confidence in you to respect it.

The ground floor includes a spacious entrance with a storage closet, a fully furnished kitchen with a convection oven, pyrolysis, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, American-style fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. In addition, there is a well-equipped dining room with a ceramic table and dishes, a TV lounge with board games, a living room that overlooks the pool and a bar.

The garden offers various facilities such as a terrace with umbrella, a pool with beach linens and a shaded dining area under a century-old charcoal, and a plancha for your grills

The first floor of the house is air-conditioned and includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, as well as a private toilet. In addition, a small dressing room is located between the bedroom and the bathroom.
Another bedroom on the same floor has a queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, a desk and a TV. The landing is equipped with toilets.

The second floor is also air-conditioned and includes a double bedroom (90x200), a large desk and a TV. Another upstairs bedroom has a 160x200 bed, a desk and a TV. There is one bathroom to share, with an Italian shower and toilets.

Our best Airbnb this trip. We were met by Rebecca, who gave us a house tour. There is a handy comprehensive booklet with house information, where to shop and eat and suggestions for day trips. This home is tastefully refurbished and decorated. Perfect for 3 couples. The living room and dining room are fun to spend time in. The kitchen is well equipped and provided all the basic necessities. The bedrooms are air conditioned, have black out shutters and comfortable beds. The backyard is a green oasis. It is very convenient to transportation. Many great day trips from here, Carcassonne, Albi, Penne and Beniquel. The top floor has no internet.

Lovely home. Gorgeous furniture and finishes. Beautiful pool. Everything you need for a stay- fully equipped kitchen, amazing BBQ, pool towels etc. very spacious and luxurious. We will be back here! Rebecca was responsive and helpful and flexible. Great butcher around the corner and close to shops and the train station. Just remember your mosquito spray for the garden!

Great location. Quiet. Just a quick walk to the city center. So close to the metro and train station. The house was lovely and so comfortable.

    Please respect the walls, furniture and decorative objects. Despite our great esteem for our animal friends, we do not want them in the house. The fireplace remains dormant for the summer. We leave at your disposal some board games, DVDs and books; we would be very happy to find them, and in good condition. The house is "non-smoking" Please respect the rules of neighborhood life and, from 10 p.m., do not make too much noise outside (music, laughter and splashing in the pool) In case of rain, please put the garden cushions in the box provided to protect them During the summer period, burglars are at their happiest….. Never leave windows open to the street, even when going to the neighboring butcher and especially if you stay on the garden side. Please close doors, windows and shutters when you go out for the day
