Erin was proactive in her communication and went above and beyond by checking in and providing additional information about the area. The house fit the needs of our larger party well. We love staying in Champions Gate and would visit Erin’s place again!

The home was spacious and perfect for our large group! There were a lot of bathrooms which was a big plus for our teenagers. The hot tub & heated pool was a nice bonus too. We had two families and it was great to have a king size bed on both levels. The location was really close to the Oasis pool, which ended up being our fav pool. Our only complaint about the retreat pools is they don’t allow outside food/drink, nor water containers (no Stanleys or Owalas). We felt like the community was safe - our kids walked to/from the Oasis pool. Only cons about the home was it was initially hard to figure out TV/game consoles. But Erin helped us and once we got it we were good to go. We reached out to Erin several times during the week and she always got back to us immediately. She was awesome!!

This place was a perfect retreat for or week long Universal/Disney vacation. We were considering staying on property at Universal, but I'm glad we stayed here instead. There were 7 of us and everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom, which was really nice after being together all day; the teenagers particularly loved having their own rooms. I think this made the trip more peaceful overall. It's even more spacious than the pictures. The private pool, the Oasis clubhouse, the theater, and the gaming consoles were so nice on our off days from the parks. It was clean, private, and beautiful. Highly recommend.

Erin was wonderful and the house was a great place to stay! We loved the safety, security and amenities of the Championsgate community. Erin responded quickly and was very helpful. The house was so much fun to stay in! We loved staying here.

Erin was very great and very helpful handled all the issues with adding people to the list. When we walked in, we felt like we were home. Very pleasant atmosphere to be in. We also appreciated all the little extra soaps, towels, and little things that we did not bring. They were there already. Hot tub was very hot. Bubbly pool was warm. Cannot say enough about how we enjoyed the home.

This Airbnb worked so well for the setup we needed. The kids' rooms had a jack and jill bathroom, and every other room had its own bathroom with an extra bathroom off the pool. We were in the pool and hot tub daily. We had a few small issues (i.e. microwave wouldn't close), and our host was immediately responsive and had it fixed within hours.

beautiful house although we encountered a few issues Erin was extremely fast to respond and fix any issues. for the price the house is very good value. I would only suggest some updates on the outside furniture and tvs and cinema run very slow so really need updating otherwise it's a lovely house with a great responsive host.

Erin was an awesome host ! Let us check in early and within a moments notice. House was big enough for the 7 of us. Plenty of space & activities. 20 min from all attractions . Will use this house again in the future

House wasn't the cleanest. It's not a vacation when you have to sweep the floors when you arrive. The theater room had cockroaches. Was told to keep the door shut to that room and was going have pest control check it out. Next day stated finding baby ones in master bath. Nobody ever showed up to take care of issue. Also had issues with the pool water being slimy and that was as excuse of the rain maybe throwing the PH off. Well first of all it didn't even rain. Was going send pool guy to check this out but never did. So, after being there 3 days and dealing with that I asked for a partial refund which I was denied. I suggested an amount to cover cleaning and still give owner a small profit. After several messages of her trying to negotiate my refund, I settled for around half back of what I spent for a 7 day stay just to get out of that house. Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful home in good location. It needs be a little, cleaner and better fallow up on issues.

Erin was veey punctual with her responses. She was friendly and made sure we had more than enough details before we got to the house. She sent the info where we could order groceries to be delivered before we arrived. The only thing was hard for us was we're used to being closer to areas with walmarts and such. House was very clean. We enjoyed ourselves!

The Villa was perfect. It was a dream staying here with 10 people. The weather we had the week of our vacation was less than ideal( lots of severe thunderstorms) But all the wonderful amenities made it so we still had an incredible vacation. The theater room was awesome for a rainy afternoon or the gaming set up’s. And the private hot tub and pool were perfect to be able to sneak in some pool time between storms. Would definitely stay here again.

Erin’s villa felt like home as soon as we stepped in. We were a party of 9 with 4 children under 10, for 2 weeks doing the parks and local adventures… It was exactly what we needed! It is not the most “modern” or stylised compared to other villas in the area on AirBnb, but everything worked, everything was clean, there was no clutter, and Erin was always just a message away and responded so quickly. Highly recommend this rental!

Great stay my kids enjoyed our time and lots of room for everyone to spread out! Host was very accommodating and responsive! Location is nice overall! You can never go wrong with this area

Everything about this stay was great. Erin was extremely responsive and proactive with all communications. The house is exactly as described and pictured. Great security in neighborhood. The oasis club amenities are also well appointed. Highly recommend this host and property!!! We will definitely book again!!!!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The pool deck is great for family to hang out. If you get restless, there is also the neighborhood pool and waterpark. We didn't use it because there was a line out the door to check in and no line at the private pool in our backyard! The kitchen has plenty of space and the beds are quite comfortable; a step up from many other homes where they have clearly bought the most spartan/basic beds possible. Many of the features in the home are deluxe.
