Erin was amazing! She responded quickly, met all our questions and needs promptly. She gave great recommendations for what beach to go to and where my kids could try gator bites. When I couldn't find extra blankets, she sent them next day delivery. The hot tub was actually hot, not a warm bath! My kids can't wait to go back! Thank you for going above and beyond.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Erin’s place. Location was convenient for what we wanted to do. You are super close to neighbors but we knew that ahead of time, underestimated how much you could hear neighbors and were woken up two nights in a row from about 1AM - 4AM, but that’s a risk you take booking in a complex like this. House was offered way earlier than check in time which was nice. Seemed as though the cleaning was rushed. I manage a housekeeping department at a resort so I may be more judgmental than your average guest. Overall we loved the house and had a great stay - just an occupational hazard to look more closely at cleanliness and at things like loose towel bars and toilet paper holders! Erin was extremely responsive and helpful!

First time using AirBNB and Erin made it a wonderful experience! She was a very helpful and accommodating host with a quick response time. The home was spectacular! Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, very spacious for our group of 6 adults and 4 children, and the host was great with communication. Having the BBQ and heated pool as part of the rental was a bonus. We also enjoyed utilizing the large pool, lazy river and waterslides at the resorts. Highly recommend this property.

We had high expectations and they were met. Clean and nice with a very good floor plan in the house. The location was absolutely top in relation to the clubhouse/facilities, supermarket but also not far to drive to other attractions in Orlando. The resort is also centrally located. Eirin is really a super host who makes sure we have a good time. Provides good advice, clear information and responds to requests immediately. Erin was so responsive while preparing for and during our stay! The area was perfect, not directly in the middle of the disney hustle and bustle. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The home was perfect for our party of 9 with lots of space and the house had all of the basic necessities. With a grocery store within 2 miles we were able to get anything else needed for the duration of our stay. Would definitely recommend and would love tk book with Erin in the future.

Just returned home from our 3 week holiday, my wife, our 4 children (aged 20, 18,9 and 9) and I had a wonderful stay at Erin’s home. It is a fabulous base from which to enjoy the Disney and Universal parks. The home was huge for the 6 of us with lots of space to come together as a family and have a chill out in peace when we wanted. The bedrooms are all large and very comfortable with their own bathrooms and comfy beds. We all enjoyed the outdoor area with the BBQ, lovely pool and hot tub (which is so warm and relaxing, amazing) with our boys spending ours of fun jumping in and playing together. The area of Championsgate is huge but this villa is within 5 mins walking distance of the Clubhouse which is great fun. We used Uber and Lyft to get everywhere and never had any issues and used Instacart to get groceries delivered. Erin was an unbelievable host, so friendly and responsive to my questions. We would definitely return and would highly recommend this villa.

We enjoyed our stay! So much space for everyone to spread out. Pool and spa was great to relax in after being out and about all day. Walkable to the Oasis club. Erin was so helpful with information on the house and where everything is. Would stay again for sure!!

This home perfectly suited our family’s needs (kids ages 7 mos to 10 yrs). The backyard pool and the proximity of 2 water parks were well-used by our whole family. The home itself was terrific as the kids could use the upstairs lounge area away from the adults when they liked, and gave everyone lots of room. Really appreciated the laundry facilities and the baby items - all were in great form. Erin was terrific in responding promptly to any questions we had and she had good suggestions about the activities available at the clubhouse. We would highly recommend Erin and this house and look forward to future visits.

We’ve just arrived home from a 14 night stay for Christmas. A party of 11 of us raging from 3 years old to 72. The place was perfect with everything as described in a beautiful neighbourhood. Close enough to explore Disney and Universal with the home comforts of the evening to come home and chill and cook dinner. Thank you Erin for being so helpful and friendly, and quick to respond. Erin went out of her way to make our Christmas magical for us, great host would highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. It was great having space to spend time together as a family, but also enough space where we could go into our own area's and be alone when the family starts getting to be too much. The home was clean and well stocked for us. We couldn't find any air hockey pucks for the table in the garage but a quick order to Amazon and they were at the front door the next day. The game system in the kids bedroom was a pleasant surprise. The pool was very refreshing and well laid out. We spent a lot of time lounging in the pool and hot tub when we weren't visiting the parks. We checked out the Oasis club but unfortunately due to the constant rain on most days and our park schedules we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy it. We would definitely stay here again for a future visit and loved everything about it.

Our family of 9 had a great time! Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. Erin was an exceptional host and was very accommodating and responsive. The 3-5ft pool was great for the kids and came with floaties and a beach ball which they enjoyed. It was a short 30min drive to Disney parks and Universal Studios. The lazy river that was just 2 minutes away was a hit with the kids as well. We had a great vacation and hope to return again soon!

Stayed for 1 week with family and friends. Erin's place will not disappoint. The home is as described & very spacious even with 8 adults & 2 teenagers. The resort is beautiful & secure. The club house is a short walk from the home. Access to shopping, gas, pharmacies & all the other necessities within a 5 minute drive. Disney is just 15-20 minutes away. The home was very clean & well decorated. 5 total bedrooms with 5 bathrooms was perfect for the size of our group. The A/C was very good & came in handy with temperatures in the low 90's all week. The kitchen is large & contains kitchenware needed to prepare and serve food. The BBQ grill was also a great feature as we enjoyed it several times during the stay while relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The best part of the home is Erin. She was just AMAZING during our entire stay. Erin was very thorough in providing passes, instructions, & tips prior to departure and attentive throughout. I would absolutely stay here again.

Such an amazing stay! Now I will have a hard time not comparing every Airbnb we stay at in the future to this one. Everything was beautiful and well taken care of- just as described. Great instructions are located upon entry for wifi, local recommendations, daily information, and departure details. Erin was so helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived. Every question was answered promptly. We arrived very early in the AM and Erin provided an option for us to zoom through the community gates so we could immediately get rest. It was hard to wind down though because the home had great amenities such as the game room to peak the kids’ interest right away! Only positive things to stay about Erin’s home. It was our first visit to Orlando and won’t be our last thanks in part to our experience in this amazing home.

Great place ! We are no stranger to the Champions gate resort. Erin is a great host and very responsive. Pool was heated and controlled directly by the host so it’s great to be able to adjust heating settings during different times of the year. We stayed in December and the pool was warm and welcoming. Clean and tidy place, the only thing I’ve noticed if I had a suggestion was the upstairs Star Wars room (under and over pull out bed mattress) can use replacing in my opinion as the mattress looks worn and torn from likely guests miss using the bed when sliding it under the bed frame. Also needs a can opener haha. Cheers would certainly book again !

Our stay at Erin's home was awesome! Her communication started way before check in. She answered all my questions in such a timely manner. Check in was so smooth and the house was very cleaned. You could smell that it was just throughly cleaned. The house looked just like the pictures. My children loved the pool and spa they stayed in it all day. Thank you Erin for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be staying at your home again.

We had a great experience and felt right at home at Erin’s place! She communicated extremely well to the point where we had no questions! Check-in was exceptionally simple and quick and flawless. The house was perfect and really felt like home right away. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the pool and spa. Check out was excellent also. I’m a neat freak but sometimes the requirements for checkout are excessive on other rentals. That is NOT the case here!! It was so nice NOT to have to strip the beds etc!! Definitely would stay again- such a great experience! Thanks so much for everything!

Great location and you get an amazing place for the money. The house is accurate for what they have posted in the photo. I give it 4 stars because many of the games were not working (hockey table, soccer table); we had to pay for our BBQ grill, there was no condiments to cook, hand soap, detergent etc. I’d rather pay more for the day than having to go shopping for that. I hope the host could consider that for future. Besides that, the place is amazing!

The place is just as pictured. The hosts were great at communicating quickly. The pool and hot tub were great! Do bring shampoo and other basics, like laundry pods, if you'll be there for several days. The beds were all firm. The property is in a wonderfully cared for gated community.
