The house was nice, but the couches were very u comfortable to sit on. We tried sitting on them to watch television, but it would sink in. They were all broken down. Nice 9bedroom house plenty of room. The game room was not kept too good, because the kids were complaining about bugs. The corners were dirty and some dead bugs were notice. One of the toilets was stopped up, but we were able to get it going. The place could do with some updates. Over all I would recommend this place if you have a big family. We had a family of 19.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as advertised… very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It easily accommodated our large family reunion, and everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy themselves. The amenities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. Erin was a fantastic host, very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable place for a family gathering or group vacation. This place was everything we were expecting and then some. First - if you want a McMansion that’s spotless and perfect, this place isn’t for you. It’s a rental! It’s HUGE. It’s exactly as shown in the pictures and as a renter, that’s exactly want I want. We had 22 people staying in this house. 5 different families. All of the kids (10 of them) were teens. There are enough spaces they could unwind and do kid things with the pool and the game room. There was ample places for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was spacious enough to prepare multiple meals for the entire gang with ease. Erin communicated with us daily. The location worked great. We took in a different venue every day! Parking wasn’t an issue. It was easy to get 2 vans parked in the driveway and there was plenty of street parking as well. The community pool, game room and sand volleyball courts got plenty of use from our group as well. If we travel here again, this will be the first place we check to stay!

This was my first time booking an Airbnb and it could not have been any easier. Erin was an amazing host, quick response with questions. Home was beautiful, there were 11 adults and 5 kids, we had more than enough room for us to be together yet, have our own space. All amenities listed were available.m and used. Walking distance to Oasis, which had A pool and easy river. Highly recommend Erin as a host

The house was so clean and roomy.. televisions in every room.. the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals..with 7 little ones the pool was the highlight..lots of pool towels and bath towels.. Erin was always available for questions.. it is a beautiful home and having the bbq and the pool heat included was a bonus.. Thank you Erin for making our holiday so special

The home was exactly as depicted, and Erin was an outstanding host friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made settling in effortless. Everything was impeccably clean and well organized, with plenty of room for our group to spread out while still enjoying time together. The layout worked perfectly for both relaxation and privacy. The outdoor big-screen TV was a highlight for the kids and made our evenings especially fun. The property truly felt like a resort experience, especially with access to the clubhouse and its great amenities. The location was also ideal close to Disney and major freeways, making everything very convenient. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be returning again and highly recommend this home to others.

We had a few issues early on in our stay that we brought to Erin’s attention such as the spa wouldn’t heat any warmer than the set pool temperature, minimal WiFi reception which meant we couldn’t use the outside projector, and an electrical issue with the oven that caused our food to start on fire. Erin was quick to respond to these issues and try to resolve them. Responsiveness was great, which was very much appreciated. That being said, the house itself was just ok for us. We have been coming to FL for several years, and compared to others we have rented for less, it does seem pretty run down and could use a little TLC. We are picky when it comes to rentals though, so it may be just fine for someone else. We made the best of it and enjoyed our vacation. Also appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood, even during spring break

Erin’s mansion far exceeded every expectation. So much nicer than even the photos showed. The resort has everything any family member could want. The house was laid out perfectly for multiple families. We loved the pool and hot tub and appreciated all the extras like a second fridge, stroller, TVs and arcade games.

We found Erin’s Florida home was situated ideally for the theme parks and restaurants. The area was extremely tidy and peaceful. The house is well equipped and homely. A few minor issues arose but was sorted quickly by Erin. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. It is excellent value for money. We will be back.

Check in and check out was easy. Appreicate all the help and quick responses that Erin did. The beds were comfortable. Love the space the house provided. The pool was too cold for 2 year and 3 year old to go into around 10am. Also, like had a coffee pot/liners there. Just wish they had sugar packets. Did not find any salt/pepper, found other spices in the spice rack. Plus, find lids too containers but no containers. Except did find one container with a lid. Wish there were more containers to put leftover food in, since we did cook there. All said and done, I would recommend this place to others. Thanks Erin you were a super host!

This home was very nice and spacious. I loved the fact that all the bedrooms had single to king size beds. So it didn't matter if you were an adult or child, everything fit. I loved the outside projector by the pool. That was a hit for me and my guest. The garage had a full size refrigerator, which helped a lot with all the extra groceries that we couldn't fit inside the kitchen refrigerator. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Also, my host was very great and accommodating in every way. She did her best to make my stay an enjoyable one.

my family's stay at Erin's Arbnb was very pleasant. The home was the best stocked home I've ever booked. You literally only needed to bring your clothes and food. The kitchen had every small appliance needed in a kitchen and more. We'll definitely book with Erin again.

We loved the house, we definitely recommend it. Our stay was excellent. The house is very well equipped, has everything we needed and more. The house was impeccable when we arrived. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with very comfortable beds to rest at ease. It was easily accessible and the area was certainly quiet and safe. We really enjoyed the temperate pool. It is a great option to travel with the family and be able to rest. We would love to come back another time.

Erin is the best host I've ever had on Airbnb. We were a large group of 18 with a last minute booking and she went over and above to make sure our week was a fantastic vacation. The pictures accurately portrayed the house, pool and hot tub heat were fabulous, not to mention we watched the super bowl on the pool projector screen! The kitchen was well stocked and she even ordered us some large dishes we needed for cooking for our large family. Beds were very soft, but comfortable. Lovely amenities and only a short walk to the Oasis Clubhouse. The kids loved the garage and had a blast with the NFL arcade game. Overall, a fantastic host and house and we would book here again.

Erin was absolutely great to work with. She was very responsive. We did have an issue with the hot tub heating and she jumped right on it and had a repair technician sent to fix it asap. She then followed up to make sure it was working. She also took the time to make local recommendations for us when we asked for her help. Absolutely a pleasure working with her!

Erin was great and the place was amazing! Everything was very clean. We ended up having extra rooms and lots of space to spread out for 15 people. It didn’t feel cramped at all! The amenities, including the water park and clubhouse, were AMAZING and made for an awesome day. The pool and jacuzzi in the backyard were also great and were very relaxing (included with lounge chairs and floats)! They were very clean. Other nice features include daily trash pickup, a grill, loooots of towels, an extra fridge and freezer in the garage, lots of bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen with spices. When we got there, workers were there fixing a screen outside that had been broken - Erin fixed things at a great speed and was fast to respond to any questions. The only things we didn’t love were that the game room was in the garage (was not advertised that way) and did not have AC, but wasn’t a huge deal. And the couches in the living room-when you sat down, you’d sink into them! Still comfy tho.

Let me start by saying I would’ve gave it a 4 1/2 instead of a four, but there’s no halves, Erin was very responsive to every question we had or issue we had our only issue was the game room is in the garage. She has a portable AC in there, but it was not working but she did attempt to get it working and then just bought us a fan because it wouldn’t work, but we’re in Florida,so It was still too hot to sit out there and play. I Will say the house was very well stocked with towels and kitchenware more than any other house we’ve rented The only other problem we had was finding the remote for the projector TV which we didn’t attempt till the last night and I wasn’t gonna bother her for that!! Stay was great , beds were comfortable and well stocked! Thank you again Erin .

It was fun to be so close to the clubhouses and the space was great for our group. Lots of activities for our teens and pre-teens. We even took a day trip to Clearwater for a beach day. Erin was super responsive and had a handyman come quickly each time we needed help. The reason we gave this place four (instead of five) stars was because the kitchen was not well stocked with pans and cooking items for our group, the microwave door fell off and was a bit hard to get going, and the lights in the bedrooms would just randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Do I think these things can be fixed? Yup! We would stay again based on the response of Erin, for sure. These things do need to be fixed, though. I have every belief that they will be. Thanks for a fun stay, Erin!

Overall great experience with Erin. She was a phenomenal host! House for the most part looks just as is with just a few minor details that need to be fixed. Would recommend to anyone looking to vacay!! She is very helpful and a fast communicator! All of the amenities you would have to pay for separately such as warm pool and spa and grill is already included with house so the deposit is worth it. Thank you Erin for an amazing experience!

Overall, the host Erin is a step above everyone else that I have encountered on Airbnb. Not only was she proactive, she followed through on questions to ensure I was well taken care of. The home itself is beautiful and we could not find one thing wrong. We had one maintenance issue that ended up being something simply but she sent over a maintenance guy just to ensure it wasn't anything else (did not have to request for her to take action- beat me to it). Would love to return to this home or visit one of her other listings.. This home accomodated my family for a graduation in the area and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company.

The home was great! So many bedrooms that I got lost upstairs, LOL! Everything was clean and looked exactly as the pictures and description. This place is close to both Tampa and Orlando. It was a pleasant stay. We had group of 24 including kids. It’s was a comfortable place. Kids love the pool.
