Spread across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment is arranged to let guests move freely while still offering privacy where it counts. Creative interiors flow through the home without feeling overdone - every corner has been put together with intention, and the practical details are just as well thought out as the aesthetic ones.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom is inspired by tropical forest imagery, with layered lighting and decorative details that give it a rich, immersive feel. It opens directly into an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The second bedroom takes a different direction entirely - pop art references and a trundle bed that converts from a daybed into a double bed, making it a flexible option for different group configurations. The third bedroom carries an urban explorer aesthetic, with clothing storage and enough breathing room to decompress after a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped for proper home cooking. A General Electric refrigerator, Teka electric stove, Teka oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and the full range of cooking basics are all at hand. The apartment was big and spacious. However, it needs a new coat of paint. It's been very out of the ordinary When we arrived, the door in the kitchen was totally broken and dangerous for small children. In addition, one of the toilets didn't work. It was all fixed after a while but a little annoying. The location is ok, but you live in an ugly high-rise concrete block. Communication was good. However, we wouldn't come back.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure , amenities were all available , Jaume was extremely welcoming and polite even had filled the fridge with basics and snacks . We felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again . Just to note AC’s are located in the living room and one of the rooms (in case you’re looking to stay in the summer) but there is a beautiful breeze once you open the windows as the apartment is located on an upper level with wonderful views.

**IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the balcony or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. (We pay one of the higher prices for electricity in Europe and we want to continue offering nice prices on the rental, please help us to achieve it). - 5. For your safety double lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out, during your stay. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9. We look after this apartment so you can feel at home in it, therefore please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show you care. Leave the flat as you found it, take out your trash and don’t leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and respect a certain extent of dirtiness, actually you don’t need to do a cleaning. However, if an extended cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty, there will be an extra charge deducted from your deposit. - 11. If there is something wrong, or you break or damage something during your stay, make sure to let us know straight away. - 12. We provide 1 baby cot (linen not included) and 1 high chair - request in advance. Extra cot (+20€)/Extra high chair (+10€) - 13. There is a security deposit of 1000€ to cover any damage to the apartment and/or its contents and/or any innapropriate behaviour of the guests. - 14. Tourist Tax payable upon arrival (5€/person/night) 7 nights max. This amount IS NOT INCLUDED in the total price of the apartment and must be paid on arrival, either in cash or credit card. - 15.
