The apartment was big and spacious. However, it needs a new coat of paint. It's been very out of the ordinary When we arrived, the door in the kitchen was totally broken and dangerous for small children. In addition, one of the toilets didn't work. It was all fixed after a while but a little annoying. The location is ok, but you live in an ugly high-rise concrete block. The communication was good. However, we wouldn't come back.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure , amenities were all available , Jaume was extremely welcoming and polite even had filled the fridge with basics and snacks . We felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again . Just to note AC’s are located in the living room and one of the rooms (in case you’re looking to stay in the summer) but there is a beautiful breeze once you open the windows as the apartment is located on an upper level with wonderful views.

Additional rules
**IMPORTANT: THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING IN WHICH FAMILIES RESIDE, SO SILENCE MUST BE RESPECTED FROM 9PM. 1. No smoking in the apartment, this is a smoke-free apartment. If necessary you can do it on the balcony or outside the apartment, enjoying the local life. - 2. Please respect our neighbors. Check the noise level on the stairs, as well as in the apartment, at all times. It is totally forbidden to make excessive noise from 9pm to 9am and parties, in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being expelled from the apartment at any time of the day or night, without any refund. - 3. Proper sight (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while using the common areas of the building. - 4. Use the air conditioning and heating responsibly, and remember to also turn off the lights when you leave the apartment. (We pay one of the highest electricity prices in Europe and want to continue to offer good rental prices, please help us achieve this.) - 5. For your safety, lock the door on the outside and close the windows every time you leave, during your stay. - 6. Accommodating more people than originally stated in the reservation is strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule will lead you to be expelled from the apartment at any time of the day or night, without any refund. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, keep in mind that you will need to provide your own towels. - 8. Do not remove any objects, contents or furniture from the apartment. - 9. We take care of this apartment so you can feel at home in it, so please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show that you care. Leave the floor as you found it, take out the trash and don't leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on holiday and we do not ask you to do a cleaning, just leave the apartment tidy. However, if prolonged cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty, there will be an additional charge to be deducted from your security deposit. - 11. If something is wrong, or during your stay you break something, be sure to inform us immediately. - 12. We provide a cot (cot clothes not included) and a high chair - both upon request. Extra crib (+20€)/extra high chair (+10€) - 13. The security deposit for this apartment is 1000€ and will cover any damage to the apartment and/or its contents and/or any inappropriate behaviour of the guests. - 15.
