Great apartment in a great location for our family of 4. Easy to walk to Pg de Gracia for shopping. Number of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Apartment had all the amenities we needed and space to spread out. My favorite part was the back balcony - which was my favorite place to enjoy my morning coffee and enjoy a glass of wine with snacks while the kids rested in the early evening. We would return to this apartment.

Lovely flat with plenty of character and in a central location. However, there is quite a bit of noise from the road below when you are in the living room. In the room closest to the entrance, some noise from the communal area should be expected. In contrast, the two rear rooms are wonderfully peaceful. All in all, a really nice apartment.

Location of this Airbnb was excellent and very safe - and the place was generally clean. Pretty basic essentials in the apartment and a bit corporate process booking and communicating through Bizflats. We had asked for a later checkout given flight times and the fact the place wasn't booked the evening of our departure but never heard back from "management" after multiple advance requests, so that was disappointing. Ended up finding a convenient luggage storage place nearby so not a big deal in the end but not very accommodating ownership. Otherwise, a solid location and option.

Great place, the room was slightly smaller than expected.. the master bedroom larger than expected :) Ideal place to discover the city of Barcelona. Metros nearby. Spar supermarket nearby. Nice beds. Clean. And pleasant contact for tuning. I just missed a corkscrew for a bottle of wine.

Dandi Terrace was perfect for our family Christmas vacation in Barcelona. The apartment was wonderful, Jaume was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood itself was lovely. Thank you!

Perfect location to explore all of Barcelona, walking distance to countless restaurants/bars/shops and attractions. Check in and communication was smooth, place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (though could not find a wine opener). Great option for families, we travelled with our two daughters (15 and 12) and they each had their own room but could comfortably accommodate two more kids. One minor issue to note with Wi-Fi strength and network was a little slow, but otherwise no issues. Eixample neighborhood is fantastic, close to Casa Batllo, and many great options for breakfast/coffee etc. We'd stay here again on our next trip. Family of 4 traveling from Texas on our kids' Thanksgiving break.

The place was in an ideal area. Very nice and clean. Liked that Maria explained everything and that we were able to leave our luggage before check in while the housekeeper was finishing. The elevator worked on day 1 so we could get our luggage up to the apartment. Unfortunately, it did not work day 2 or 3. But we only had to take luggage down so not a big deal. Highly recommend this place!!!!

We really wanted to love this apartment. Everything was great until we realized how much you could hear the apartment upstairs. At first it was just the loud steps, and the voices, but when the neighbours decided to host a party at 4am we were done. The chandelier shaking, walls vibrating and the music blasting made our stay miserable. We had to be up early for Sagrada Familia booking and by the time we left the apartment the party was still in full swing. After reporting this, they were removed from the unit, but unfortunately the day was lost. The following evening was quiet, but once the apartment was rented again the running back and forth of the children upstairs was very loud. We have children of our own, so we do understand they need to play, but it was indicative of the construction of the building. The location is great, and the unit has so much charm, but the risk of lousy neighbors was just not worth it.

The location is amazing and Maria, who checked us in, is very responsive, thorough and knowledgable. We had an issue with the water heater and she helped us troubleshoot and fix it immediately. The apartment is beautiful and well kept. It is in a great location. We walked to many different Barcelona neighborhoods. The beds were comfortable. It's clean . It is rented through Bizflats so we never met Jaume, but the person who met us was responsive. For others- there is no shampoo and conditioner.

Great space for a family with kids. Beautiful main living area with lots of space to relax together, and home was well located and with a good quick elevator. Master bedroom is very big and nice and the two other rooms are much smaller. Just a note in case it’s many adults sharing space.

We loved this stay in Barcelona! We loved being in a residential neighborhood where you didn’t feel surrounded by tourist, but we’re still in the middle of the city. Very close to a neighborhood market (La concepció) and lovely cathedral. And then from there 15 mins to numerous sites. Very close to metro so easy to get here from the main train station. Neighborhood was lively but quiet at night and there was no noise in the bedrooms. It’s a gorgeous apartment and we would love to stay again!!! We are a family with 3 young kids and found it great for us. Oh, and eat at Bella Italia which is 1/2 block away, some of the best Italian ever with thoughtful servers in a cute tiny restaurant.

Gorgeous property in an ideal location. Large space, comfortable beds. Comfortable furniture. This was our favorite place we’ve stayed the last month traveling in Europe. Barcelona is our favorite city. Anna the host was super responsive, checked us in early and was very pleasant. A 5 Star experience. The only side note is there was construction in an adjacent unit which was really disruptive during the day - however that did not take away from how well cared for and appointed this property is. Also - great internet! I live online and need speeds to have video calls.

The apartment is in a fantastic location near a metro stop, restaurants, AND Casa Batlló. It mixes warm, classic elements of the living spaces with the cool, modern aesthetics of the kitchen and bathrooms. We were greeted by María on day one. She was prompt, enthusiastic and helpful. A door handle that was broken was fixed promptly. The only downside was that on one evening, there were very loud, consistent footsteps for an hour at about 18:00 hours. Hopefully, they were temporary guests and not owners or long-term renters. Overall - a great stay.

The spacious apartment is in a lovely part of Barcelona, close to many restaurants, attractions and the metro. The apartment was very clean, fully stocked and well maintained. The apartment has lovely floors and high ceilings. It was very comfortable for our group of three. There is street noise, as the apartment overlooks a busy street. Once the living room doors are closed, the noise was effectively shut out from the rest of the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped and there are many grocery stores within walking distance. The host is very responsive and check in with one of Jaume’s greeters was smooth and easy.

Amazing location one block from the excitement but far enough away to enjoy a restful night's rest at night. The space is incredible has beautiful views from the front balcony and back balcony off the primary bedroom. Has an elevator / lift to help with avoiding stairs for luggage or those with mobility challenges, like me. Conveniently close to several restaurants, bars and a 24 hour grocery / convenience store. I would HIGHLY recommend and will be coming here again when in the area!

this was a perfect location for our family trip to Barcelona. We had plenty of room for the 3 adults and 2 kids traveling and the location was super convenient! our arrival was significantly delayed due to flight connection issues and Jaume was super flexible and made it easy for us to arrive after midnight, we really appreciated that. we had no issues at all during the stay and the air conditioning worked VERY well during some pretty hot weather. Overall one of the best Abnb experiences we've had and I would highly recommend this listing

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The apartment was much bigger than we realized. All our needs were anticipated, and the place was spotless. We wanted to move in. Very stylish with extremely comfortable furniture and beds. We had to reschedule the check in time at the last minute because of a tour, but the check in was seamless. The neighborhood was perfect. Easy access to other areas and luxurious for returning to each day. Wonderful amenities. A beautiful mix of the old and new. Totally quiet and a tiny food shop next door for milk shortages. We would definitely stay here in the future and would recommend the apartment to anyone planning a trip to Barcelona. It is also near our favorite restaurant—Cerveceria Catalana!

Location was good and everything was within a 20 minute walk. Host was responsive to inquires. my family of five would stay again. if you're staying more than 2 days with a family of five, you'll need to buy paper towels. tp. etc. washer/ dryer came in handy.

We had a lovely time at the Dandi apartment and would highly recommend! It is in such a great neighborhood and walking distance to amazing cafes, parks, restaurants, and the Passeig de Gracia. The space is quite large with a lovely, light-filled living room/dining room, two bathrooms, and a large master bedroom with a balcony. This neighborhood is a nice, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood that is away from the more touristy spots, which we enjoyed. We liked the Mercat de Concepcion for groceries. The bedrooms are very quiet and off the main street. I would say the location + neighborhood restaurants/cafes were our favorite thing about the Dandi apartment.

Perfect location, impeccable hosts! The only thing I hadn’t realized from the photos is that the two secondary bedrooms are VERY small. We were traveling with another couple, so it was a bit awkward the disparity between the huge, gorgeous master and the next best option. That said, we all slept great, and had a fantastic time both as a launching pad for our adventures and hanging out after walking all day. And on the last day when we realized someone had accidentally locked passports inside the apartment, Jaume came to the rescue and was there in less than half an hour to let us back in so we could make our flights. 10 stars!!

Rarely do I get to say I was pleasantly surprised by anything but this apartment gave me that chance. It is huge! And it's lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable. The TV in the living room had both cable programming and streaming available. The AC works great but sometimes we'd prefer to have the windows open to hear the action outside and feel the fresh air. The location was excellent. Eixemple is a great neigborhood. We loved being down the street from Passeig de Gracia where there are several Gaudi buildings to tour and the wonderful Hotel Majestic with its rooftop bar with views of the whole city. This was a wonderful AirBnB, possilby the best we've ever stayed in. Thanks for hosting us!

Oh, this apartment was amazing! The location could not be any better. It’s walkable to everything and public transportation is nearby and it’s easy to catch a taxi if needed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax in. We would definitely return to stay here! This apartment is fantastic! Walking distance to the main central shopping district and all the beautiful restaurants and very close to transport to see all that Barcelona has to offer! We got taxis because they’re reasonably priced in Barca and they’re everywhere. But the subway and bus stop is handy for those who prefer. The host is super helpful! Nothing was left to chance. The host, Jaume, contacted us after we booked to ensure everything was ready for us. Everything is self explanatory in the apartment and they are super organised! Everything was seamless. The flat was great! Spacious, clean, private but most of all so central. We also felt very safe and secure. There’s a mini mart next door which was really handy. I would have no hesitation recommending this Airbnb to anyone. 5 stars ⭐️

Jaume is a wonderful person who speaks many languages. We booked an apartment on Sunday being near it. First of all, he answered us very quickly and came very quickly to settle us. He showed and told everything. Always been in touch if we needed something. The apartment is very good size. It looks exactly like in the photos. It is located on the third floor, there is an elevator. The apartment has everything you need. The bedrooms are located so that there is quiet and can not hear the noise of the road. The apartment is located in a great location, located in the center and at the same time there are no crowds of tourists around. Nearby is everything you need: a lot of different grocery stores; flower market; food market ; pharmacies; hair salons; Spa; bakery. We will definitely return to this apartment or to another apartment Jaume.

Very nice flat located in a very nice area of Barcelona. Very comfortable. Great kitchen. The descriptions and pictures are all very accurate. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

This is an outstanding flat, where we spent a very happy nine nights. It's a first-rate location, with large and lovely interior spaces, and attentive management. We were delighted with the full experience.

What a gorgeous apartment...warm, comfortable, stylish and easy to maintain during your stay. Perfect location for visiting Barcelona. Everything within a 5 minute walk that you could possibly need---food, drink, cafes, fantastic dining, shopping, markets, public transit. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 teens and we all had plenty of space and privacy. Boys especially loved the supermerkat next door for buying their snacks and drinks! Jaume and Team were incredibly responsive and kind. They also arranged all travel to and from the airport for us (at a reasonable additional cost) even for a 4am departure. We were able to use the early bird check in as well and this made our early arrival much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment, or any apartment managed by this Team, and we plan to visit again some day.

The place is great, its really close to all important areas in Barcelona, very nice street, the apartment has everything you need and there is also a convenience store downstairs.

My friend’s and I had a wonderful time in Juame’s apartment. He did everything to make our stay easy and comfortable — from arranging a car to pick us up at the airpot to meeting us at the apartment to give us a tour and go over the house rules. The apartment was recently renovated and gorgeous! You can tell that they put a lot of thought into the details and decor, which we appreicated. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to make meals at home if we wanted. We loved the neighbohood too. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants and we loved going to Navarro’s which is right down the street and has a cute flower shop and a great market. We would absolutely recommend Juame’s apartment and hope to stay there again in the future.
