Great apartment in a great location for our family of 4. Easy to walk to Pg de Gracia for shopping. Number of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Apartment had all the amenities we needed and space to spread out. My favorite part was the back balcony - which was my favorite place to enjoy my morning coffee and enjoy a glass of wine with snacks while the kids rested in the early evening. We would return to this apartment.

Lovely flat with plenty of character and in a central location. However, there is quite a bit of noise from the road below when you are in the living room. In the room closest to the entrance, some noise from the communal area should be expected. In contrast, the two rear rooms are wonderfully peaceful. All in all, a really nice apartment.

Location of this Airbnb was excellent and very safe - and the place was generally clean. Pretty basic essentials in the apartment and a bit corporate process booking and communicating through Bizflats. We had asked for a later checkout given flight times and the fact the place wasn't booked the evening of our departure but never heard back from "management" after multiple advance requests, so that was disappointing. Ended up finding a convenient luggage storage place nearby so not a big deal in the end but not very accommodating ownership. Otherwise, a solid location and option.

**IMPORTANT: THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING IN WHICH FAMILIES RESIDE, SO TO RESPECT SILENCE FROM 9PM. 1. No smoking in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. If necessary you can do it on the balcony or outside the apartment, enjoying the local life. - 2. Please respect our neighbors. Control the noise level on the stairs, as well as in the apartment, at all times. It is totally forbidden to make excessive noise from 21h to 9h and the fiestas, in the apartment. Breaking this rule will take you to be kicked out of the apartment anytime day or night, with no refund. - 3. Properly view (shirt, pants and shoes) at all times, while using the common areas of the building. - 4. Use AC and heating responsibly, and remember to also turn the lights off when leaving the apartment. (We pay one of the highest electricity prices in Europe and want to continue offering good prices in the rent, please help us achieve it.) - 5. For your safety, lock the door outside and lock the windows each time you leave, during your stay. - 6. Accommodating more people than originally listed in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will take you to be rexpulsed from the apartment anytime day or night, with no refund. - 7. Please do not use the towels in the apartment for the beach or the pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please note that your own towels should be provided. - 8. Do not remove from the apartment any object, content or furniture. - 9. We take care of this apartment so that you can feel at home in it, so please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other content will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show that he cares. Leave the floor as you found it, take out the trash, and don't leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and we do not ask you to do a cleaning, just leave the apartment tidy. However, if prolonged cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty there will be an extra charge to deduct from your security deposit. - 11.
