Great place, the room was slightly smaller than expected.. the master bedroom larger than expected :) Ideal place to discover the city of Barcelona. Metros nearby. Spar supermarket nearby. Nice beds. Clean. And pleasant contact for tuning. I just missed a corkscrew for a bottle of wine.

Perfect location to explore all of Barcelona, walking distance to countless restaurants/bars/shops and attractions. Check in and communication was smooth, place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (though could not find a wine opener). Great option for families, we travelled with our two daughters (15 and 12) and they each had their own room but could comfortably accommodate two more kids. One minor issue to note with Wi-Fi strength and network was a little slow, but otherwise no issues. Eixample neighborhood is fantastic, close to Casa Batllo, and many great options for breakfast/coffee etc. We'd stay here again on our next trip. Family of 4 traveling from Texas on our kids' Thanksgiving break.

**IMPORTANT: THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING WHERE FAMILIES RESIDE, SO QUIET HOURS MUST BE RESPECTED AFTER 9:00 PM. 1. No smoking in the apartment, this is a smoke-free apartment. If necessary, you can smoke on the balcony or outside the apartment, enjoying local life. - 2. Please respect our neighbors. Keep noise down in the stairwell and in the apartment at all times. It is strictly forbidden to make excessive noise from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM and to have parties in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to your expulsion from the apartment at any time of day or night, without any refund. - 3. Dress appropriately (shirt, pants, and shoes) at all times while using the building's common areas. - 4. Use the air conditioning and heating responsibly, and also remember to turn off the lights when leaving the apartment. (We pay one of the highest electricity prices in Europe and we want to continue offering good rental prices, please help us achieve this). - 5. For your safety, lock the door from the outside and close the windows each time you leave during your stay. - 6. Hosting more people than originally listed on the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will result in your being kicked out of the apartment at any time of day or night, without any refund. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please note that you must provide your own towels. - 8. Do not remove any object, content or furniture from the apartment. - 9. We take care of this apartment so that you can feel at home in it, so please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture, or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show that you care. Leave the apartment as you found it, take out the trash, and don't leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and we do not ask you to do a cleaning, simply to leave the apartment tidy. However, if prolonged cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty, there will be an additional charge deducted from your security deposit. - 11. If there is something wrong, or during your stay you break something, be sure to let us know immediately. - 12. We provide a crib (crib linen not included) and a high chair - both upon request.
