hard-pressed to match elsewhere. The Dandi is a luxury apartment and
represents the architecture and layout of the typical Eixample houses.
It has just been renovated, so it's brand new, but we tried
nevertheless, to preserve the essence of a stately residence.
The added values of being our guest, at the Dandi apartment:
* a) a large overall size, especially the living/dining area and the
master bedroom,
* b) a terrace in the master bedroom,
* c) a construction with very well original Modernist elements,
* d) everything being brand new.

The Dandi has 2 full bathrooms & 3 double bedrooms:
* - ensuite master bath with a jetted bathtub and a separated shower
cabin (with rainshower system)
* - second bath with a shower cabin (with rainshower system)
It also boasts a glass gallery in the master bedroom that can be opened
becoming a terrace (an added benefit for you). The master bedroom is
massive. It boasts a 200x200 cm bed, very rare to find in the
apartments of Barcelona. For those who discern the privileges of
luxury, the master suite enjoys complete silence and serenity; all the
better to bask in this gorgeous setting.
It has a sleek modern kitchen with stainless steel apliances and mirror
splashbacks. The lighting comes by the Louis Poulsen PH5 Lamp. In the
lounge find signature leather furniture and sofa. You will relax
sitting in the Barcelona chair and ottoman and in a pair of Eames
lounge chairs. The Noguchi coffe table rounds the scene.
Not to mention the special perimetrer lighting created to accentuate the
original plaster moldings on the ceilings, all over the apartment.
In the dining area, the classy mahogany table and chairs stand out

**IMPORTANT: THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING WHERE FAMILIES RESIDE, SO QUIET HOURS MUST BE RESPECTED AFTER 9:00 PM. 1. No smoking in the apartment, this is a smoke-free apartment. If necessary, you can smoke on the balcony or outside the apartment, enjoying local life. - 2. Please respect our neighbors. Keep noise down in the stairwell and in the apartment at all times. It is strictly forbidden to make excessive noise from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM and to have parties in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to your expulsion from the apartment at any time of day or night, without any refund. - 3. Dress appropriately (shirt, pants, and shoes) at all times while using the building's common areas. - 4. Use the air conditioning and heating responsibly, and also remember to turn off the lights when leaving the apartment. (We pay one of the highest electricity prices in Europe and we want to continue offering good rental prices, please help us achieve this). - 5. For your safety, lock the door from the outside and close the windows each time you leave during your stay. - 6. Hosting more people than originally listed on the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will result in your being kicked out of the apartment at any time of day or night, without any refund. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please note that you must provide your own towels. - 8. Do not remove any object, content or furniture from the apartment. - 9. We take care of this apartment so that you can feel at home in it, so please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture, or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show that you care. Leave the apartment as you found it, take out the trash, and don't leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and we do not ask you to do a cleaning, simply to leave the apartment tidy. However, if prolonged cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty, there will be an additional charge deducted from your security deposit. - 11. If there is something wrong, or during your stay you break something, be sure to let us know immediately. - 12. We provide a crib (crib linen not included) and a high chair - both upon request.
