Really nice neighborhood in gracia, next to the main transportation lines. Its on the street level of a quiet street and walkable to lots of great finds. I wasn't able to get the netflix / smart tv to work (chatgdp said likely because the tv model was no longer in service - host said it worked for others however). It had really fast internet and decent setup for a short stay. There was mold in the bedroom and under the living room counter, the host did send a crew to clean it all in 24 hours. I probably wouldn't stay again

The house is spacious and great, with a fantastic location near Carrer Tuset—perfect for enjoying excellent nightlife, restaurants, bars, and drinks. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are all well-designed and comfortable, and great parking space for motorcycle. However, the external area could be improved a bit to make it more charming. Additionally, the workspace setup needs enhancement; the provided desk is very small and not suitable for working throughout the week. A proper desk and ergonomic chair would make a big difference for remote workers. Overall, a great stay with just a few areas for improvement!

This was a great place for my 2 month stay in Barcelona. The space had architectural charm: tile ceiling and brick wall (which you can see in pictures), and an arched wrought iron window. Both the living room and bedroom have mini splits (heat & A/C), so the temperature is always good. There's a great coffee shop across the street, and the Sant Gervasi train station is only 4 minutes away. Most importantly, Jaume and his team are very responsive. The only thing I was disappointed to discover was that the windows are frosted, (probably because the unit is at street level), so there's no view out.

Very clean, brand new fixtures, and wonderful location within walking distance of great restaurants and sights. Fully stocked apartment with everything needed and nice new furnishings. Jaume was an extremely responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an extended stay in Barcelona!

**IMPORTANT: THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING IN WHICH FAMILIES RESIDE, SO SILENCE MUST BE RESPECTED FROM 9 P.M. 1. No smoking in the apartment, this is a smoke-free apartment. If necessary, you can do it outside the apartment, enjoying the local life. - 2. Please respect our neighbors. Control the noise level in the apartment, at all times. It is strictly forbidden to make excessive noise from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and parties in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being kicked out of the apartment at any time of the day or night, with no refund. - 3. Dress appropriately (shirt, pants and shoes) - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsibly, and also remember to turn off the lights when you leave the apartment. (We pay one of the highest electricity prices in Europe and we want to continue offering good rental prices, please help us achieve this). - 5. For your safety, lock the door from the outside and close the windows every time you leave, during your stay. - 6. Accommodating more people than originally listed in the reservation is strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule will lead to you being kicked out of the apartment at any time of the day or night, without any refund. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please note that you will need to provide your own towels. - 8. Do not remove any objects, contents or furniture from the apartment. - 9. We take care of this apartment so you can feel at home, so please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show that you care. Leave the apartment as you found it, take out the trash, and don't leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and we are not asking you to do a cleaning, just to leave the apartment tidy. However, if prolonged cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty, there will be an additional charge to be deducted from your security deposit. - 11. If there is something wrong, or during your stay you break something, be sure to report it immediately. - 12. We provide a crib (crib linen not included) and a high chair - both upon request. Extra crib (+60€)/extra high chair (+40€) - 13. The security deposit for this apartment is €1000 and will cover any damage to the apartment and/or contents and/or any inappropriate behavior by guests. - 14.
