This unit was just as described in the listing. We were a group of 3 women and felt completely safe in the neighborhood. It was a very residential and quiet area but only a 6-8 minute walk from Casa Batllo and metro station. Everyone in our group eats gluten free and we had no shortage of dedicated restaurants and bakeries in the city. Onis coffee on the corner was our favorite. Building does has a small elevator for getting bags up and down. There is a hotel at the corner so getting a taxi back to the airport was no problem. Check in was super easy, the host met us in person and went over all the details. We did not utilize the kitchen but it seemed to have all the essentials if you did want to cook.

Wonderful time! Could not fault anything, from point of booking to being met at the property to be shown around. The location is great... everything you need is within a stones throw of the Apartment. Cafes, Restaurants, Supermarkets, taxi ranks.... all within a few minutes walk. The Apartment was stylish and clean, the layout gave us space and a comfortable dining/lounge area. Having air conditioning was a bonus. We could not find fault with anything both Jaume and Maria were very helpful, professional and accommodating, we had an early check in at last minute notice and it was catered for without issue! I'd certainly recommend and if I have the chance I will return to Barcelona, beautiful city.

We enjoyed our stayed at Jaume's apartment. Maria met us at check in, gave us a nice overview of the rooms and appliances, and offered pointers for the neighborhood. The apartment has a nice layout that matches the pictures and is very functional. Jaume was very responsive in answering questions and helping my book. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, with a modern decoration and very well equipped. The location is excellent, in an area with first-class shops and full of cute restaurants. It is very few blocks from metro stations that take you to different places. You can walk to Plaza Cataluña. I recommend for family stays in a beautiful city like Barcelona.

We loved the location and the flat was clean. The host Jaune appeared abrupt over messaging. While our welcome person Anna was lovely. Perhaps Anna should look after all communication with guests. We also found it confusing as to who we were to speak to with regards to communication. We would have appreciated more information on what taxi service to use, when trying to communicate in English.

Excellent place to stay. Street is a busy and at time noisy but windows tend to muffle out the noise. Lots of shops, places to eat and sights to see if you’re ok with some walking. The beds were comfortable yet they weren’t king size beds unless king size in Europe don’t match Canadian King size beds. Was comfortable for the 2 couples that stayed there. Thanks.

Super stay in the heart of Barcelona near plaza de Catalunya and Rambla. In the heart of passing de gracia. Lovely apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a very large sitting area. On the 4th floor with an elevator. Jaume was very helpful with all information. Anna was also very helpful on check in and showed us the apartment in detail. We were 2 couples and stayed for 4 nights and lived Barcelona. Lots to do around the apartment itself. Walking distance to las ramblas and gothic country. Plenty of restaurants and shopping all around. The Barcelona beach is also a short distance by taxi and very beautiful. We did a city tour also on hop on hop off and also did a half day trip to Montserrat after checking with Jaume. The trip was wonderful. Overall Barcelona gets a five star rating and Jaume a five star host.

Our stay at Jaume's place was amazing. We were able to use the full kitchen for meals and enjoy the space for games and relaxing. We completely forgot about that the apartment was on the 4th floor, but the elevator was a blessing. Grocery stores were very close and multiple excursions were very close to walk to as well. Enjoyed every second!

We stayed here for a week with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full size living room with dining area. Jamue checked us in right away and helped us same day for a place to stay he was very friendly. The place is great however, if you have toddlers I would not necessarily recommend. They have alot of nice art decor on the walls and on tripod. They also have glass table tops and dining table. So, if you want convience it's a great opportunity. The bus to the beach is right outside about 25mins with traffic. There were a couple downfalls. The smaller third bedroom window does not lock (having toddler) complicates that since it's multi-stories up. The toilet seats need to be fixed but work and the second bathroom door handle already had problems but broke officially while we visited and was stranded in there for awhile. It wasn't that big of a deal the rest of the week we just kept a towel on the door to hold it from closing on us. Honestly, the place is great and it had whole home AC.

This was a great location we felt very safe walking around at all times of day. There was 5 of us and we had plenty of room for all of us it felt very spacious. We went to the local market right down the street and were able to buy all kinds of local meats, cheeses, breads and veggies to make ourselves some meals. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Often apartments in the city can be very noisy but it was very quiet compared to other places I have stayed in Barcelona. Bath tub was an extra after long day on feet. I will be back for sure. Five of us stayed at Jaume’s for 4 nights. Check in was really efficient and smooth. Anna met us and showed us around and gave us useful information about the area. The area is very central to shopping and dining and there’s a fabulous coffee shop just around the corner. Taxis are easy to get if you need to go further afield and don’t want to use public transport. Grocery stores on every corner practically. The building is old and a bit run down and so is the elevator. Two at a time with a bit of luggage. All this not the fault of the apartment owner however. The apartment was very clean but smaller than we expected from the photos. The second bathroom is tiny but then the apartment is in the middle of one of the best bits of Barcelona. Jaume was very responsive to any problems we had.

We originally booked a different location however as the property was being sold they had to cancel that booking. Jaume was really accommodating and offered to move us to this flat at no extra cost which we greatly appreciated. The flat is really nice and in a wonderful part of Barcelona. The apartment was in a very good distance, in the perfect middle to all the must-sees of Barcelona. Jaume gave excellent restaurant recommendations (there are so many restaurants, hard to have a honest overview). One tap in the bathroom was dripping and he fixed it in no time.

This trip was nearly 4 years in the making (pre-pandemic), so we all had high expectations. Well, it was worth the wait because my friends & I had the time of our lives! Jaume’s place was a spectacular home away from home throughout our stay. It was located in a beautiful, safe, and quaint little part of the city and extremely walkable to various restaurants, shops, bars, parks, sites such as La Sagrada Familia and other Antoni Gaudi architecture, and even the beach! Jaume was an excellent host, responsive, and accommodating. Grateful to Jaume for sharing his space! Would definitely stay here again.

Jaume and his team took good care of us from booking to check-in. Our check-in agent, María, was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. The apartment is located in a great place near so many attractions but is very quiet. The kitchen and living area were large - the kitchen had a super fast induction stove! Washer/dryer worked well too. There were a couple of things though that could have been better. The door to the second bathroom did not close - Maria told us about this, so they were aware of the issue, but it made the second bathroom really difficult to use. Also, families traveling with young children - this apartment is not super family friendly. The furnishings are not safe for children (sharp glass corners on the table, lots of glass lamps, etc). The pack n play that came with the apartment also could use some updating. However, since this airbnb is not specifically designed for families, I can’t fault them for this! Overall a wonderful stay.

The apartment is in a great location for exploring Barcelona. Felt very safe. Little stores and restaurants in a close walk. Taxi stands close. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Nice jacuzzi tub in the master bath. A few minor maintenance issues such as the washing machine stopped working after one load, door to hall bath would not shut, but on the whole a great place to stay. Would totally stay here again.

Anna was great- met us for check in and helped my parents out. We stayed here for 5 days (4 ppl) and ended up needing more toilet paper. I expected the apartment to have a stash somewhere or extra in the pantry but instead he told me to go get some from the local store. That was disappointing especially for the price we were paying. The toilet roll holders don’t work and need to be fixed. Otherwise it’s a good location. Don’t leave your bags unattended outside.

Our family enjoyed our eight days stay the the flat! The location is remarkable and felt safe and secure, the furnishings, we are comfortable. We would go back again. My only concern is with our long stay did not have all the paper & soap supplies we needed. We had to go out and purchase some of our own. That wouldn’t not stop me from staying at the flat again. I would just give him a heads up at our next time.Book Jaime’s flat, you won’t regret it!

Great location. Easy to get to & from apartment from airport via the train from Terminal 2. Same stop as the closest metro you would take to get around the city. Close to Metro and a lot of major attractions Barcelona is known for. Lots of great restaurants and coffee/pastry shops on every block. Beautiful architecture everywhere. Beware of very long airport queues on departure. Line for checking luggage, line for security screening, line for getting into area for gate for flight, line to get passport checked, then finally you can proceed to your gate, which then had us board a shuttle to get to the actual plane on the tarmac!!! Definitely need 3 hours.

This accommodation was a last minute booking and Jaume was very flexible in allowing us to check-in. He personally met us at the apartment within an hour of booking, which we really appreciated. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a family of four. Centrally located in the Eixample area, it was within close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Jaume was also very generous as he had the flexibility to allow us a late check-out. Would highly recommend!

unfortunately it is not a good experience since arrival, they had me waiting outside the building with my bags (7) that the person who would open arrived, the air conditioning is not working properly as cold as it can be 25 °c, the hot tub has the filters full of hair which when using it float, the wooden window guards are a misfortune, old and unusable, the building elevator is very old and when you put the 4th floor sometimes takes you to 3, sometimes 5 and some to the 4 as you want, you can not unload outside the building in the bicycle area as they tell me because it is too small and the vehicle does not fit; the rest of things are as described. If you don't mind the details mentioned, the apartment is fine.

The apartment is very well located, spacious and comfortable. It's bright. The kitchen is very well equipped. And we really enjoyed our stay in their apartment. The only issue we had was the building elevator; it's not working properly. It works whenever you want. 90% of the time we had to go up and down the 4 floors by stairs. I understand this escapes to the apartment itself but it is something to keep in mind if traveling with big people, baby cars, lots of luggage etc. If the malfunction of the elevator, it is not a problem for the tenant, it is a highly recommended apartment!

Jaume's place was exactly as described. It was spacious for European apartments and very nice. We had a small issue with one of the bathrooms and he came over to handle the issue. Jaume was great. Check in with Anna was very personable. The location is fantastic!!! We walked everywhere!!! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Only thing is that the bathroom showers have some mildew/mildew stains. But I would still highly recommend if you can overlook the only flaw.

This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood, close to many areas of interest, and very comfortable. I would have rated it 5 stars in every category if all of the amenities we planned for were available to us. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken and a part was on order. While Jaume did arrange for his colleagues to do a load of laundry for us, which we really appreciated, we did miss access to a working machine.

The apartment is very spacious, and it was clean and tidy. We had a problem with the toilet flushing, but it was quickly resolved by sending a technician. The host Anna welcomed us very well and was very attentive during the stay. The only problem was that there was no water in the building on the day we left, but it was an external problem. In addition, the stay was very enjoyable. The windows are good at silencing the noise from the street. The central air conditioning and heating work very well. The kitchen is well equipped. And the location is excellent, it's worth the price of the stay.

We loved Jaume's apartment. The location is great for visiting the delights of Barcelona. Communication was great. Jaume even managed to accommodate an earlier check in time and made sure that a colleague was available to meet us on arrival, to show us everything. The apartment has everything you need and the decor and fittings are high quality. It's quite high up (on the first floor) but this means it gets good sunlight and fresh air. We thought it was great.

We loved the location of this apartment. It is just 2 blocks from Casa Battlo and 3 blocks from Casa Mila. We walked to a different bakery every morning and they were all within 2 blocks of the apartment. We loved the Market Concepcio which is only a few blocks away. The apartment itself is fine but it could use some updating. There is quite a lot of street noise when the windows are open so we didn't keep them open at all during our stay. Fortunately there is A/C so it is comfortable when the windows are closed. You could still hear the street with them closed but not enough to disturb out sleep. It was all car noise - no busy bars or restaurants down below. Saturday night the neighbors had a loud party that kept my son up until 2:00am but it only affected the smallest bedroom. We couldn't hear it in the rest of the apartment. The hosts were very communicative and they have great instructions and information in the apartment.

Jaume's apartment in Barcelona was perfect. The location was just wonderful. You can walk everywhere from there. And the neighborhood is incredible. The apartment was just as pictured: very spacious, stylish, very clean, plenty of towels. We did not utilize the kitchen, other than a few breakfast items, but it certainly had everything you'd need if you wanted to cook and eat in the apartment. We were arriving very early and they really kept us informed if the apartment would be ready for us to drop off our luggage (fortunately, they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in). Prior to our arrival we received several emails alerting us to instructions getting to the apartment, ways to communicate with the person that would be meeting us and letting us in, as well as suggestion about some of Barcelona's highlights. Check with them for the best app to use to communicate with them. We contacted Anna upon our arrival at the airport and again as we were in the taxi on our way to the apartment. She was there when we arrived and went over all the features of the apartment. I would definitely want to stay here again when returning to Barcelona.

Jaume's apartment is a welcome home to call your own if looking to stay in l'eixample. It had all the necessities, great location and tons of space for a group or family. Easy access to Renfe station just a block away which made it super easy to continue our journey. The only disappointment was it was too loud outside to leave windows open during the day and the master shower was difficult to close fully so water would leak. Other than that, it was great! And if you prefer to keep the place cooler with AC on you won't care about the windows! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Neighbors were friendly building was super secure and location was again, so convenient for anything!

The apartment was really nice in a great location. The view from the windows was wonderful. We walked to Casa Batllo easily and even enjoyed the walk to Sagrada Familia and Placa Catalunya. Place was clean and had the basics we needed. The elevator was much appreciated after a day of walking. Would definitely recommend.

Overall the place is great. The location is perfect with restaurants, bars and shops galore all really close by. You can walk to the gothic quarter in 15 minutes and La Sagrada is less than 20 minutes walk away too. The apartment is really clean, very quiet and we'll appointed. However, there is nothing to use in the apartment, so bring ALL toiletries and cleaning supplies (including sponges) which isn't a deal breaker, but the basics are expected with Airbnbs these days. The only real negative was the lack of communication, so prepared for your messages to go unanswered. That said, I'd stay here again for the convenience alone.

Jaume and his team were amazing. This apartment is very centrally located near Passeig de Gracia and walking distance to so many great places to eat, drink and be merry! The apartment was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. The team met us at the apartment and they were so accommodating as our flights were delayed and got to the apartment late. We had everything we needed to have a very special vacation. One caution when traveling to Spain over Christmas: December 25 and 26 are national holidays so a good number of places were closed. As long as you plan in advance, you should be ok!

We initially were staying in an apartment around the corner however the bed was so uncomfortable and the mattress was lumpy that I could not get to sleep. I was contemplating moving to a hotel it was that bad. I contacted Jaume, he was quick to respond and was extremely accommodating and offered to move us to one of his other apartments near by. We were grateful for this however it was frustrating because we had wasted half of the day packing and moving again. The original apartment was definitely not as luxurious as it was made out to be which was disappointing. The new apartment however was much nicer and more comfortable. The bed was much better however the pillows were not comfortable and there was no cover on the quilt for the beds. The washing machine and dryer did not work well. We washed and dried our white clothes in the machine however the whites came out with new black marks which we were unable to get out after repeated washing. The location was brilliant. Able to walk to the gothic quarter and there are lots of good cafes and bars in the area. There was a helpful booklet in the apartment with info regarding amenities near by. WiFi and Aircon worked well.

The Airbnb was exactly as advertised. Everything you would need and a great tips and recommendation booklet. One negative - early check in costs 75 euros. Many hosts would allow this without a cost if the room was available. Overall. Great. Would recommend.

Terrible check in. Met by Anna chugging away on a cigarette!! Tried to have a joke then got the most nasty message of the owners. Very very unprofessional!! It spoilt our break. If you go be sure not to smile or joke on arrival.

This place is in a great location. There were larger, full grown fat gnats flying everywhere. We couldn’t find the source. There was poor air circulation, which caused for a very bad odor to linger and make us want to puke. The washer and dryer are one same unit so you have to wait for washer to finishe before you can dry. The dryer only can dry a small amount at a time. Several doors did not clothes. The master shower being one of them and leaked water all over the floor. The heater would not turn on. The air is very humid in the appt even when using the Dry setting on AC. My 3yr old kept hurting herself on the glass coffee table in the livingroom. Appt is is a very good location. Close to tour busses, tourist sites, not too far of a walk to the ocean (about 50mins), public transit, taxi, shopping and food. My 3yr old ate at the close by mc donalds almost everyday. The beds were comfortable. The play yard for my infant to sleep in was nice to use, but it did not want to click flat open. But she was ok in it. WiFi had good speed. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was no weekly cleaning. Have to do it all yourself. Piano instructor is upstairs which made it hard to sleep in, but my infant slept through it, but my toddler could not. Elevator kept needing repair and there was banging. For the most part apt was clean. I would stay in same location but not apt for future travel. The smell is what causes for no return.

The flat is nice, only for tall people the beds have 1,80 m length. There is one huge bedroom with a nice bathroom and two very small rooms and a 2nd small bathroom with a shower. The kitchen was well equiped, problems we had to start the washing maschine where solved quickly over whatsapp and the salon is nice (not my deco-style, bute nice and sunny) The huge bedroom and the diningroom have windows towards the street which is quite busy and noisy at rushhour.

Location is perfect! 10-15 minute walk to Las Ramblas, and Gothic Quarter, and 1-2 miles from the beach. Fantastic eating places around every corner. Jaume and his staff were great and very welcoming. Gave us a map upon checking in and some ideas of places to go. Jaume also allowed us to check out later to accommodate our departing flight. Bring your own beach towels, and head to the market to grab home supplies (toilet paper, coffee etc) upon arrival.

The apartment is in a great area and is very spacious. It is decorated very nicely and well appointed with items needed during our stay. Wifi was very reliable. The beds/mattresses are uncomfortable which led to some sleepless nights and sore backs/necks for a few of us. There were also a few maintenance issues, the worst of which was a broken shower door that required repair while we were there but they fixed it in a timely manner. They also got back to us on our questions/concerns very quickly which was appreciated.

The apartment is as shown in photos. It's huge and a very beautiful apartment equipped with all facilities. It's super centrally locate and very convenient. Gemma was there to receive us, and she was very warm and has been a great help throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Overall we had a very good stay at the apartment. We booked it primarily because of location as we had been to Barcelona before and knew we wanted to stay near Paseo de Gracia and the apartment is only 2 blocks away. Location was ideal and you can catch the bus 24 right on Gracia to get to Guell Park and Plaza Catalunya among other places. Apartment was very well cleaned and looks just like photos. Spacious and nice modern decor. Kitchen was also nice and large. My one complaint are the mattresses. All were very hard and uncomfortable and I had to hear complaints from my family that they weren't sleeping well and having back pains. Master bedroom mattress was very flimsy and hard and you could feel all the springs in it. We were only there for 3 days so we could deal with this but not sure we would have lasted longer than that on the beds. Host was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than 4pm which was great because we were able to get settled in and nap so we appreciated this! AC worked great which is not easy to find in Europe. Building was quiet and well maintained. FYI- They will charge you some type of tax fee per person when you check in that they said they have not been able to add in to Airbnb so we had to give an extra $30 euro on arrival. Not a big deal but something to be aware of. Tip to host- Add some kind of hanging shelves in showers as there was no where to put our shampoos and soaps other than floor.

The floor is very good. It is perfectly located and the decoration is tasteful. Kitchen could be a little better equipped. There were cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. I guess because there was a play downstairs. Nonetheless, the apartment was super clean upon our arrival. Recommended.

Communication with Jaume and his staff was excellent! We arranged for transportation to and from the airport through Jaume which is a great service that he provides. A member of Jaume's staff met us at the apartment timely. The apartment is well located (we walked to most places but there is also a metro stop nearby and plenty of taxis), in a safe area and clean. It is as pictured. The water pressure in the shower was great (unless both showers were being used at the same time). Hot water was sufficient for each of the 4 of us to take a shower one after the other. The bath towels provided were of high quality and the best of any for apartments we have rented in Europe. We would definitely stay in this apartment again! Suggestions--The master bedroom pillows should be upgraded. The area rug in the master bedroom should also be replaced as the corner is coming up and it was a tripping hazard right by the doorway to the room. A better blow dryer (with a concentrator nozzle) would also be a plus. None of these minor things would prevent us from staying here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is brilliantly surrounded by nice bars, restaurants, bakers, supermarket, taxi stand, Gaudi buildings and market halls. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and, in addition to washing machine, ironing board, has everything up to umbrellas for 6 people. Despite the central location is quiet, only in the third bedroom you can hear the elevator at night when it is quiet. Organizationally, everything was perfect from the handover to local recommendations and the free late check out. We felt very comfortable with 4 people to work and relax and would come back anytime:)

The location of the apartment was great, a stone's throw from Paseo de Gracia in a great neighborhood. The house in addition to being a monad was very clean and the neighbors were very quiet. The keys were handed over to the time we asked for it without a problem. We will definitely be back in this home again.

Communication was smooth with Jaume, Ali met us quickly on the appartment and explained everything. the neighberhood is great very classy, and the appartment is well decorated and has everything one needs (pictures are a fair description of the appartment). location is central but expect to walk before getting to the action. Having been here with a baby complicated things, hard to find a perfect appartment to house a baby (lights and noise from the street, matress missing from the crib, ...) but we overall had a wonderfull stay. I would personally come back, not sure about my wife :)

Our family of three single adults really enjoyed our four-night stay in this bright and comfortable apartment - and it really is as gorgeous as it appears in the photos. Its in a very nice building in an elegant section of town, near many cafes and restaurants, shops, and a large fresh market. It's centrally located to great sights - just two blocks from Gaudi's Casa Batllo and a bit further to his Sagrada Familia cathedral -- and an easy walk or metro ride to many other famous areas around the city. Our greeter and host were welcoming and very responsive to all our requests. We arrived early and they let us have the apartment as soon as it was ready instead of waiting until the official check-in time. They also were amazingly quick to resolve a minor issue we had early on a Saturday morning, and even ordered a taxi for our early departure. Bottom line: This is a wonderful place to stay - yes, its pricey, but if you can treat yourself, this is the place to do it!

We were greeted by Ali as planned and she showed us round the apartment. It's a great location with lots of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood and walkable to all the familiar spots. Friendly consierge, the apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a lift! The apartment was as shown in the photos, is stylish and modern and was comfortable and clean. Would definitely go back!

Ali met me as I exited the taxi; no wait time! She had the timing from the airport down perfect. The flat was EXACTLY as described and pictured. We wanted for nothing. The location for a full Barcelona tour was perfect. While the Metro was well located, we could honestly walk just about everywhere. Close to two Gaudi houses - we saw them everyday. And many of the 'best tapas' lists restaurants were also very close by. Next time I'll just remember to ask how to work EU appliances - but the American teenagers soon figured them out. The whole family highly recommends Jaume's apartment. I've kept the information for our next visit. I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Everything was excellent. Both its location and its modern and elegant decoration. Perfect condition; comfortable beds, large kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. Your host Jaume is very kind and helpful as is his team. Definitely one of the best accommodation options in Barcelona. You won't regret it.

Jaume showed a lot flexibility. We had to a do a last minute booking and he responded in minutes. We lost a set of keys (that we will of course reimburse) and showed great professionalism handling this issue. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and very stylish!

We rented the apt. for a family reunion and we loved it. The place was exactly as described and the host was wonderful and helpful. The location couldn't be better. We were on block or so from the main avenue where we went for breakfast, dinner, Tapas and of course people watching while having a beer. The place was very clean and quite. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Barcelona and be in the heart of the action.

Jaume was an amazing host! He greeted us with a drink from the restaurant downstairs from the apartment. The apartment was fabulous! Decor and all. We were very pleased with all the apartment had to offer and its location. We had another couple traveling with us and we all felt at home. We found ourselves in a new neighborhood from past visits, so it was a good change to see a new part of Barcelona. We all can agree that we would re book when we come back. Thanks Jaume!!

We stayed here for 9 days. Apartment was great in new condition. Great location two blocks from Passeig de Gracia. Small market across the street has all you need. If you like your coffee in the morning bring your tassimo capsules since we could not find a place to buy them. Overall highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic experience with the apartment. Jaume and his staff are superbly efficient and responsive. The place is just as nice or nicer than the photos show. Very clean with all the amenities we need. The wifi was especially nice as it is very fast and easy to use. I was able to get work done and even stream video since there isn't a television in the bedrooms. The location is perfect for great shopping, sightseeing, and easy access to the entire city. Trains connecting to the airport are one block away and the rest of the metro lines are only a couple blocks farther. The corner market has very friendly attendants and we shopped there every day for breakfast and lunch needs. It's basic, but sufficient. I would definitely stay there again.
