At around 100 square meters, it's laid out for both togetherness and privacy, with room to breathe whether you're here for work, a family trip, or a few days exploring the city at your own pace.

The space
The living and dining area forms the social core of the apartment - open and generously sized, with a dining table that seats six and a comfortable lounge area for evenings in. Artwork and carefully chosen furnishings give the space a sense of character that feels lived-in rather than staged. Natural light moves through the rooms across the day, and the balcony with its city skyline view offers a natural spot to pause with a coffee or a glass of wine after time out in the city.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests with ease. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a queen bed (150x200 cm), while Bedroom 3 has a double bed (135x190 cm). Fresh bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. A second full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms, so mornings run smoothly even with a full group.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real use - not just the basics. An electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Whether you're pulling together a quick breakfast before heading out or sitting down to a longer meal in, the dining area has space for everyone.

Comfort & work
Central air conditioning and heating keep the apartment comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door suits remote work or study without disrupting the rest of the group. Fast wifi and an ethernet connection support reliable connectivity, and the TV with standard cable is there for quieter evenings in.

Great location. Close walking distance some famous Gaudi sites, main shopping area, restaurants, close to metro and bus lines. Beautifully decorated apartment with all the amenities and laundry. There is small elevator (enough to fit 4 people) if you have heavy luggage. Great hosts as well.

    **IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the balcony or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. (We pay one of the higher prices for electricity in Europe and we want to continue offering nice prices on the rental, please help us to achieve it). - 5. For your safety lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9. We look after this apartment so you can feel at home in it, therefore please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show you care. Leave the flat as you found it, take out your trash and don’t leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and respect a certain extent of dirtiness, actually you don’t need to do a cleaning. However, if an extended cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty, there will be an extra charge deducted from your deposit. - 11. If there is something wrong, or you break or damage something during your stay, make sure to let us know straight away. - 12.
