Tucked into the heart of Eixample dret, it's a 60 m² space built around stillness: soft pastel hues, warm natural materials, and a design philosophy called "Slow Decor" that makes you want to put your phone down and simply be somewhere. The moment you step through the door, white walls and marble floors catch the light in a way that feels unhurried, almost deliberate.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a newer building with a lift and accommodates up to 3 guests across 2 bedrooms - a double bedroom and a single bedroom - with 3 beds in total and 1 bathroom fitted with a built-in shower cabin. The location was quiet and walkable to many things in the city. It was clean and the lady who met us at the door was lovely and helpful in explaining things. It was a nice touch to bring a big bottle of water after our travels. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well lit. Kitchen had kettle and coffee maker (and some extras like tea etc in the cubboards).

Very kind host. The place is very clean, spacious, and cozy, and the location is great. It’s just a 6-7 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe metro station, which connects you to the whole city. I highly recommend it!

Compact, small flat in a quiet area. It was clean and tidy. A very small second bedroom. Small balcony. Friendly and enthusiastic Welcome from Maria, who showed us around the apartment. Small supermarkets and a great fresh produce market and bakery nearby. Is a Chinese neighbourhood with many Chinese bazaars and restaurants. Centre and Sagra within walking distance. It was in a good location. Public transport and taxis on the corner.

Apartment strictly matches the photos and description. Property management provided in a highly professional manner by an estate agency. The €500 security deposit and the tourist tax mentioned in the listing are actually handled by Airbnb (and included in the listing price). Maria, the staff member who welcomed us, is truly very friendly and cheerful. She was the highlight of our arrival: she is proactive and very warm. The flat is perfect for a couple and a child. It is very well equipped for cooking, and the utensils are as good as new. The visible household linen (towels, duvet cover, pillowcases, fitted sheet and tea towels) is very clean, but the agency should urgently encourage the owner to invest in new IKEA pillows (which have become excessively yellowed by the sweat of numerous guests) and to fit them with pillow protectors. It would be a good idea to replace or remove the dusty animal-skin rug and cushions.

    **IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the balcony or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. (We pay one of the higher prices for electricity in Europe and we want to continue offering nice prices on the rental, please help us to achieve it). - 5. For your safety double lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out, during your stay. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9. We look after this apartment so you can feel at home in it, therefore please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show you care. Leave the flat as you found it, take out your trash and don’t leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and respect a certain extent of dirtiness, actually you don’t need to do a cleaning.
