Good place to stay to explore Barcelona. Very near to metro station, and had a couple of local shops near by. Great to have private outdoor space in a flat, on a quiet road. All amenities as listed and stated on the website, and Jaume was a very responsive and helpful host. We had to contact him during our stay, and nothing was too much trouble.

DISCLAIMER: The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, where respect for the well-being and rest of all our neighbours is our utmost priority. To that effect we will only accept as guests FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND SENIORS. By agreement of our homeowner's association, the terrace must not be accessed during quiet hours. Therefore, THE TERRACE IS OFF-LIMITS from 21pm - 9am In the event we receive a police report in connection with loud noises or parties, a fine of 500€ will be charged for breaking the House Rules. **IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the terrace or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. (We pay one of the higher prices for electricity in Europe and we want to continue offering nice prices on the rental, please help us to achieve it). - 5. For your safety lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9. We look after this apartment so you can feel at home in it, therefore please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show you care. Leave the flat as you found it, take out your trash and don’t leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and respect a certain extent of dirtiness, actually you don’t need to do a cleaning. However, if an extended cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty, there will be an extra charge deducted from your deposit. - 11. If there is something wrong, or you break or damage something during your stay, make sure to let us know straight away. - 12. We provide 1 baby cot (linen not included) and 1 high chair - request in advance. Extra cot (+60€)/Extra high chair (+40€) - 13. There is a security deposit of 500€ to cover any damage to the apartment and/or its contents and/or any innapropriate behaviour of the guests. - 14. Tourist Tax payable upon arrival (6,25€/person/night) * max 7 nights *This amount IS NOT INCLUDED in the total price of the apartment and must be paid on arrival, either in cash or credit card. - 15. Surcharge for late check-in (late check-in fee payable in cash when you check-in): * arrivals to the property later than 21h (9pm) have an additional 30€ fee * arrivals to the property later than 00h (midnight) have an additional 50€ fee - 16.
