The space
Eixample has its own rhythm - tree-lined streets, wide pavements, and a neighborhood pace that makes even short stays feel grounding. This apartment leans into that feeling: plenty of natural light, glass doors that open directly onto a private terrace, and enough space for six people to settle in without getting in each other's way.

The apartment
Spanning 85 m² of interior space, the condo occupies a single level accessible by elevator - a layout that suits families with young children, seniors, and anyone planning a longer stay. The living and dining areas are bright and naturally lit, with wide glass doors connecting the interior to the outdoor terrace. A TV with standard cable and a selection of books and reading material round out the common areas for quieter evenings in.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, all oriented toward the terrace. Two bedrooms each have queen beds and large wardrobes. The third bedroom has two single beds with its own storage. Each room has an individually controlled split-type ductless AC unit, so everyone can set their own temperature.

Outdoor living
The private terrace and fully fenced backyard are a genuine draw. Outdoor furniture and a dedicated dining area make it a natural spot for morning coffee, an afternoon with a book, or an evening meal outside. The garden view adds a sense of greenery and calm that offsets the energy of a busy city.

We had a good stay here. The location is pretty amazing. Just outside the noisy thick of the gothic quarter, but easily walkable, and also not far from Sagrada Familia. It's a little lacking in amenities (dishware, hair conditioner, etc.), but from our experience this seems to be fairly standard in AirBnBs in Spain.

The location of the apartment was really good and easy to find. But when we arrived, after about 1 hour the hot water pipe broke. Water came from the bedroom wall to the floor and we started to sort it out. From here on out, everything went difficult and it took almost two days to sort out. Airbnb support is really slow and they don't speak English, for example. We had to arrange a new place to stay ourselves and fortunately we got a hotel for the rest of the holiday.

To that effect we will only accept as guests FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND SENIORS. By agreement of our homeowner's association, the terrace must not be accessed during quiet hours. Therefore, THE TERRACE IS OFF-LIMITS from 21pm - 9am In the event we receive a police report in connection with loud noises or parties, a fine of 500€ will be charged for breaking the House Rules. **IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the terrace or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. (We pay one of the higher prices for electricity in Europe and we want to continue offering nice prices on the rental, please help us to achieve it). - 5. For your safety lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9. We look after this apartment so you can feel at home in it, therefore please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show you care. Leave the flat as you found it, take out your trash and don’t leave dirty dishes.
