The space
Pedralbes has a way of slowing things down - tree-lined streets, generous light, and a residential quiet that feels rare this close to a major city. From the top floor of this split-level penthouse, that sense of calm extends through every room: wide windows framing the surrounding gardens and skyline, a private terrace large enough to live on, and interiors that feel like a home rather than a rental.

The space
Spread across two levels, the apartment brings together a comfortable lounge, a dining area for six, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows run through the main living areas, keeping the space bright and connected to the outdoors. The split-level layout also includes a dedicated office area - useful whether you're working remotely or just need a quiet corner to spread out.

Sleeping arrangements
The apartment accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, each fitted with "GREAT COMFORT LINE" beds.
The primary bedroom spans two levels and includes a 160x200 cm bed, direct terrace access, generous wardrobe space, a dedicated office area, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a 160x200 cm bed that can be configured as a double or separated into two twins. The third bedroom offers two 80x200 cm single beds that can be joined together, plus a crib if needed for younger guests.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are well appointed and serviced by a central hot water system for consistent supply. The ensuite features a rain shower, while the second bathroom includes a bathtub with shower. Bathroom essentials are provided in both.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a full evening meal. Appliances include a Siemens stainless steel induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided. The dining area seats six and connects naturally to the outdoor terrace, making indoor-outdoor meals an easy option.

Outdoor living
The 65 sqm private terrace is the defining feature of this penthouse. Furnished for both dining and relaxing, it includes outdoor furniture, a dedicated dining area, and a BBQ grill - a genuinely usable extension of the living space across every season. Views take in the surrounding gardens and city skyline.

Work & connectivity
Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a door make the apartment a practical choice for remote workers and business travelers. An Ethernet connection is also available. Central air conditioning and heating keep the apartment comfortable year-round, and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Location
The apartment sits in Pedralbes, one of Barcelona's more peaceful residential neighborhoods, known for its green surroundings and unhurried pace. Shops, restaurants, and everyday services are within easy reach, while the rest of the city remains well connected by public transport.

Building access is via elevator, and building staff are available 24 hours a day. Self check-in is available, and luggage drop-off can be arranged for early arrivals or late departures.

Fully equipped laundry closet with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Fresh towels and bed linen are included. There is free wifi internet, 50" Flat screen TV in the living room. TV sets in 2 bedrooms.

• TERRACE: Private, panoramic 65 sqm terrace with dining area on a wooden platform, cofee table area, deck chairs to sunbathe, night ilumination and BBQ
• Kiddies: For guests travelling with children, we can provide a bay cot and a high chair, free of charge, and we are happy to provide information on stuff to do with kids of different ages in Barcelona and recommend a good babysitter. If you are a family with children, please let us know the age of your children to know if you need baby cot.

Unfortunately, the toilet in one of the bathrooms wasn't working, and we informed the host about it. Since it was the weekend, he couldn't call a plumber, but he offered to let us stay at the accommodation on the day of our departure. The flat was in good order, and the neighbourhood was quiet.

We are students who come to Esada Business School nearby to exchange and study. We are very lucky to find a house so close to the school. The bedroom is very clean and spacious.The living room is convenient for us to chat and discuss our study life.The kitchen is also convenient for us to make breakfast and dinner together.We can drink and enjoy the sunset on the balcony.Anyway, Jaume's famous inn is well worth it!

    **IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the balcony or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. (We pay one of the higher prices for electricity in Europe and we want to continue offering nice prices on the rental, please help us to achieve it). - 5. For your safety lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9. We look after this apartment so you can feel at home in it, therefore please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show you care. Leave the flat as you found it, take out your trash and don’t leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and respect a certain extent of dirtiness, actually you don’t need to do a cleaning.
