This split-level penthouse is located in Pedralbes, a neighborhood known for its residential calm and sense of space. The living area is arranged across two levels, combining a comfortable lounge, dining area for six, and a kitchen that opens directly onto the terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows connect the interior to the outdoors, enhancing the sense of openness throughout the home.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.
The primary bedroom is set on two levels and includes a “GREAT COMFORT LINE” bed (160x200 cm), an ensuite bathroom, a dedicated office area, generous wardrobe space, and direct access to the terrace.
The second bedroom features a “GREAT COMFORT LINE” bed (160x200 cm) that can be arranged as a double or two twins.
The third bedroom offers two “GREAT COMFORT LINE” single beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined together, along with a crib if needed.
Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom includes a rain shower, while the second bathroom offers a bathtub with shower. Both are equipped with bathroom essentials and benefit from unlimited hot water via a central system.
Outdoor living
A highlight of the penthouse is its private 65 sqm terrace. Designed as an extension of the living space, it includes outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a BBQ, making it easy to enjoy meals or quiet moments outside throughout the year.

The apartment includes a dedicated workspace, fast internet, central air conditioning, heating, and in-unit washer and dryer. An elevator provides easy access within the building.

• Kiddies: For guests travelling with children, we can provide a bay cot and a high chair, free of charge, and we are happy to provide information on stuff to do with kids of different ages in Barcelona and recommend a good babysitter. If you are a family with children, please let us know the age of your children to know if you need baby cot.

We are students who come to Esada Business School nearby to exchange and study. We are very lucky to find a house so close to the school. The bedroom is very clean and spacious.The living room is convenient for us to chat and discuss our study life.The kitchen is also convenient for us to make breakfast and dinner together.We can drink and enjoy the sunset on the balcony.Anyway, Jaume's famous inn is well worth it!

My colleagues stayed at Jaume’s accommodation during their business trip and were very happy with the flat. It was super clean, spacious, and the terrace had beautiful views. Jaume was also very flexible and accommodating. We will definitely come back to Jaume’s flat.

**IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the balcony or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. (We pay one of the higher prices for electricity in Europe and we want to continue offering nice prices on the rental, please help us to achieve it). - 5. For your safety lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9. We look after this apartment so you can feel at home in it, therefore please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show you care. Leave the flat as you found it, take out your trash and don’t leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and respect a certain extent of dirtiness, actually you don’t need to do a cleaning. However, if an extended cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty, there will be an extra charge deducted from your deposit. - 11. If there is something wrong, or you break or damage something during your stay, make sure to let us know straight away. - 12.
