Nice place - good amount of room and everything was pretty easy. The location is a bit further from the nice part of Eixemple, but it was fine. Just not quite as close to heart of everything as a I thought. The beds are just ok. Could use new mattresses. Not awful, but need replacement. Overall, nice place and good stay.

The apartment was very nice, in a great location, and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the air conditioning units, as they weren’t working — although it’s possible that I might have done something wrong with their operation. Other than that, it was a very lovely place.

We liked everything about where we stayed. The space was fabulous, the location was great and convenient, the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed seeing there even though we had to leave early for an emergency. But we will be back next year and rent the same unit Because it was absolutely perfect. Check-in went smoothly. Thank you Maria. The apartment was clean, functional, well located, close to the metro and close to good restaurants. The secondary bedroom and the small bathroom are rather "small" by Canadian standards. I understand that we are in Europe! The main problem was the air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom 4 days out of 5. On the other hand, Jaume's team was very responsive to our requests. Finally the air conditioning was repaired but only on the last day of our stay (only one comfortable night) despite an outside temperature of 23° during the day and 18° at night. Don't open the windows at night, you won't be able to sleep because of the noise. The rating would have been 4.5 if it wasn't for the air conditioning problem. Finally YES, I recommend it for its location but for a trip in September-October.

Everything was great. My only complaint would be the air conditioning did not cool down the rooms. The room with two twin beds was the only cool room in the place. You may reconsider this place during a heat wave, but it’s wonderful otherwise!

The apartment is in a quiet and well-connected area. The apartment was tidy and clean, we received very good and clear directions. Everything was perfect, but in the photos it looks bigger. Even so, there were 5 of us and we were fine. The fact that there are 2 bathrooms to use is great. The beds are a little soft but for 2 nights it's bearable. We appreciate that they put a bottle of fresh water in the fridge for us on arrival.

Our first time in Barcelona and we loved it! This apartment is spotless and has modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped. Best part was the balcony which was perfect for people watching. Restaurants and grocery stores steps away. Maria was amazing! Highly recommend.

Search no more and book it. Perfect place for Metro access and the patio is amazing for people watching and enjoying the vibe of Barcelona. We were blown away by the space, especially 2 bathrooms. The Metro was a stone’s throw away, where you can access all the sights in minutes. We loved our week stay at Jaume’s place and you will too!

It is an ideal apartment for a few days or several weeks. Quite spacious. The living room and the matrimonial bedroom are sunny. No need to waste time in the kitchen, the meals/day menus offered by many restaurants next door are cheaper than groceries in the supermarkets...no headaches. Nightlife guaranteed. Tranquility too.

My wife, daughter and I spent 8 days in Barcelona and the location of the apartment was convenient to major attractions while being in a quiet neighborhood with access to a great variety of restaurants and coffe shops. The apartment itself was exactly as described and very comfortable. Jaume and his team provided excellent guidance which was important as this was our first time in Barcelona. The apartment was clean and well located, check-in was quick and easy, the person was very helpful. However we saw there was a notice about a lock change in the building and asked the person doing the check-in about it and she assured us that the manager of the apartment would bring us the new key the next day. He never contacted us and part of our group was locked outside at night. We contacted the manager and he came to us in 20 minutes. In the meantime some people had opened the main door for us and we managed to get in the apartment, the manager acted strangely and asked why he needed to bring the key if we were already in, as if it was up to us to organise ourselves to make us one person was always in the apartment to allow the others to come in. When asked why he didn't bring us the key he said he only received the new key a few days back and didn't have time to make a copy, which isn’t our problem. Overall a very unprofessional impression of the manager.

Managed by a group that is very rule oriented and hence my lower than perfect stars. The check in communication was excessive. I’m on vacation and being told I’ll have a late check in fee is not appreciated. When we met with the check in person, she criticized our choice to rent a car and let us know she could not help us find parking as she did not know where to park. She then said we needed to unload quick because she did not have time to wait for us to find a parking spot as she was too busy and had modified her schedule to meet us…absurd with the amount of money we paid for this Airbnb. As we walked the Airbnb we noticed a shower without curtains. She said she would follow up and never did. The floor was all wet after use Pros: Clean Location Comfortable beds Air conditioning Cons: Management team Slippery/dangerous showers Washing machine takes 3 hours per load It expected their cleaning crew can come into the unit anytime to grab “stuff” Charge more per guest

Very clean and comfortable house, having the doorman has given us a greater sense of security, some rooms have screens and this not everyone can like it but it is the only mole. The neighborhood is central and you can easily reach everything. Jaume is a kind and responsive host. Anna's hospitality and advice were very valuable for our stay.

The house is quite sufficient for 4 people. The items are sufficient and nice. But it is small for 3 bedrooms, 6 people. The cleanliness is not good, the six fuul powder of the beds and möbils. The laundry room was dirty. But overall good.

We had an overall good experience with this apartment. Despite having been occupied the night before, the host was able to let us check in a few hours earlier than planned (we had an early arrival to Barcelona). The place was very clean and had everything that it was detailed in the apt. description. As it’s located in a second floor, street noises could disrupt your sleep but that was not our case. It’s very well located, with various close supermarkets/bakeries for groceries as well as good restaurants. Also, it’s at walkable distance from key places like Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona Trans, Casa Batlló and other nice areas. If you are travelling from North America, it will be ideal to bring adapters to plug your electronics or recharge your phone/laptop. We were not reminded of that, totally forgot on our end and our phone died till we purchase them. One thing that disappoint us was that the washing machine and the dryer didn’t work properly and caused us some issues and extra work.

This apartment was spacious for Europe and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms with plenty of closet spaces and 2 full bathrooms (1 is shower without a tab) and 2 smaller bedrooms were not big but private. Dining &living room had enough space. Having a balcony is nice. And I love those electric blackout shutters outside of the windows. Location is excellent, walkable to many areas, with many restaurants and markets within a few minutes of walk, just 5 min walk to Metro station or bus stops. It’s on the American 3rd floor (European 2nd floor). Having AC in every room was awesome. It does face a somewhat busy street, so it could be noisy at times, but it’s mostly quiet late at night. The view is nice with some trees on the streets. The only thing I wish were different is a few old appliances not working properly. Jaume’s staff was very responsive, but we didn’t have time to sit and wait for a repair person to come in as we had packed schedules every day. We’d love to stay there again!!!

First of all Jaume was wonderful. He was available all of the time…. both before and after booking. We communicated easily and Jaume was more than friendly. The guide he left for the apartment was very useful. Maria (a service) checked us in to the apartment she was wonderful and explained everything. Sorry that we didn’t meet Jaume. The apartment was well located in a very clean and walkable neighborhood. The apartment was on the 1st floor with a lift so very easy to access with bags. It was clean and although we didn’t cook often the kitchen had everything you could need. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. There’s a small terrace to have your morning coffee and do some people (and dog!) watching. I do not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment and would stay again.

Apartment located in a quiet and pleasant area of Barcelona, with all the shops nearby and the metro 5 min walk. The apartment is as described and very functional. Jaume was very responsive when we needed him and with very easy contact. If you come by car, I recommend parking Villur 5 min walk away, which is half as expensive as the one next to the residence and open 24 hours a day.

Unfortunately, we had a construction site downstairs at the time of our stay, but it was currently in Barcelona at many other places construction sites ( the city should probably be greener), but of course our host couldn't do anything about it. The notice must CLEARLY indicate the check-in and check-out time. It gave us an off-budget expense - we had to stay at the airport hotel. On the other hand, the lady who gave us the keys gave us the impression that she was there with fair time, she was uncomfortable when asked questions about the use of the services.

My husband and I chose this spot for a workation. We needed two separate work spaces because we’re both on calls all day. I selected this because it seemed there was a work space in the kitchen, but after we saw the kitchen space in person we realized it was too small and not conducive to working. No matter, we improvised by using an ironing board and chair as a makeshift workspace in one of the rooms. The location was very good, 20 minute walk to Plaza Cataluña and 20 minute walk to Paseo de Gracia. The apartment was comfortable, and amenities were basic. Note that in the winter it is too cold to make use of the balcony.

The host is very flexible in term of check-in time. We were allowed to drop off our luggage in the flat a few hours earlier than normal check in time. Jaume responded to my msg fairly quickly. The flat is clean but a bit smaller than the pictures. There is a washier and dryer, which is very useful. Convenient location but can be a bit noisy in the morning. We stayed during New Year eve, so the street was super crowded. But again, that could be just due to NY celebration. Highly recommend Jaume’s property!

Any request we had was met quickly. For example, we had asked for faster internet since we were working from home and Jaume was able to get that done for us. Our stay in Barcelona was amazing. The apartment was spacious for our family of four. The place was immaculate upon arrival. We were greeted by Anna who walked us through, showed us the guidebook to the apartment and the area, and helped with recommendations. The location was wonderful. Most places were walkable or very easy to access by taxi or metro. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and there were markets all around which was very convenient. I loved that there were not only instructions in the apartment but they also included pictures (for example, how to use the washing machine). And Jaume was a very responsive host. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s but this was one of my favourites. Thank you for making our trip worry free so that we could focus on exploring this beautiful city.

If you want more of a neighborhood vibe rather than being in the middle of all the busy touristy stuff, this is it. Tons of restaurants and stores close by to enjoy. Tight quarters for 6 adults. Pros: The host made himself available via text and met us. Checkin was easy. He also allowed us to check in a bit early since the place was not rented the night before. Six adults and lots of luggage. We were grateful. The location is good. Reviews shared the front bedroom is noisy due to location and they were spot on. Cons: We were 3 couples. The place would be good for a family of 6 with 2 adults and a few kids but it was very tight for 6 adults. Wi-Fi worked sometimes but most often not, there is not enough comfortable sitting furniture in the living room. The bedroom in the front does not get cool enough for the high summer temperatures. The bedroom in the back is really for kids. It’s very small. The bathroom showers a bit tight. Kitchen - meets your basic needs, clean and with all utensils you need. Overall value was a 3. The place was ok. It met the basic needs. It was clean.

Very clean flat and good location but traffic is noisy and restaurant across the street is noisy at night. Large bedroom is very nice and roomy but noisy at night. Smaller bedrooms are adequate but no windows and cramped. Wonderful to have washer and dryer. Kitchen is adequate. Needs more equipment if cooking frequently. We enjoyed the little terrace on warm days and felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the building.

This is a very nice apartment. It is spotlessly clean and Anna responds very quickly to any request. It is in a fabulous location - walking distance to both city centre and the famous Rambla. Train station is also walking distance. Many restaurants and bars in the area to suit any palate or any pocket.

The stay in Jaumes appartment was amazing from the first day. Jaume is definitely a super host. Check in and check out were super convenient. Every question I asked during my stay was replied within minutes. The flat itself is located in an amazing area. You will find everything you need in walking distance. Good restaurants, parks, bars, cafés, shopping, beach and good transportation infrastructure. On top of that the flat is beautiful. the balcony is great and the beds and sofa are comfortable. In this appartment I had the best sleep compared to all other Airbnb bookings so far! definitely my recommendation. Internet is fast as well. The next time I travel to BCN, I will definitely book again with Jaume. Many thanks again!

Fantastic apartment. The location is ideal, a safe neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep but still only 10-15 minutes to get to the city centre on foot. The front bedroom is noisy as it faces the road but the other 2 bedrooms were fine. Checkin was efficient and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, great location, host is very accommodating to your needs. Definitely consider staying here. We arrived early in the morning and Jaume and his team were very nice in letting us drop off our bags prior to official check in. Place has a great balcony for an evening drink or breakfast with the family. There is plenty of closet space for your clothes so you don’t feel like you’re living out of a suitcase on the floor. If you are a light sleeper you may find the master bedroom a bit challenging as you hear some of the outside pedestrian and traffic noise. If that is the case you can switch to one of the other two bedrooms that are very dark and quiet. Our family would stay here again.

We loved our visit to Barcelona and were pleased with the apartment. Lots of space and very much as pictured. It was clean and check-in/out was easy. The host was very responsive. This is a good location - just a few minutes to the metro which will take you virtually anywhere in the city. Also only about a 20 minute walk to the centre of the old city. The rooms are large and comfortable. We were only two couples, but it could easily accommodate 6 people. We felt very safe at all times and found plenty of amenities in the neighbourhood. We had a car, so had to find parking. There are many parking lots nearby and I was able to secure long term parking for 5 days with in/out privileges for about 80 Euro. We had only two issues: 1. We had difficulty locking the patio sliding door and had to jury-rig a solution. The host did drop by promptly to address it but we were still able to force it open easily. Not a huge deal as we were handy enough to address the issue. 2. The master bedroom is at the front of the building only a couple of floors above a busy intersection, which was very loud some nights. We had difficulty sleeping through it the first night and resorted to earplugs which helped a lot. Our back-up plan was to move to the third bedroom in the back but we never did. Our friends in the second bedroom had no issues. If you are a very sound sleeper this may not be an issue for you, but best to be aware in advance. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and would recommend it to others with the above caveats.

The flat was a very good size and accommodated our party of five perfectly. It is on the second floor of a traditional Spanish apartment building that is easily accessed by an elevator or two short flights of steps. We made daily use of the small but well-equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer. This flat was conveniently located by the Urgell metro, and all that you might need (grocery stores, coffee houses, bars restaurants, banks, shared bikes, etc.) can be found nearby. It is a really lovely place to stay. I appreciate the care taken to ensure that we gained access to the apartment. I would recommend this flat to anyone!!!

The location was great and in a central area that was easy to get everywhere throughout the city. Walking distance to all popular neighborhoods, but also so close to the metro, and bus for really easy access to/from the airport. Barcelona is a busy and populated city so you could hear some of the cars in the morning from one of the bedrooms ... but that is city-living for ya! However, it was really nice to have a motorized room darkening shade which really comes in handy, especially if you're trying to take a siesta too!

Great place to stay. Very close to the Metro, bus and airport bus which take you wherever you need to go in and about Barcelona. The flat was very clean with plenty of pillows, nice towels, hot water and kitchen utensils. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was very available, nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the spacious balcony. We drank our nightly wine while we enjoyed our tapas and appetizers while planning for the next day and people watching. This was done in December as the balcony is protected from the elements.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood outside of the touristy center of the city, but well within walking distance to many of the main sites. There are lots of great restaurants, cafes, and small markets nearby. Barcelona has amazing food!! The apartment is clean and spacious with one large bedroom in the front and two smaller ones in the back. While there are two bathrooms, the second bathroom is quite small for the average adult. The terrace is a lovely place to hang out. One thing to consider is that there is a lot of street traffic so it is quite noisy in the front of the apartment where the largest bedroom is located and could be an issue for light sleepers at night. The back bedrooms are very quiet. The “concierge” for the building is super friendly and on the whole, it was a good base for a lovely stay in Barcelona.

Very nice flat. Kitchen is very good. Position very close to everything especially Aerobus from/ to airport, literally around one corner. Many great restaurants in the area. Rumblas about 15 mins walk. Very comfy beds. Very pleasant check in from Biz Flats. Virginia was extremely helpful.

Jaumes place is as described. It was super clean in a fabulous neighborhood with a lot of local flare. The outside terrace was a huge plus. Bakeries, supermarkets, shopping were located just a few steps away. We walked everywhere from the flat, but the metro was right around the corner if needed. Also the Areobus direct from the airport drops you off a block away. That was also a huge bonus. I would definitely stay there again and recommended to my friends.

The apartment is in a great location; 5 minutes walk to bus/metro station. Even the airport drop off/pick up is within 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. There are several neat restaurants close by that are not crowded and are fun to explore. Supermarket is right down the street which is very convenient. We were able to get around and see the major sights within 15-30 minutes using public transport, which was extremely convenient. Balcony overlooks the intersection which was charming in its own way, just sit down with a cup of coffee and soak it in! One thing to keep in mind: - second bathroom is a bit small, so don’t expect two full sized bathrooms (this wasn’t an issue for us, just an observation!) Overall, great apt in an even greater location, will definitely visit Barcelona again!

The house is definitely below expectations. In two out of three rooms it is impossible to ventilate the rooms ( in one, even, it is placed in front of the bed!). The house is for 4 and not 6 ( just check the number of chairs and dishes). The “essentials” listed in the review weren't missing: there was no oil, coffee, and detergent. The travel crib and high chair were to be assembled - not to mention there wasn't a sheet and crib mattress! There was a water leak in the apartment and it created an intrusion in the one below; the host did not intervene ( we even immediately closed the system!) and didn't even give any information. In the room where there is a washer and dryer there were dead cockroaches... and today I even had a request from the host to review it with 5 stars.

We had an awesome stay at Jaume’s apartment. The building is very secure, well designed and has a very welcoming concierge at the front door every day. The apartment itself was very clean, amply sized with all the amenities we could have asked for. It’s a great stay for families, as long as you look after your little ones on the balcony. Check in with the lovely Anna was very easy (make sure you bring cash Euros to pay the city tax on check-in). WiFi was very fast which helped us stream British TV channels to the TV with a Chromecast dongle we brought with us. Surrounding area is pleasant, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and feels very safe. Only a short 10m walk to the top of Las Ramblas to be in the centre of town. A large supermarket is literally a 1 minute walk around the corner with everything you could ever need. Overall, a great place to stay in central Barcelona. Jaume’s company bizflats is very professional and looked after everything for us very well.

This large, comfortable apartment easily fit our family of 5, and is located a short walk from many of Barcelona's great restaurants, neighborhoods and a convenient metro stop. It is very well located for exploring Barcelona's tourist sites; however, it is just far enough away to be in a regular neighborhood. If you like to walk, it is about a 15 minute walk from the main squares. We enjoyed watching the world go by from the balcony.

Our stay with Jaume was outstanding. We arrived quite early in the afternoon and were able to leave our luggage at his office until check in time of 4pm. Virginia was very lovely and introduced us to the apartment. The apartment literally had everythjng we could think of except a hairdryer which wasn’t a problem for us as we had our own. The kitchen was of decent size and we could make some simple breakfast with ease. The bedrooms were quite spacious and had wardrobes with hangers. There were two bathrooms, one was slightly small and the other was of good size. On our first night, we tried using the bigger bathroom and the hot water tab was broken. We informed Virginia straight away and she tried to find someone to fix it for us the following day. Unfortunately it was difficult to find replacement tabs so it was eventually fixed on the 3rd day. We were understanding as they were honest with us. Before the shower knob was fixed, our family of 6 had to share the small shower which was bit of a struggle. But now that it is fixed I’m sure future guests will be fine. I stayed in the biggest room which was closest to the street. At night you can definitely hear cars passing by and sometimes neighbours talking on the balcony. Personally it wasn’t a problem for a deep sleepy especially after long tiring days exploring Barcelona. However light sleepers should avoid that room. The guests in the other two rooms had no complaints of street noises. The apartment complex itself felt really safe which was quite important to us. There was a lovely man guarding the lobby all the time who always greeted us. Apart from the little mishap of the shower knob, the apartment would’ve been perfect. The location is was great too, train and bus stops were within 5 minutes walking distance.

We just spent a great week in Barcelona and really loved the apartment. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter (about a 20 minute walk to many things), but not overly touristy - and there are a million shops and restaurants at every corner, very close by. Its also close to the metro and bus stop. The apartment itself was very comfortable, we fit 4 adults and a baby with no problems. The terrace is a nice size and overlooks a moderately high traffic street corner - it was great for hanging at night and enjoying a drink. The master bedroom is a good size and connects directly to a serviceable bathroom with full shower. The 2nd bedroom is a little smaller but still slept 2 adults fine. The 2nd bathroom is definitely on the smaller side (for two adults)- the shower tub is very tiny, so as long as you know that going in you'll be fine. And the 3rd bedroom was great for our baby - a little separate from the rest of the apartment, no noise issues. Each individual room had an AC unit, so temperature was very comfortable during the hot days. Kitchen is also small, but has everything you need to get by - and with so many great food options close by, you won't really be needing it. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Jaume was a great host and the place was good. Jaume was a prompt and thorough communicator from the very beginning. He answered all the questions that we had very thoroughly. After orienting us to the apartment, he also walked with us through town to the Sant Antoni market, pointing out a couple of places to eat along the way. The apartment itself is pretty small, but it had clean linens and was comfortable enough for sleeping. We didn't really spend time there besides to eat breakfast and begin our days. The building has an elevator, which was nice for all of our bags for a 7-week trip and our baby in a stroller. Another nice thing for a long trip is that there is a washer and dryer - yes, a dryer in Europe! :) Jaume booked a taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning on the last day of our trip...even though I forgot to ask him until late the night before! He was always helpful and very pleasant. During the check in process, I also got an appreciation for his personality and sense of humor. He's obviously a really smart guy. I'd recommend staying in this apartment as long as Jaume is managing it! The location is a bit out of the center, but still very walkable while being cheaper and quieter.

Jaume was a great host. He responded quickly to all the emails that I sent. Ali met us at the apartment at the designated time and gave us good directions and restaurant suggestions that were close by. The apartment was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The apartment location was fantastic. Placa de Catalunya and Placa d'Espanya are both about a 15 minute walk and the metro was just 2 blocks away. We especially liked sitting on the balcony. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time during our five night stay in Barcelona at Jaume's apartment. We were greeted on time and shown through the apartment which was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The apartment is in a great location. There are a number of subway stations nearby as well as supermarkets and a convenience store downstairs. It's central location means it's easy to take a short walk to the older and newer areas of Barcelona for sightseeing, as well as restaurants and bars which are scattered all throughout the area. We found some amazing restaurants during our stay! The apartment also has a nice balcony which overlooks the street and is great for a relaxing drink in the afternoon. The air conditioning and wifi were a definite benefit to us also. Thanks so much Jaume, we had a wonderful time in Barcelona and can't wait to come back! Warrick.

The property is true to its description charming . Located in a residential area yet close to the central lively place placa Catalunya .(just 10 blocks away , hence walkable for those initiated ) The apt as mentioned is a 3 bedroom place - 1 master bed with a king size bed, another with a queen bed and the third with 2 single bed .(all of which are comfortable) . this a convenient place for maximum 6 people. The best part about the place is its balcony , we spent most of our mornings lazying at this place of the house enjoying our breakfast . The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances , though we did not get to use most since we were travelling on day trips most of the time . There are many small stores opposite and within the same building to buy toiletries and also fruits and other daily necessities which remain open up to 10.30 pm. Some good restaurants and Patteseries are within walkable distance . The owners and his team were very friendly , they also allowed us an early check in . The lady Ali who welcomed us was very helpful and gave us good tips about the locality and to do things at Barcelona and it's surroundings . Overall a good experience and would recommend this property to those wishing to stay close to the centre of Barcelona . If you take the A1/A2 aerobus from the airport get down at the 2nd stop n the apt is just 200metres away , very convenient .

We were very happy here. It was 3 women and me. There are 3 great bedrooms and I let all the girls have their own room for privacy. The AC was perfect and the check-in process great. Clean and central location to Exemplo, one block to Metro and one block to the bus A1 and A2 for airport. The girls loved the bathroom. The balcony is to die for!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

POOR EXPERIENCE, I DON 'T RECOMMEND IT. After booking the accommodation, I received an email from Biz Flats (a company that manages this and other apartments) confirming the reservation, and indicating that the host would wait for me at the apartment on the day of my arrival for the keys. To better coordinate my arrival, they asked me to indicate what time I was going to arrive and what was my flight number, information that I gave them immediately. The day before my arrival, I emailed them to confirm that they would be waiting for me the next day, but they never responded. On the day of my arrival, I called the numbers they gave me when they confirmed the reservation by mail, and again no one answered me. We were a family of 5 with suitcases and waited for almost 2 hours outside the apartment trying repeatedly to call the numbers they had given us. Finally, tired and angry about what happened (we thought it was a scam), we decided to leave and stay that night in a hotel. Around 9 at night (our flight had arrived at 5pm), one of the workers at Biz Flats calls us and asks if we are going to arrive or not. I really couldn't believe it, we had called them many times and now it was supposed to be us who hadn't agreed. I explained that we called them millions of times and even waited outside the apartment (there was no one at reception because it was the weekend), and that we finally got bored and left for a hotel. After explaining this, she told me that she was only one of the many people who work for the company, and that due to a COMMUNICATION ERROR from the COMPANY, she was told that she didn't have to go to the apartment until we called her her PERSONAL NUMBER. Clearly my anger was no longer given more, as I told him that they NEVER SENT ME THAT EMAIL and THAT I DID NOT HAVE his PERSONAL NUMBER to be able to call you, and that in the email that they sent me, they indicated that the host would be waiting for me in the apartment. We also told her that in any case, they had our flight information, so they knew our arrival time, so if she didn't receive our call, she could also have taken the initiative to call us earlier and not 4 HOURS LATER, because although we wanted to call her, we never had her contact number until that time. I must admit that Ali (the worker) was always polite and that from what she explained to us, the situation was not her fault, as it was her company that told us one thing to her and us another. She offered to go to the apartment but we told her we had already booked a hotel for that night. After many apologies from Ali, we agreed to stay in the apartment from the 2nd night,...

Jaume's apartment was very well located, withon 5 min of Metro station and within 20 min walk from placa catalunya where all the action was. The apartment is neat, tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was cool and functional on a period when temperatures rose to 32°C. Wifi coverage and speed was great. Supermarket was within 5 min walking distance. Will stay here again if ever we return to BCN.

We were welcomed by Ali who was very helpful and told all about the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and in a good location. Could do with a mirror in the master bedroom and the hanging space in the wardrobe was too short for dresses. There was no hot water on the second day but Ali came round to fix it in about half an hour.

Very clean and modern flat in a good location to access all of Barcelona's main sites. Good local amenities. Good sized rooms. Main bedroom overlooking the crossroad was a little noisy at night as insulation wasn't brilliant but not a problem for us at all. The other rooms are quiet. Brilliant service from staff, Ali was great. All in all a great place to stay

We were welcomed by Ali as soon as we arrived at the apartment, which was easy to find and very easy to get to via the Aerobus from the airport. The apartment was well furnished and very clean, it had everything we needed including super comfortable beds. It was secure and the neighbourhood felt relaxed and safe. The apartment is a short walk from food shops, patisseries and the metro. It takes 15-20 minutes to get into Barcelona centre (door to door). The only negative we found about the apartment was that the front room windows did not insulate from sound, so we could hear all the traffic passing by. The two back bedrooms did not have this problem.

We were greeted on our arrival in Barcelona at the apartment and everything went very smoothly. The apartment was perfect and as described and has everything necessary for a family of 5 to be extremely comfortable. The position was perfect and we felt safe at all times, even walking home at night. Within 3 minutes walk are fruit shops, patisseries, restaurants and everything you need. Metro is very close and bus to airport only 5 minutes easy walk. We loved Barcelona and couldn't have asked for better accomodation.

This is a wonderful apartment. We were a family of six and we were comfortable. The third bedroom eith the two single beds is a little bit tight but nothing serious, that was not a problem for us. Kitchen is excellent, location is wonderful and matresses are also very good. I would definetly come back!!

She also told us about the area, and emailed us a list of restaurant and bar recommendations. The apartment was very clean, and as pictured. We loved having a balcony. This has to be one of the best Airbnb places I have stayed at. The host (Ali) was extremely polite and friendly. She gave us good tips for New Years Eve. The place was nice and warm and close to everything. The only thing I would mention is that because the windows are not double glazed, it can get really noisy at times and the curtains are really thin so it gets really bright really early, but none of this bothered us.

This is probably the cleanest airbnb rental I have used. It was spotless when we arrived. There were two of us who stayed here and we both have only great things to say about this apartment. The apartment is very functional and has everything you need. It's a good Eiaxmple/Gran Via location. It's a very comfortable apartment. The internet is very fast. There is a washer and dryer. Nice big balcony. Good lighting. Communication with Jaume was very easy and reserving the place was no hassle. Ali checked us in and she was great (and very pretty). I will definitely stay here again if I am visiting BCN. Tips: There is a gym a few blocks away on Diputacio call Joan Miro. Good equipment and cost around 12 euros for a day pass.

Jaume's apartment was great, and spacious enough for the 4 of us for a full week. It's a brilliant location, a couple of blocks from Urgell metro station and the airport Aerobus. It's also walking distance to both Placa d'Espanya and Placa de Catalunya. The apartment was clean, modern, well cared for, and with a nice little balcony. The apartment block itself is quiet and easy to find, with supermarkets and fruit shops within a few minutes walk. Communication with Jaume and his team was fast, friendly and easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment, modern and centrally located within 15-20 minutes walking distance from some central attractions and only a few minutes away from the metro which is a very convenient way to travel within Barcelona. Jaume waited for us despite us arriving very late and gave us a tour of the house. Everything looks exactly like in the photos and our stay was super comfortable. We were also able to use the parking place under the building but we were lucky since we rented a small car, a bigger car would not have fit.

This apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable. There were only two of us so it was plenty spacious and the covered balcony was a great feature. The pictures are quite accurate. The building was nice and felt very secure. We didn't cook so I can't comment on the kitchen equipment but it seemed adequate. Jaume was a great host - he was easy to reach, sent prompt responses, and made check-in simple. Only two minor negatives: some street noise could be heard from the front bedroom during the night. Nothing outrageous but if you're used to sleeping in absolute silence it may be an adjustment. Also, the location was good but for us it was just a little further from areas we wanted to visit. One big plus though was that the Aerobus to/from the airport has a stop that is only a couple blocks away. Overall it was a fantastic stay! Thanks Jaume!

Jaume was a great host, very friendly and communicative. Apartment was great, all rooms were very clean and spacious, great value for money! One bad thing that happened is the parking. our car was quite big , and the parking place which is underground is very small, so somebody got angry, cause he couldn't turn and the scratched our car, 4 scratches were made and right mirror was almost broken i guess somebody just kicked it with the leg. I would defiantly recommend the apartment, but for your car is better any private parking with cameras. Nobody knows what can happened!
