Living space
The living area is open and comfortable, arranged around a sofa that invites you to stay longer than planned. A glass dining table anchors the shared end of the room - generous enough for meals, card games, or a working morning over coffee. The whole space is single-level and reached by elevator, making it equally easy for guests of all ages or mobility needs.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who want to cook: induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are all here. A dining table is close at hand, so meals - whether picked up from the market around the corner or cooked from scratch - have a proper place to land.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds. Each room is made up with bed linens and has clothing storage. The main bedroom connects to an ensuite bathroom and a separate dressing area, making it a comfortable base for the group's lead travellers. Extra pillows and blankets are available throughout.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the apartment. The ensuite includes a walk-in shower; the second bathroom offers a bathtub - a welcome option after a long day on Barcelona's streets. Both are stocked with essentials including shampoo, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer.

Outdoor space
A furnished private terrace extends the apartment outdoors. In late spring and early summer, it earns its keep: morning coffee in the sun, an evening glass of wine as the city settles, or simply a breath of fresh air between plans. Nice place - good amount of room and everything was pretty easy. The location is a bit further from the nice part of Eixemple, but it was fine. Just not quite as close to heart of everything as a I thought. The beds are just ok. Could use new mattresses. Not awful, but need replacement. Overall, nice place and good stay.

The apartment was very nice, in a great location, and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the air conditioning units, as they weren’t working — although it’s possible that I might have done something wrong with their operation. Other than that, it was a very lovely place.

    **IMPORTANT: BEAR IN MIND THAT THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL FAMILY BUILDING, THEREFORE IT IS COMPULSORY TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE QUIET HOURS FROM 21H TO 9H. 1. Please do not smoke in the apartment, this is a smoke free apartment. You can do it in the balcony or outside of the apartment, enjoying the local street-life view. - 2. Please respect our neighbours, be mindful of noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartment, at all times. Loud noise (from 21h to 9h) and parties are totally forbidden in the apartment. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 3. Use proper attire (shirt, trousers and shoes) at all times, while in the common areas of the building. - 4. Use air conditioning and heating responsively, and remember also to turn off the lights when you are out of the apartment. (We pay one of the higher prices for electricity in Europe and we want to continue offering nice prices on the rental, please help us to achieve it). - 5. For your safety lock the door, and close the windows every time you go out. - 6. Lodging more people than originally made in the reservation is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule will lead to you being removed from the apartment at any time, day or night, without any refunds. - 7. Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach or pool. If you are planning to go to the beach or pool, please make your own arrangements for towels. - 8. Do not remove any of the apartment’s contents or furnishings. - 9. We look after this apartment so you can feel at home in it, therefore please take care of the apartment in the same way. Any damage to the apartment, furniture or other contents will be deducted from the security deposit. - 10. Please show you care. Leave the flat as you found it, take out your trash and don’t leave dirty dishes. We understand that you are on vacation and respect a certain extent of dirtiness, actually you don’t need to do a cleaning. However, if an extended cleaning is required because the apartment is excessively dirty, there will be an extra charge deducted from your deposit. - 11. If there is something wrong, or you break or damage something during your stay, make sure to let us know straight away. - 12.
