Very well equipped apartment and great view. Now our favourite location,not perfect but so many positives. Hard to find a combination that delivers as much as Skol. Only requests are a full length mirror, possibly on a wardrobe door and a headboard for the bed.

If Carlsberg did holidays this would be it! Apartment is gorgeous, spotlessly clean & very secure. Location couldn't be better, beach, shops, restaurants literally on doorstep. Das Gebäude ist aus den 60er Jahren und wurde immer mal wieder umfangreich renoviert. (Wikipedia: Dieser 1963 in Marbella erbaute Komplex wurde von den Architekten Manuel Jaén Albaitero und Carlos García San Miguel nach den Prinzipien der Moderne entworfen.[1] Ursprünglich als Hotel mit 580 Zimmern geplant, besteht der Komplex aus drei unterschiedlich hohen Gebäuden, die in U-Form zum Meer hin angeordnet sind. Die beiden kleineren Gebäude verfügen über Galerien in mittlerer Höhe, die den Zugang zu den Apartments ermöglichen. Das größte Gebäude ist von Le Corbusiers Unité d’Habitation in Marseille inspiriert und zeichnet sich durch eine skulpturale Außentreppe aus. Auch die Innenräume orientieren sich an diesem Vorbild aus Marseille und übertragen die moderne Formensprache auf touristische Wohnarchitektur. In den 1960er Jahren drehte Regisseur Mariano Ozores mehrere Filme im Apartotel, darunter „Operación Cabaretera“ (1967) mit Gracita Morales in der Hauptrolle.) Entspricht aber keinesfalls mehr dem heutigen Standard eines 4 Sterne Hauses. die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön . wenn man das richtige Apartment erwischt, hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Strand oder den Hafen . am Swimmingpool sind ausreichend Liegen . die Auflage kostet 3 € pro Person am Tag . es ist alles sehr gepflegt .es gibt eine Bar in der man essen und trinken bestellen kann , am Abend auch Cocktails. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar . zum Strand muss man einfach nur die Strandpromenade überqueren . es gibt eine Vielzahl von Restaurants an der Strandpromenade und in der Innenstadt . Preisniveau touristisch relativ hoch Qualität überschaubar. Die Innenausstattung unseres Apartments entsprach dem aktuellen Standard : zweckmäßig bis gut .wir würden drei Sterne vergeben . der Service und die Übergabe der Schlüssel waren problemlos und freundlich . wir hatten kleinere Anmerkungen bezüglich der Klimaanlage und eines verstopften Abflusses,diese wurden sofort zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt.

Faultless experience! Apartment was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. Well equipped and modern. We’ve stayed at The Skoll a number of times and keep returning as we love it so much! Location is fab!!! Will be back again very soon!

I spent 8 nights.. is the second time this year that I am staying in Skol apartments. I was there in February and now in May My favourite place to stay in Marbella. The apartment has everything you need and more I will recommend it highly. Staff are lovely too I am going bck there definitely Tks a mill for a lovely stay See you soon

As usual our favourite winter getaway in Skol apartments in Marbella, Spain. This year our apartment 921A was amazing, apart from a few hiccups in the beginning it was a really modern apartment with a fab view over the harbour with an amazing sunrise. Great to have a dishwasher and two full bathrooms. Tastefully decorated and you really felt you were on vacation. Nice patio furniture and lounges which you don’t always find. we didn’t use the lounges as we either took the deck chairs to the beach or sunbathed in the Skol gardens. For only 3 euros a day to rent the sunbeds was a real bargain. The grounds are kept impeccably clean and manicured. Although the pools aren’t heated I still enjoyed swimming in one of them at the beginning of April. Daniela and Vincenzo, our booking agents are always there to help and after so many years booking with them, it feels like they are our Spanish cousins lol We look forward to spending another three months in Skol next year and the year after as well. All of our friends from Canada followed us here also so Skol is the place to come from half way around the world so just contact Daniela and Vincenzo.

We stayed in Skol 541B and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Marbella close to the beach and Old Town with so many lovely restaurants to choose from just a few steps away. The pool was great, sun beds 3 EUR each for all day. The apartment was clean and well equipped with beautiful views. The service we received was excellent - Daniela + Vincenzo answered all our questions and ensured we had a comfortable stay. 5 Stars from me!

Lokalizacja świetna, ale: stary budynek i apartamenty byle jakie. Do tego hałas od świtu (bo w pobliżu remonty). No ale jeśli ktoś nie ma wielkich wymagań to jest to ok miejsce. Fo tego obok super beach club Bocana robi robotę
