Great apartment in ideal location - very close to the beach yet within easy walking distance of the old town! Apartment is a lot larger than many others in the area but does not have a seaview. The balcony, which easily seats 4-6 people, overlooks a crossroads and sits above some restaurants but we’ve never had any issues with noise! The two bedrooms are extremely spacious with lots of storage, and each has their own full bathroom, one of which has a bath and the other a walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and has all mod cons, from microwave to full oven and hob, American fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer and even a wine fridge! Much appreciated. The Nuevo Venencia restaurant downstairs is fabulous and caters for many locals - indicative of how good it is! A cocktail bar opposite which does extremely good cocktails, pizza place and bakery within 30 seconds of the front door provide additional food options but being so close to all the other amenities make this the perfect apartment for short or long stays!

I spent 4 nights ..the apartment had everything I need ..great view..clean..spacious I will recommend it highly. Staff are lovely too I am going bck there definitely

Tolle Sicht auf das Meer. Offensichtlich relativ neu ,gut renoviertes Appartement, sauber und gut eingerichtet, leider 2 Einzellbetten im Schlafzimmer die auseinandergleiten. Toilette im Bad für große und beleibte Menschen schwer zu benutzen. Für uns nach 3 Wochen alles in Allem angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Чудові апартаменти. Ми їхали родиною, щоб отримати враження-і ми їх отримали. Власники дуже привітні та гарно комунікували. Ми брали авто в оренду і вони надали за окрему плату паркомісце на закритому паркінгу біля апартаментів. В квартирі було все необхідне, навіть більше. Наче ми були у себе вдома. Дуже дякуємо за гостинність та турботу.

Absolute 10/10 for the apartment, location and hosts. Daniela was excellent in dealing with any queries we had. We had a fantastic holiday and loved everything about our apartment. Close to the beaches, bars and restaurants and excellent views from the front facing balcony x

The apartments and grounds exceeded my expectations. There are lush trees and gardens surrounding the pool areas that aren't shown in the photos. My particular ground-floor apartment was conveniently located by the lobby, yet private and peaceful with its patio enclosed by plants. I loved hearing the ocean waves at night. Maid service comes weekly to change the towels and sheets. The location is excellent. Take the pool area gate to the sea promenade, or use the front door to visit the city or the beautiful Constitution Park next door. Restaurants and shops are within a 2-minute walk, so no car is needed. If you have a car, there is free parking on the streets, though you need to find a space with white lines.
