I booked 2 apartments with Daniela last October for June 2023 to celebrate my 60th birthday. I used to stay at the Skol from 14 years old on a regular basis but hadn’t returned there for over 18 years! Daniela is absolutely fabulous to deal with - prompt at replying to any email I sent (and there were many) 🫣, efficient and very friendly. The Skol did not disappoint in any way and was as wonderful as I’d remembered. My daughters (aged 32/33) loved it as did my friends who also joined for the celebrations. Daniela even managed to find a last minute apartment for another friend who wanted to fly out for literally 48 hours! I cannot fault in any way and would 100% recommend Daniela if you are looking to stay at the fabulous Skol. THANKYOU SO MUCH 💞🥳💞

Fantastic service and the rooms are always perfect, the communication with Danilela is always first class and this is the reason why we have returned 7 years in a row and always booked thru Daniela and have just booked again for the next 2 years in a row. There is nowhere in Marbella with a better location for the beach and places to eat and drink are all on your doorstep. The huge pool and numerous sunbeds in the gardens are a huge bonus.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. We went with two young children and location was just amazing. I went to Skol for a number of years as a child and now returning with my own children. It has everything you need on its doorstep and very family friendly. Can’t recommend enough

Aunque se nota que el edificio tiene ya sus años, yo repetiría mi experiencia y volvería a alojarme en el. Muy buena ubicación, al lado de la playa, en pleno paseo marítimo. Apartamentos con aire acondicionado, dispone de todo el ajuar doméstico necesario y unas buenas piscinas.

Beautiful apartments in a great location. Very central to everything. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Both Daniela and Vincenzo are extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

A lovely apartment 324c on 3rd floor. Very clean and has all you need. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Apartment is in ideal location beside everything. Skol is great and we return yearly. Emma and crew in cafe are fantastic as always. Thanks to owners for lots of contact.

929A is a very dated apartment, really in dire need of modernisation. Skol is in great central location overall & good pool facilities however foul stench from drains around pool in sunny weather was very offputting. Pool area not cleaned regularly enough by a long shot.

Perfect apartment over looking the sea, ideal location for families. Fantastic pool and pool bar. The size of the apartment was perfect for a family of 4 with excellent cooking facilities. We couldn’t ask for anything more 5 stars! 💛💛💛💛💛

Las fotos son engañosas, los aires acondicionados no alcanzan para enfriar los ambientes, imposible permanecer en el departamento entre 17 y 20:30 porque es un horno. Sábanas y toallas horribles y viejas, los utensilios de cocina, uno de cada pueblo, un departamento abandonado, con mucha falta de limpieza y cero confort. NO RECOMENDABLE!!!

For us Skol 111A was ideal in every way. . We stayed 7nights. Afternoon sun as advertised on our balcony was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment containing everything we needed for a weeks stay. Absolutely perfect location, a few steps from the beach! Beautiful views of the surrounding islands & well looked after pools.

This apartment was just excellent and absolutely perfect for my wife and myself but also would have been ideal for 4 people. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Very large and spacious lounge / dining area with extremely comfortable settee and large flat screen T.V. The Kitchen was excellent and very well equipped. The 2 bedrooms were light and airy with ample storage space and both had access to the very large garden and patio area. The patio/ garden furniture was superb and plentiful in both sunny and shaded areas. Both the main walk -in shower room and the ensuite bathroom were newly refurbished and beautifully done. The air conditioning was very efficient and was in each of the rooms. Everything necessary was available even beach towels! We had arranged with the brilliant letting agents to have a parking space in the underground property car park which was perfect. We would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic property which benefits from the close proximity to a bakery, supermarket, bars & restaurants all within easy walking distance. We must praise the letting agents who had allowed us to use our deposit from before Covid lockdown. We had absolutely wonderful service from Daniela who replied to our emails and phone calls extremely quickly and who was very friendly and efficient. Many thanks to her and her company. We do hope to return in the near future.

Perfect communication throughout. Appartment clean, needed additional pillows and this was provideded pretty much immediately, nothing felt like a bother to them. Would highly recommend. Have stayed in other apartments in the SKOL Complex through a well known alternative and can definitely say these apartments are of much better standard and the service isn't even comparable. Thank you
