Have been a regular visitor at skol for many years now and we always come away feeling we’ve had a terrific holiday. Apartment excellent and have no problems recommending these apts to anyone. Has to have the best location in marbella and Daniela is a great hostess and will look after you if you have any problems.

Very well presented apartment spotless with great views of the sea. Kitchen very small but well equipped with everything that was needed. Spacious bathroom with powerful shower. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay great location - with every place within walking distance. The only problem was the wind on the balcony - we only managed to sit out two days and one night - however it would not deter us from staying there again

We have been coming to Skol Marbella for many years , and it never disappoints. Well equipped apartments with stunning views, and close to the sea and many great restaurants. Daniela will always be on hand if you need any help . Great place

Very well equipped apartment, first time we stayed facing down the promenade and it was a gorgeous view so close to the sea. These are the best located apartments in Marbella , not to mention the super hosts Daniela and Vincent who were on hand if needed, always very helpful in the run up to booking. I would recommend eating in the cafe in the apartment especially the fish and chips on Fridays , 5* food at such reasonable prices the owner couldn’t be more accommodating. We will definitely be back … Laura

Lovely apartment containing everything we needed for a weeks stay. Absolutely perfect location, a few steps from the beach! Beautiful views of the surrounding islands & well looked after pools.

Wij verbleven in een duplex-appartement in de residentie Skol eind september. Het gebouw zelf is van begin de jaren zestig en dat merk je meteen, maar het is wel steeds goed onderhouden geweest, vooral dan in de tuin en het zwembadgedeelte. De duplex zelf was netjes en zeer ruim, maar ook zeer gedateerd. De inrichting zou immers eens mogen vernieuwd worden. Er was een prachtig terras op de oostkant met een magnifiek zicht op het park, de zee en de haven. Het gebouw is niet goed geïsoleerd waardoor je 's nachts constant lawaai hebt, is het niet van luidruchtige passanten of klanten van de ondergelegen Ierse pub, dan wel van de machines die de straten en dijk komen poetsen. Aan het zwembad kun je ook iets drinken en eten , maar alles is gericht op de vele Britten die hier logeren. De locatie is geweldig, vlak aan de wandeldijk en op 10 minuutjes te voet van het centrum van de prachtige oude stad.

Lovely clean, bright and modern apartment. Two super modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Lovely wraparound balcony off sitting room and another sunny balcony off the upstairs bedroom with sun from sunrise to sunset. Balconies equipped with loungers and picnic table and chairs.

Mieszkanie ok. Nasz apartament określiłbym, jako średni, ale widoki rekompensują :). W środku mikrofalówka, lodówka, czajnik i pralka - w pelni wyposażona kuchnia. Piękny widok z tarasu. Cena ok

We enjoyed out stay a 927 SKOL. The pictures are accurate and the kitchen in well equipped. Perhaps too many appliances and not enough room for groceries as the counter space is limited. Limited cleaning supplies provided for a month long stay. Would have preferred to have someone come in and clean it once a week. No clean sheets provided for 2 weeks then they were changed every week. Did not like having to wash the sheets. The beds were ok, not overly comfortable and I had to go and buy my own pillows. However, the building is in a great location, it is very secure and clean. The space was fine when we were 2 people staying, but crowded with 4 of us. Not enough seating. I would recommend it, as the view is amazing and the balcony lovely to sit on. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were good.

For families with children I recommend block B. The apt was perfect for us. We had a beautiful view from 9th floor :)

Het appartement was modern ingericht, nieuwe keuken, prima schoon en een voortreffelijk uitzicht. De entree, de receptie en de liften zijn gedateerd, kan wel n opknapbeurt gebruiken. Maar je bent zo goed als de hele dag buiten. Je zit pal aan het strand en hoort de zee heerlijk ruisen. De tv stoorde continu, daar moet echt naar gekeken worden, was erg hinderlijk. Wel gehorige kamers maar met voldoende vino achter de kiezen heb je daar weinig last van.
