Stay 10 days in October in 217A Perfect apartment with fantastic views of the boardwalk and the ocean. Daniela is very reactive and every request is dealt immediately. Love always comes back to Skol Maryse

The Skol building is our favourite one in Marbella thanks to outsanding location: frontbeach, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, one-of-the kind : location with astonishing vew !! Daniella & Vincenzo who manage the building are very reliable agents, always trying to satisfy their clients! We were directly delighted by their service. We now come back each year ;-) The apartments are clean, well equiped at a good price. Daniella & Vincenzo are flexible regarding arrivals and departures and are very good organized ! A must seen !

Good value, great location, clean, well-equipped, large balcony with afternoon sun, but it's a ground floor apartment with only s distant sea view. Keys left at reception, TV and WiFi both excellent, also the shower.

Well equipped comfortable apartment. Really well located close to the beach. Beautiful grounds and swimming pools. It was ideal for a short break in the winter.

Aunque es un edificio emblemático en Marbella y con unas vistas al mar inmejorables ya tiene sus años y su imagen es un poco decadente, deberían invertir en una remodelación

I have stayed in many apartments at the Skol but this one is not a favourite. No WiFi , Cramped kitchen, Uncomfortable settee and the upstairs rail barrier is not high enough to meet uk safety standards.

Our stay at Skol Holiday Rentals was wonderful! Our studio unit was recently renovated and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The View of the Med. and Gibralter was staggering most days with the occasional glimpse of Africa. Daniella was very helpful and reachable regarding getting settled in and information about Tours and getting around on The Costa Del Sol. We would highly recommend Skol for all aspects of our stay. The price was reasonable and the unit was cozy and clean. John and Ferne, Canada.

Perfect for a winter sun break.Fab situation overlooking the bay. Walked for miles along the Paseo. Very clean appartment, very pleasant staff.Lovely garden and pool area.Friendly and relaxed what more could you ask for?!

This is an excellent apartment, small and compact but newly decorated and well equipped. There is a good view of the pool area and a partial view of the Passeo from the Balcony. We had a good service from the management company and would recommend them for renting in the Skol. We intend using this agency in the future and would happily return to this apartment on our next visit to Marbella.

Situation centrale sur le paseo, proche de la place des naranjos. Appartement avec vue sur la mer. Très propre et très bien agencé. Je recommande, nous avons passé 25 jours super 👍 avec un temps merveilleux.

Une vue à couper le souffle ! Pied sur mer, en plein centre de Marbella, emplacement juste parfait. L'hôtel par contre est moyen, réception pas du tout accueillante, personnel bizarre. Mais il dans l'appartement vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin : Wi-Fi, lits doubles, télévision, des réfrigérateurs très spacieux, une lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, cuisinière, toute sorte d'ustensiles de cuisine, bouées de piscine, absolument tout. Ça reste quand même un hôtel très beau.
