A couple of 30 year old women having a last minute break. Apartment was in a great location on the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. It can Fully equipped and had everything we needed including all utensils, pots, pans, washing machine, microwave etc. everything you need for a self catering holiday. Very basic apartment but was clean and spacious. We were very impressed with this apartment and will definitely be returning again. Only downside is that the electricity tripped when you had too many electrical appliances on at once but we got used to it in the end. It is close to the boat stop on the beach where you can catch the catamaran over to puerto Banus and back for only €15. Bargain! The pool was currently out of use as the weather wasn’t great but Cannot wait to come back once it’s in use and the sun is out in summer. Thankyou for having us.

Please don’t go to 352!!!!! DIRTY and NOISY!! We have stayed in 352 to spend time with our aunt who owns a room in the same building. The staffs are nice but just don’t choose this room! We arrived at 7pm to put our baby straight to bed but there wasn’t a baby cot, a high chair nor a kingsize bed we had asked beforehand. Had to call and get them prepared while our baby was crying for sleep. The room is dirty and so much dust everywhere, seems somebody just mopped the floor quickly. Didn’t have washing up liquid nor any cleaning supplies apart from a mop. I know the building is old but this room is just not very well maintained. The beds squeak and the curtains have holes so light comes in. We were lucky we didn’t stay in summer. It’s very very noisy because the neighbor’s TV is just next to its bedroom and they have nocturnal life watching TV til 4am. One night one of them forgot his key and kept knocking his door and ringing door bell from 3am to 6am constantly. Sounds crazy but it happened to us. Another night a young boy who said he was a masseuse rang the doorbell of each room at 9:30pm so no security in this building. We were so glad to leave this room.

Beautiful apartment on the 5th floor looking out to the south east over the pools & the sea. The apartment is well catered with a large & a small bedroom. 3 single beds, (I think the sofa in the sitting room was a pull out double). I would have preferred a double bed in the large bedroom, but that is a personal choice. We had a small issue on arrival with a dripping aircon, but this was dealt with promptly & professionally which is all you can ask for. It is well cared for and well maintained with all the utensils you might need in the kitchenette. A great location for walking the promenade and accessing the beaches & restaurants. It's also only a 10 minute stroll up to the old town. We had a great time here.

Another amazing holiday in the Skol apartments. Daniela and Vincenzo were a pleasure to book through and were so accommodating. The apartment was amazing and had everything we could want. Fantastic experience and can't wait to return. Best trip to the Skol yet!

Excelente ubicación pero mucho por mejorar. Mucho, no. Bastante. Sobre todo en Instalaciones. Te cobran dos euros por la tumbona en la piscina, el bar tiene un horario absurdo, no se puede pagar con tarjeta... 😳 Lo de las tumbonas podría discutirlo si llego a usar alguna... Pero era imposible ya que siempre estaban ocupadas y no existía zona verde para tumbarse con la toalla. Sobre el bar, poco que decir. Si consideran que abrir a las 11 y cerrar a las 19 horas es rentable para su negocio, perfecto. Otra cosa es que un establecimiento como el de ustedes debe ofrecer un servicio más amplio a sus clientes. Y, por último, ¿lo de pagar SOLO en metálico y no poder usar tarjeta de crédito? Eso sí que no es higiénico con la que está cayendo. Limpian las colchonetas de la piscina pero hay que usar metálico con el riesgo que eso conlleva... ¿alguna explicación? Muchas gracias y, por cierto, a pesar de los dicho tienen ustedes un hotel muy apañado. Un cordial saludo.

Skol apartments are situated in the most central part of Marbella right on the seafront. The pools and gardens are very well maintained and the cafe/restaurant/bar is excellent. All the apartments I have been in are clean and well appointed.

Plus que correct pour le prix appart tous équipés avec de belles chambres vue sur mers est montagne 🗻 Petit fuite dans la cuisine mes rien de grave Propre femme de ménage inclus tous les jou qui change les draps et range mais bien sûr ne pas en abusés 😅 par respect évidemment Problème niveau piscine transat les transats son payant 3€ la journée la journée avec un matelas impossible de ce poser dans l'herbe avec la serviette au risque de ce faire jeter pr les agents petites astuces dans l'appart il y avait 2 chaise longue pliable donc juste à les dessendre et les ramener en bas au bord de la piscine Je pense que je reviendrai

Spent a wonderful week in the Skol in May. Our studio 503 had the best view, very modern with a great bathroom , kitchen and living space it has excellent wifi and a smart TV. The Skol is so convenient to the beach and restaurants.We have been returning for years. Daniela was amazing as always I had to cancel the trip a few times and she was really great on exchanging information about the changing restrictions plus A good tip is to follow her on Instagram she gives you a real live feel how life is in Marbella. I would recommend hands down to stay in the Skol. Special thanks to Daniela’s Mum too. See you very soon. Kind regards Jennifer

It was a beautiful holiday! Perfect location with a see view, right on the beach. Apartment was nice and quiet (132/117) . Super host Daniela is always helpful. Thanks to her assistance my time in Marbella was more pleasant than I expected.

Fantastic place to have vacation! Easy walk to the beach and to the center of the city, Good restaurants nearby, and so is the supermarket if you will make some of your own. 24 hour reception service is valued. People are a mixture of young and elderly. We will be back again.
