We have been staying at SKOL for many years. Our last trip here was 2019 because of the pandemic. But 2023 has seen the KIWIS 🥝 return. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here - as always. A long way from NZ but we are always thrilled to return. Trish and Barry Christchurch- NZ🌞🌞

Absolutely amazing - just had 2 weeks in Skol apartments - excellent condition, excellent beachfront location and the staff on reception are so nice and friendly - Daniela is amazing and responds to emails straightaway and very very helpful Everything is just superb - will definitely be booking again for next year. ¿Cómo valorar un edificio que es a la vez icono cultural, negocio turístico y referencia kitsch? Inspirado en Le Corbusier, construido cuando era el único edificio turístico en muchos metros a la redonda, escenario de cine ("aquí la police ni to speak": Operación cabaretera, 1967), abandonado como hotel, resurgido varias veces como apartamentos, mole en medio de la super mole que es hoy Marbella... Pero su ubicación frente al mar y apoyado en el parque de la Constitución sigue siendo privilegiada, aunque no haya donde parar el coche... En fin un interesante conjunto de contradicciones. Ah! Y una anécdota para curiosos: basado en la Unité d'Habitation, no siempre los pisos impares están exactamente debajo de los pares. Actualmente (2025) está gestionado más profesionalmente que en otras épocas (1992 fue mi primera vez) y la estancia puede considerarse aceptable si encuentras un apartamento bien reformado y vecinos poco ruidosos. La piscina, adminículo inútil por pequeño, caro y rodeado de hormigón.

What a really pleasant surprise as we entered a very spacious and well laid out studio apartment, it was much bigger than we expected and all the facilities were of a good standard. Parque Marbella was a great, fairly private apartment centred in a perfect location to the beach and promenade. Highly recommend. A perfect base for our beach holiday. Also Thanks to Skol Marbella for a very easy booking and so many services if we had needed them.

Nice apartment, clean, comfortable, if a little dated. Very well equipped with everything. An information sheet about the apartment would be very useful. On the first night we had no hot water. One of the switches had tripped, so several of the sockets weren't working. I contacted the hosts and received a reply next morning. All fine after that with hot water but the switch was constantly tripping. For instance, you had to turn off the air con if you wanted to use a hairdryer, which in the heat is not good! The balcony doors didn't lock properly, we had 3 young children with us so that wasn't good. The pool area is very nice and spotless clean. Very good location close to beach and 10 mins walk to the Old Town.

Found the apartment very small, not clear in pictures, as soon as you open the door you find the bed and there is hardly any walking or standing room between the bed and the wall. The living room has a sofa bed and a little kitchen, no table or chairs so you are bound to eat in a sofa or in the balcony with 35 degrees sun hitting you at 8:30 am. Except for a little cheap open drawer, there is no space for storage or your clothes and suitcase. A couple minor maintenance issues like shower door. Pool only opens at noon so that didn’t sit well with the kid. Otherwise host is great! Easy to reach, checking and checkout easy. I would believe Skol is better than this building
