Skol Apartments is ideally located on the Beach walk, close to everything. Daniela is a wonderful host, quick to respond and pleased to help on every situation. Thanks Daniela, we will be back next year!!

Sehr zu empfehlen Super Lage. Leider aber Baustelle erst am Strand dann indoors und am Pool. Februar ist eben vor-saison und es wird fleißig renoviert für die nächste Sommersaison. Die Dusch-Badewanne war zwar groß leider lief das Wasser nicht ab vom 1. Tag, wurde aber zügig repariert bei Kontaktaufnahme. sehr freundliches Personal Tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick und allen Notwendigkeiten. Kleiner Balkon mit Meerblick & Parkblick. Allerdings auch eine Strasse dazwischen. ab Sonnenaufgangüber dem Meer busy Auf der Promenade und auf der strasse. Dafür gab den Sonnenaufgang auf der Seite (nur ein bisschen hinter den anderen Höhen Häusern, Sonne bis ca 13 Uhr ☆) Leider Sehr wenige gratis Parkplätze (hatte glück). Sehr hundefreundlich und zuvorkommend.

Had an adorable, relaxing week at The Skol in Marbella. I stayed in apartment 244 courtesy of Daniela at Skol Marbella. It is a great flat, with lots of room and storage and the luxury of a double bed. I can't wait to return soon. Thank you.

Seamless booking with Daniella, excellent communication and she had endless patience with all our questions. Apartment compact and well equipped. Smart tv with English channels. Linen and towels perfect condition. Shower head is fixed tricky if you don’t want to wash hair. The apartment has a wonderful views and gets the afternoon sun. Looking forward to returning. Appartement trés agéable, tés bien équipé et une télévion grand écran avec les chaines Francaise et une vue superbe sur la mer et le paséo, point à savoir l'entée donne directement sur la chambre avec un lit trés confortable de 160x200 mais cette entrée direct sur la chambre ne nous a pas dérangé .

Amazing apartment in the heart of Marbella. The property is modern, was spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is steps away from the restaurants, shops, and beach, yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely accommodating and provided excellent communication. Highly recommended! Let me know if you’d like to tweak it further!

I was quite comfortable with the room and especially loved the boardwalk setting. It was a little chilly in early January but sunny and the sea views were breathtaking.

Great holiday home - Skol apartment. The room looks very nice, clean and tidy. The only thing you can’t open balcony doors , no food or drinks Served here , make sure you get your own water and food. Annoying thing is that every corner you have stickers or notes don’t touch this or that / as we charge you 100€ , don’t open the balcony window as you getting charged 100€ , leave the towels at the same place as you getting charge 25€ ;)) and so all…. looks like everything you touch you can be charged:)) apart of that very nice and clean room! Very close to the sea side.

Das Appartment wurde zwar vor unserem Einzug gereinigt, war aber nicht sauber.Unter den Sesselnlagen Scherben von zerbrochenem Glas, unter der Couch eine defekte Gardienenstange, die Dusche war stark verkalt, um das WC gelbe Flecken. Im gesamten Appartment roch es extrem nach Chemie/Desinfektion. An schlimmsten waren die Kakerlaken in der Küche und im Bad. Wir haben das reklamiert, worauf das Appartment nochmals mit einem Mittel ausgespritzt wurde. Es roch dann noch stärker und meine Frau bekam einen alergischen Husten. Der wöchentliche Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche wurde nur nach Reklamation durchgeführt, nicht einmal zum Termin. So wurde bei 24 Tagen Buchung ein Wechsel gespart. Wir würden Skol nicht nochmals buchen.

Great stay for 24 days in November 2024 ! Trouble free ,spotless apartment ,very quiet neigbourhood ! Daniela is very organized and always ahead of anything. She advised us that a storm was headind in Marbella and how we should prepare! When you book with her ,she become your protector and she make sure that your stay is perfect! We are regulars that came at Skolapartment for the last 12 years and we don't hesitate to refer our friends and they never been insastified! Many thanks Daniela ,Vincenzo and family !
