Just returned from a 5 night stay in studio apartment 223 Skol. Beautifully refurbished, well equipped, spotlessly clean apartment. We arrived late at night, a couple of small issues on arrival which were promptly resolved first thing the next day. Ideal choice for 2 people, we found it a bit small for 3 of us, but having said that we had a great stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Daniela & Vincenzo again, they have responded to all emails promptly.

Ticks all the boxes really. Great apartment, spacious, clean, well appointed. Been to these apartments a few times. Value for money. Location second to none. Well run and has a great poolside cafe and bar daily.

Daniela: Nuestra estancia ha resultado magnífica y esperamos poder repetir el próximo verano. Tuvimos pequeños problemas con el agua caliente,que no estaba enchufada y hubo que esperar mucho tiempo para poder ducharnos. La tv no estaba pensada para españoles, pero se arregló. A veces piensan que todo el mundo es de habla inglesa 😊

Skol Apartment 841b, is nicely furnished , a good range of electrical appliances, powerful shower, comfortable double bed, Air Con in all rooms, English TV channels, is well located for bars and restaurants, I would be happy stay in this apartment in the future.

We were in Marbella for a wedding. We stayed in Skol apartments for 5 nights. Our apartment was lovely and spotless. The pool was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. It is accommodating for both couples and families as everything is so accessible. We will be back with our baby next time to take advantage of the lovely kiddies pool.Thanks to lovely Daniela for organising my transfers and being so accommodating with all my questions in advance of my trip.

Fantastic service and the rooms are always perfect, the communication with Danilela is always first class and this is the reason why we have returned 7 years in a row and always booked thru Daniela and have just booked again for the next 2 years in a row. There is nowhere in Marbella with a better location for the beach and places to eat and drink are all on your doorstep. The huge pool and numerous sunbeds in the gardens are a huge bonus.

Perfect apartment over looking the sea, ideal location for families. Fantastic pool and pool bar. The size of the apartment was perfect for a family of 4 with excellent cooking facilities. We couldn’t ask for anything more 5 stars! 💛💛💛💛💛

Beautiful apartments in a great location. Very central to everything. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Both Daniela and Vincenzo are extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

929A is a very dated apartment, really in dire need of modernisation. Skol is in great central location overall & good pool facilities however foul stench from drains around pool in sunny weather was very offputting. Pool area not cleaned regularly enough by a long shot.

Las fotos son engañosas, los aires acondicionados no alcanzan para enfriar los ambientes, imposible permanecer en el departamento entre 17 y 20:30 porque es un horno. Sábanas y toallas horribles y viejas, los utensilios de cocina, uno de cada pueblo, un departamento abandonado, con mucha falta de limpieza y cero confort. NO RECOMENDABLE!!!

A lovely apartment 324c on 3rd floor. Very clean and has all you need. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Apartment is in ideal location beside everything. Skol is great and we return yearly. Emma and crew in cafe are fantastic as always. Thanks to owners for lots of contact.

A fabulous holiday spent at SKOL. Daniela went above and beyond to help us. She even offered to organise our airport transfer on way home which was very handy. Prior to our arrival she shared her digital guide which was a great help in choosing restaurants etc. Would highly recommend.

I booked 2 apartments with Daniela last October for June 2023 to celebrate my 60th birthday. I used to stay at the Skol from 14 years old on a regular basis but hadn’t returned there for over 18 years! Daniela is absolutely fabulous to deal with - prompt at replying to any email I sent (and there were many) 🫣, efficient and very friendly. The Skol did not disappoint in any way and was as wonderful as I’d remembered. My daughters (aged 32/33) loved it as did my friends who also joined for the celebrations. Daniela even managed to find a last minute apartment for another friend who wanted to fly out for literally 48 hours! I cannot fault in any way and would 100% recommend Daniela if you are looking to stay at the fabulous Skol. THANKYOU SO MUCH 💞🥳💞

There are not enough superlatives to describe our stay last month at SKOL. For our second year in a row (and our third overall) everything was beyond perfect - the location, building and staff, our beautiful apartment, the public areas with manicured gardens, chaise lounges and swimming pools, not to mention a fabulous 5* on-site cafe/restaurant. The icing on the cake is the very competent property management team of Daniela and Vincenzo Derin. They're alway available to address any and all concerns in addition to being a great resource for a variety of local knowledge. Pretty sure you could not expect anything more in a holiday rental! That said, we'll be back in 2025!
