Apartment is clean and lovely but horrible beds. Too small and horrible matrases. Back problems after staying there.

Had a lovely 2 week stay at the Skol Apartments Marbella 929A. Can highly recommend this apartment as its bright, open, clean and with marvellous views. We love the area and that is why we keep coming back. Best holiday regards from Joy and Fiona

Bright studio well layed out , comfortable bed all TV channels available including Netflix, slightly noisy as situated overlooking road and park ideally located all amenities you'd need are close by . Location is one of the best you could ask for located right on the Paseo. Excellent hosts in Daniela and Vincenzo highly recommended Carol & Alan

We have been coming to the Skol for over 20 years and nothing compares to the location, gardens and sea view. However, we were very disappointed with the standard of apartment 133. The apartment was not as described in the property listing. There was no bath, and no “large terrace area for Al fresco dining or sun bathing”as mentioned. It is not suitable for 7 guests, the third bedroom is no bigger than a walk in wardrobe. In addition the fixtures and fittings were dated and not clean. The sofa was covered in multiple stains underneath the throws and both showers were not clean. The hand rail which led from the apartment steps to the garden was an enormous health & safety risk as it was completely loose and almost caused one of our pregnant guests to fall down the steps. The one advantage of this apartment was the double entrance which was great to go straight out to the street or to the gardens and the kitchen is modern with most mod cons. Some small easy fixes and TLC would make this a wonderful apartment but unfortunately it fell short this time.

Fantastic 2 weeks in 305A Skol Apts. Many thanks Daniela, you even provided the glorious weather for free. All needs met and attended to. Fantastic location, wonderful views, and easy check in. Can't wait to come back. Whenever we opened the door, and saw the amazing views, we were back, Excellent WiFi and choice of TV channels Thanks to Daniela and Vincenzo.

Had 10 wonderful days at the SKOL.The apartment (839B) was as seen on webside Clean and cosy with beautyful view of pool area. ,the sea and on a clear day Gibraltar and Africa. Daniela and Vincenzo and All their team were extremly friendly. All common areas are kept clean. Like the mail with links that is sent out with confirmation of arrival the next day . While at the Skol Try the Jardin cafe at the skol (skol sandwich) The old town well worth a visit. I wasour first visit and it will not be be last

Beautiful accommodations surrounded with beautiful gardens and swimming pools. Plenty of restaurants and bars near by and wonderful beaches. Thank you for making it a wonder Holiday

View from the studio apartment is amazing, think it's getting a revamp soon which will make it more comfortable. It was our second time staying at Skol and loved it, everything is so close, lovely pool area and pool bar. Close to marina and Old Town.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pools, direktem Zugang zur Promenade und zum Strand und idealer Ausgangspunkt zu Gaststätten und zu Golfplätzen. Für Strandliebhaber wurde einen Monat lang der weggespülte Sand wieder aufgefüllt. Daniela ist eine freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin.

Wir waren 12 Tage in dem toll modernisierten Appartement A623 mit traumhaften Blick in den Sonnenaufgang. Zwei neue Bäder (WC und Dusche) sind Luxus! Kleiner Nachteil: der Schall wurde sehr gut nach oben getragen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt (vor allem der Garten), die Rezeptionisten waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, Die stets freundlichen Ansprechpartner (Daniela und Vincenzo) waren immer erreichbar und haben immer schnell geholfen.

Wir waren Ende September im Appartement 352. Das Zimmer ist etwas älter, aber sauber. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Das Zimmer ist aber ABSOLUT nicht vermietbar, solange der Nachbar in seiner Wohnung wohnt. Das Schlafzimmer grenzt an seinem Wohnzimmer und dieser Mann schreit nachts, hört überlaut Fernsehen, kurz gesagt eine Katastrophe !!. Wir sind in das Wohnzimmer auf das Zustellsofa gezogen um schlafen zu können. Hier fehlt der Schallschutz und der Respekt des Nachbarn sich ordentlich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus zu verhalten. Generell ist Marbella eine laute Stadt. Das Zimmer ist im vorderen Bereich zur Straße hin, dadurch ist die Geräuschkulisse der morgentlichen Anlieferung und Stadtsäuberung zu hören. Geschuldet durch den Umzug in das Wohnzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer wäre es besser gewesen. Es gibt trotzdem zwei Punkte, da das Haus selber sehr zentral gelegen ist und die Pools sauber und groß sind.
