A lovely place to stay with friends or family. Location great for exploring Northumberland. Home is well equipped and comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower temperature being scolding with no way to control the temperature. It has been mentioned in previous reviews so not just us. Please get a plumber to check it out and you can have 5 stars 😊

Stayed in Whitby at Rock Pipit. Wonderful ground floor apartment with small back & front gardens. Accepts pets. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need for self catering. Only minutes away from the whale bones which is a great place for walking dogs yet still only minutes away from the town centre.

Lovely location and perfect for getting around the Dales. The cottage was a home from home too. It would have been nice for the heating to have been on before we arrived though as it was cold but we put the log burner on straight away and it was lovely.

Nice property with plenty of space and all required amenities. Very comfortable beds and bedding. The parking situation isn’t ideal and would be great to be supplied with a couple of guest permits. The showers have to work really hard when multiple are in use at the same time so there were a few cold moments. The house was also very cold when we arrived but did heat up quickly with an easy to use thermostat. Would certainly come back.

Lovely cosy cottage in a beautiful village. Fantastic tea rooms and pub serving magnificent food close by. Would have appreciated a shower even over the bath!

We hadden een heerlijke week in de geweldige stad Liverpool met onze kinderen (11 en 13). Het appartement was sfeervol netjes en schoon. Grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Afstand tot het centrum was wel wat ver. We hebben ons verplaatst met Uber en OV. De hosts waren netjes en goed bereikbaar, systeem om de sleutels te halen/terugbrengen was wat omslachtig. Dit kan handiger.

The apartment was incredible. Dog friendly, which we have noted for next time! Full of all amenities, super clean, so much space! Lovely and warm with superb views of the sea. Perfectly located for our stay as we used it as a base to travel around from. There is a pub next door but one, lovely people. Steakhouse & other pubs & eateries just down the road. Parking was brilliant, you could either park in a bay a Ross the road or right outside the entry gate. Just perfect for our stay. Communication between ourselves and the host was also impeccable. We were kept informed of things that we needed to know from the date that we booked and then again after. We were provided with so much information, it was brilliant. Have referred to other family members & we will now only use this property when we visit. Thank you for the hospitality, it really was perfect.

Host and stay must be singularly the worst and most unprofessional booking agency in the holiday market. Rather book elsewhere for your sanity
