Unfortunately 1st time using and will be the last. Turned up too booking (kids in tow) only to find lodge was actually booked due to host and stay mistake...... We all ended up in a Premier Inn. Fuming as kids upset and mini break spoilt

Excellent communication, all worked out nicely. The place we stayed in was beautifully designed, met all the requirements for a holiday home and was clean. Would use Host & Stay again.

Lovely flat in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. Too many stairs for my mum though!

Lovely location, beach a stones throw away superb views from from window and Garden was a real treat to sit in looking over the beach. Easy access to property and Charlie was very helpful and friendly if there was any issues which there was none to speak of. Walk along the beach to Saltburn and had a drink in the ship right on the beach, was a lovely evening stroll… all told a lovely weekend retreat. Dog friendly beach and your furry friends go free. Bonus!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Felt really at home. Lovely quiet road but very easy to get to Norwich city centre or explore the wider area. Definitely recommend.

This is a nicely presented period apartment, which is very close to the high street, but still fairly quiet. The parking is challenging but manageable. If you download the app that you are sent on arrival day, the directions to the flat are fine. Having full access to all channels on the tv is a bonus, and we didn’t have an issue with the mattress in the second room squeaking. The kitchen is small but well equipped with tea, coffee etc which was appreciated, and the bathroom is lovely. We would stay again.

Fab place to stay, just what we needed for a couple of nights with friends and a comfy house to stay between being at an all day wedding. Great lil coffee machine and amenities to help get fully set for a weekend. Thank you for having us

Close to the centre but a steep walk back, cosy place plenty of space but only one toilet.& Shower was to hot for me with no way to cool it down. T V. Needed retuning every time. I would still stay again. Lovely place.

We had a fabulous few days at the delightful Old Paul Pry in Holt.

The place was in an excellent location and was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Good size and excellent roof terrace. The only downside is that the key pick up is about a 10-15 minute walk from the property which was a pain as we had quite a bit of luggage. A lock box on the property or a pick up point nearer would have been much better. Not the host fault but extremely noisy all night due to seagulls nesting. I would stay here again but out of seagull nesting season.

Beautiful modern 3 storey upside down town house and it has a parking space which is a bonus. Very short 5 minute walk to town as well.

We have just returned from a lovely 3 day stay. A lovely cosy clean cottage with everything in you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside being that we hadn’t taken note of the fact that the loo isn’t on the same floor as the bedrooms. Also, our fault, we hadn’t noticed that to get out of the double beds (very comfy) I had to clamber over my husband, whilst trying not to bash my head on the low beams! Being an older couple, this was not ideal. However, our fault. I was that impressed with the quality of the cottage and the price (excellent value) that in our haste to book it we hadn’t read all the details. The sitting room is also up a flight of stairs. We were lucky with the parking - managing to get a very lucky space at the top of the street- otherwise we would have had to seek out the car parks. No complaints and would definitely use the company again based on the quality and cleanliness of this property. We would just fully check out all the facilities.

We stayed 4 nights at High Street Caernarfon. 3 large bedrooms, all with double beds, one with a sofa and TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and tea/coffee, cleaning materials were supplied. Dining table can fit 6, sofa and a TV in lounge area. There is a large utility area, and a small seating area with 2 armchairs and a bookshelf. There is also a semi- outdoor terrace, with a pergola with opening roof. High Street is within the walled town, only a few minutes from several bars, restaurants and takeaways. Convenient for the Castle, and Welsh highland Railway. There is no parking in site or outside, but there are large public carparks nearby. The Castle carpark is almost £16 for 24 hours, but the ones near Morrisons are £7.70 (July 2025 prices). Free parking at the Marina/Sailing club but rarely a space free. On-street parking is often full, and/or limited to 45 minutes, so really those near Morrisons are the best bet.
