This is a lovely apartment, just like it looks on the host & stay site. It was very clean on arrival & mini soaps, bodywash & shampoo products were left. It is in a really nice area with a Sainsbury's local a few minutes away, a nice local pub called Bootham bar & a nice cafe, North South, minutes away. It is also only about 10 mins away from York Minster & about the same from the railway station. I was given booking updates & I really liked the app with lots of info that I could load onto my phone. I really enjoyed my 3 nights in York & would look @ bookingvthe apartment again if I returned or would recommend it to friends & family if they were visiting Uorl.

One of the worst customer service companies I’ve dealt with. The complaints process is horrendous and if you would like to be ignored or treated poorly please email complaints resolution as they brilliant at exactly that. Shameful

This lovely two level flat was perfect for our Great North Run weekend in South Shields. It's decorated beautifully, with everything you could need for a weekend away. Location wise, it's very close the the metro, and a short walk to the beach (and GNR finish line) We received a lovely welcome card and gift from the owners which was a really nice personal touch. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Super spacious, clean and attractive cottage, in a quiet yard off the village green in beautiful Hutton-le-Hole. Smart new kitchen, well equipped, and new bathroom with an excellent shower. Nice outdoor space, good for dogs. Very comfortable beds. Detailed online guidebook / app but important gaps / out-of date info, e.g. we couldn't get the heating to work, or find Freeview channels on the TV - instructions bore no relation to what you had to do. We had major trouble with the wifi: the owner was changing it to a new system, and it's essential because there's no mobile phone signal in the whole village. Host and Stay were prompt and helpful in sorting this out. In summary: a very nice cottage but could be superb with better information and everything working.

Very nice and clean all things you want for 2 night stay.parking tight village nice and easy for attractions but no TV when you just wanted an Hour after a busy day

Very well equipped flat, lovely house in a very quiet area. 10 minute walk into town. Nice big white towels and a great shower. My only criticism would be the mattress which is very soft and probably needs replacing

This was a fabulous accommodation in a fantastic location 2mins walk to the beach. The place was exceptionally clean and tidy and so spacious with such a pretty seating area at the back. It had everything that you needed for an enjoyable stay. We just did not want to leave and can't wait to return.

Lovely house and has everything you need. Quiet countryside location and easy to find. Plenty of parking. We had 9 people staying and had a fantastic week. Only criticisms are it could do with a lick of paint and a good clean in places. Downstairs shower doesn't drain very well and toilet had water stains. Could do with a bit more info i.e. a welcome book with some information but other than that it's a lovely place and we would happily stay again

The Beach House, Cromer is a lovely dormer bungalow and felt like home from home. My family and 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we have booked to stay there again next year.

Very quirky, comfortable well equipped flat with the bonus of being dog friendly. Ideally situated for all amenities. If we visit Saltburn again we would definitely try to re-book.

a beautiful place to stay. perfect for a family of 4. very helpful , friendly and professional host. location is very very central and very very convenient. bus stop on the door step. pannett park is just across the road - a very lovely park.
