Robin was outstanding to work with and our vacation was perfect! We were met at the airport with snacks and drinks welcoming us to St Croix . Our rental was beautiful and she was available to any questions or needs we had during our stay. She went above and beyond .. I would definitely rent another home with her company as you don’t find this type of attentiveness these days !! Would highly recommend!!! 5 plus stars 🌟

We rented Betsy's Jewel through Premier Properties USVI in July 2022. The property is beautiful with a nice view. However, there were some issues with the rental (eg, it says 6 bedrooms but it's really 5); the fridge had cooling problems, and the WiFi did not work in the guest house. Even though the Manager tried to help, these issues were not resolved to our satisfaction.

WONDERFUL!! We had the absolute best time in St. Croix. The home was spacious, clean, and we had everything we needed plus some due to Robin's spectacular customer service. Her staff was very helpful when we called with a question and suggested great dining locations with the best views! Would definitely book again and recommend to everyone. During our delightful vacation we had the privilege of experiencing PremierProperties USVI's exceptional hospitality. Robin's warm and gracious welcome made us feel like cherished guests from the moment we arrived. She had her staff greet my family and escort us to our accommodation! We had a little mini tour, so cool! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Robin's unwavering dedication to accommodating our needs. When we had a little maintenance issue during our stay, Robin jumped right in and had it sorted faster than you can say "vacation rescue," - problems come up, I get it, but she relly handled it well!

We love working with Robin and her team to create memorable experiences and moments for visitors to St. Croix. VI Food Tours has supplied welcome goodie boxes for Premier Properties guests that allow them to get a taste of St. Croix upon arrival to the island. It's always a pleasure to create these for Robin and her team. Their properties are amazing and their service is impeccable. You couldn't ask for a better host while on St. Croix!

Robin provided everything we could have asked for for this vacation. The house was sparkling clean, comfortable and the view was fabulous! Robin also gave us recommendations for dining , excursions and shopping. I would highly recommend booking with Premier Properties for a worry free vacation,

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Robin. She has quite a good selection of properties listed on her site and she recommended the best property for our needs. She has the knowledge of all the local restaurants & activities on St. Croix as well. She took the time to make sure we felt welcomed and have all the possible information we need to make our vacation a memorable one. She and her staff communicate often and are very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend her as the St. Croix property manager!
