We had a wonderful 4 week vacation in St. Croix. It was amazing largely due to the quick response from the management company whenever we had an issue. Additionally, this was the best stocked vacation rental that we have stayed in to date. The property owners thought of everything you need for an extended stay in paradise, and then provided it!! Thanks so much Sunny and Robin!

Hibiscus Beach House was as nice as the description and pictures. My wife I enjoyed the openness of the upstairs. Access to the upper deck and downstairs pool was ideal. The plants near the pool were a nice touch. The pool area was well maintained ( didn’t get his name) . The gentleman who cleaned the pool was very friendly and diligent. The house was very clean and well equipped. This was our first visit to St Croix. We found the rental location center north ideal for exploring the island . It was about 30-40 minute drive to the far points east and west from the rental. My wife and I enjoying walking and found a safe route from the rental about 1.5 miles round trip. The access to ocean out front of the property was nice for the days we didn’t want to drive to a beach.We swam, snorkeled and sat on the small beach area out front.

We love working with Robin and her team to create memorable experiences and moments for visitors to St. Croix. VI Food Tours has supplied welcome goodie boxes for Premier Properties guests that allow them to get a taste of St. Croix upon arrival to the island. It's always a pleasure to create these for Robin and her team. Their properties are amazing and their service is impeccable. You couldn't ask for a better host while on St. Croix!

During our delightful vacation we had the privilege of experiencing PremierProperties USVI's exceptional hospitality. Robin's warm and gracious welcome made us feel like cherished guests from the moment we arrived. She had her staff greet my family and escort us to our accommodation! We had a little mini tour, so cool! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Robin's unwavering dedication to accommodating our needs. When we had a little maintenance issue during our stay, Robin jumped right in and had it sorted faster than you can say "vacation rescue," - problems come up, I get it, but she relly handled it well!

WONDERFUL!! We had the absolute best time in St. Croix. The home was spacious, clean, and we had everything we needed plus some due to Robin's spectacular customer service. Her staff was very helpful when we called with a question and suggested great dining locations with the best views! Would definitely book again and recommend to everyone. Robin was outstanding to work with and our vacation was perfect! We were met at the airport with snacks and drinks welcoming us to St Croix . Our rental was beautiful and she was available to any questions or needs we had during our stay. She went above and beyond .. I would definitely rent another home with her company as you don’t find this type of attentiveness these days !! Would highly recommend!!! 5 plus stars 🌟

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Robin. She has quite a good selection of properties listed on her site and she recommended the best property for our needs. She has the knowledge of all the local restaurants & activities on St. Croix as well. She took the time to make sure we felt welcomed and have all the possible information we need to make our vacation a memorable one.
