The house was exactly as described, about 20min car ride to Disney. The pool was clean and our family had a lot of fun! Fully equipped for a family vacation! Dennis was very responsive and helpful!

We stayed here for about a week and loved our stay. It had everything we needed to feel welcome and "at home away from home". The Storey Lake and the Cove resorts were beautiful, clean, and such fun for our family. We enjoyed a day at each. We would stay at one of these properties again in the future. Dennis was very responsive and helpful. We appreciate the hospitality and availability. We look forward to future stays! It is very close to everything! Even avoiding tolls was a breeze and near all the attractions. Not to mention had several restaurants near and department stores and gift shops etc!

We stayed at Dennis' house with the whole family for our trip to Disney and had wonderful times! The very clean house, in a very pleasant region and that overcame the needs of the whole family. Dennis was a great host, one of the best we've ever had! He replied super fast every time we contacted and was always very requested with us. We will definitely be staying with him again at the next opportunity :)

Overall it was a great experience and perfect location for Disney. The kids loved the Disney theme around the house and the pools on the resort were perfect for them. The small items provided were helpful and the house was a good size. Only thing we would have changed was that the cleanliness could have been better. There was hair and other debris on the floors and the washing machine and dishwasher had mold.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dennis's place. My family and I felt right at home and would definitely stay there again. The accommodations were very spacious for all of us, and the kids had a great time in the private pool. The kitchen was beautiful, featuring a lovely island and all the necessary items, which made it easy to prepare breakfast in the mornings. Dennis was very responsive and extremely welcoming. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Location was ok. Could have been cleaner as there were hairs in most of the showers and master bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. FWIW, the master shower has a window that is neither tinted nor frosted, and if you’re a taller person you may be uncomfortable as you can see into it from outside. Bunk beds were never made upon arrival. Townhouse is definitely worn as the carpet has 0 padding left and subfloors are extremely loud and creaky. Worst of all, the dryer never had hot or warm air making it difficult to do any laundry. We reached out to the host who just submitted a work order with no resolution. The neighborhood was rather loud at night and also not visually appealing as there are trash bags just left outside each unit and loose trash blown around the property. The clubhouse pool area is nice, however they do not allow outside food or drinks and the quality for the extremely high prices was a huge let down. In summary it was an ok stay but would not return in future.

My family and I did an impromptu visit to Orlando and found this Airbnb. It was exactly what we needed. It was very close to grocery stores, department stores, restaurants and most important of all Disney parks! We had a blast during our stay. 10/10 would stay here again.

Dennis’ place is exactly as pictured and extremely clean! My kids LOVED the Mickey and Minnie bedroom and that each room had a TV! The pool area was perfect, and heat was worth the money. We spent a lot of time in back yard. We loved that a clubhouse with a pool and lazy river were only 2 blocks away. Overall this place was excellent Airbnb and we plan to rent it again next year!!

Staying here was an amazing choice for our group. It was spacious and everyone had their own bed. The open floor plan for the living space made sure we could all enjoy our time together. Everything was neat and clean. Clean linens were provided, including both pool and bath towels. Although we had a brief issue with checking in with security the first night (it is in a gated community), there was no problem after or with the home itself. Every question I had prior to or during our trip, Dennis was very quick with responses and made it so much less stressful. I have stayed at many Airbnb homes around the world and this is definitely one of my favorites. I highly recommend staying here!

Place looks exactly like the pics. Is very nice new and clean. The waterpark is great but the slides aren’t in the park closest to the house. Not a big deal at all as the pool walking distance from the place was great. Pool area was nice had food drinks and music. Check in had a little hiccup as you need a QR code to get into the property (security is very good). We didn’t have it and thought the door code was all we needed. Not the end of the world just a heads up as I thought we had everything to get on and didn’t. Pool at the house was clean and nice. All the appliances were new and worked great. Will stay here again.

Great spot! Parking right out front and the place was well laid out - beautiful kitchen and living space. It was great having the pool & a gate which provided some peace of mind knowing we could secure the pool when not in use to keep the kids safe. The resort was spectacular- so many activities. Would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time we had used casiola through Dennis. Very helpful, responsive and very pleasant to work with. The property was clean, updated and we all loved the community area. Most local attractions were within a 20 minute drive. Definitely love working other this company and Dennis as a representative.

It was incredible! The pictures were very accurate. The place was immaculate, welcoming and so comfortable. Dennis was very responsive (I messaged a question and he responded right away). The location was so close to everything - restaurants, outlets and of course the parks. Coming in and out of the gated community was a breeze (staff were super friendly and helpful). Finally, the clubhouses were beautiful and clean!

Place was clean and setup beautiful just like in the pictures. Close to Orlando about 30 minutes so close enough to everything we wanted to do. A grocery store within 5 minutes as well. Dennis was very responsive and the resort staff at storey Lake was very nice. We assumed this location was close to the main clubhouse but it actually is close to its own clubhouse with water park and you have access to the main clubhouse and Waterpark as well so it's like two for one. Two downfalls here were the checkin at the gate the 1st time just because they didn't have us on the security list. But it was fixed quickly with a phone call. And the parking is very close together, apparently. Our rental was hit while parked at night and no one said anything. Other than that great place will be back again!

The house was beautiful, clean, and extremely close to all of our vacation destinations. The staff at the club house were kind and made our day enjoyable. The only small downside is that entering the gate at night can get backed up. At times it did add 10-20 minutes to our trip. But overall this house was incredible, would stay again.

We absolutely loved this place at Storey Lake East! The neighborhood is quiet and secluded. The house was perfect for our family of 6 plus my brother in law who stayed for a few days. The rooms were exactly as pictured, and the kids loved their rooms and finding all the hidden mickeys! I absolutely would stay here again. It was exactly as expected and just like the photos.

This is our second stay in Storey Lake. This townhome was in a quiet area yet near the clubhouse with pool and amenities. The townhome had everything listed in the description. The pool is a cocktail pool or plunge pool. There was a bbq area and a table for 4 outside. The pool area does back up to the road but there wasn’t much traffic at all. It was pretty quiet. On the other side of the road was a small pond and Greenbelt. I did see some small ants in the master bedroom and we washed down the pool area because there were bugs out there. I figure that’s to be expected because it is Florida. Check-out was very easy and convenient. We had a great stay and would consider this townhome for our next visit. This company is very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay the condo was extremely clean and welcoming. My children really enjoyed trying to find the hidden Mickey Mouse’s. It was a very easy short drive to Disney world parks. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other’s.

The unit was squeaky clean and exactly as described. We loved every bit of it! The location is great, just a few minutes from Disney World. It is a private, gated neighborhood, which is great. The only complaint I would have is that the line to get into the community can get long during the busy parts of the day. Traffic came back up on the street waiting to get in. This was a pretty minor thing. We will definitely be staying here again!

The house was in a great location for visiting Disney Parks. It was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family of 8. We felt right at home. The complex offered lots of great activities for kids at the pool areas and club houses. Staff were friendly at the Storey Lake complexes. Dennis’s team answered all our questions promptly whenever we needed them. One point of mention is this is a gated community. You need to get a parking pass on arrival or security advised your car will be towed. This instruction was missing from the check-in process. The lines to drive in and out of the complex at security gates were often long and during one of our nights of stay it took us over 30 mins to gain access. So guests should be prepared for that, it seemed to be connected to end of day return from the parks by families staying in the units.

This was a great location when visiting Disney and surrounding parks. Close to the airport too, so ideally located when travelling with a young family. The villa was very clean, bright and welcoming, the resort pool was an added bonus on days when we wanted to relax. I would recommend this villa to my friends and family.

The townhouse we stayed in was beautiful and the pool was perfect for us! We really enjoyed having access to a grill and the water park inside the resort was perfect for the kids to stay busy and enjoy themselves when mama wanted to relax. Only issue I had was not having the correct code when time to check in and after an 18 hour ride that was an inconvenience but all was figured out and the rest of the stay was amazing.

Unfortunately, didn’t have a good experience want it to be cleared on how important it is for this area to have connection being that there’s no phone access. Also, everything now an days is depended on WiFi , TV wasn’t working as well. For what my family paid for found it a bit unfair that kids couldn’t have a movie night with the family and for someone who works from home it was truly important to have this resolved but it wasn’t. Beds were very uncomfortable that made it more difficult. Dennis did communicate which I do appreciate it. Thank you for that.

My name was not registered at the gate when I got there so the guard was not going to let me in. I had to call and was talking to a third party that had to get ahold of someone else in order to get everything straightened out which took over an hour. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Other than that everything was great. They did give us free heat for the pool for a week because of the mess up, although I don't think we needed it.

This place was nice. Everything brand new my kids feels at home right away thank you all my friends and family already asking where did we stay and gave them your information thank you again we don’t want to leave yet but for sure there will be a next time.
