Was given a 2 different addresses. The first address had people in it. How embarrassing! The pool was dirty and cloudy. Was not able to enjoy the pool the whole week we were there. Sent multiple messages about the pool. Requested a discount/refund for the inconvenience and was told that a ticket was submitted for the inconvenience. NOTHING WAS SUBMITTED! Airbnb took all of my screenshots of the messages and pictures of the pool situation and was kind enough to refund me some of my money spent because the host denied taking any responsibility and denied the claim. Thank you Airbnb for taking care of your customers. Horrible host. Please avoid

The house was very accommodating for my family and I. Such a quiet neighborhood.The host Dennis was always responsive and willing to help. He made this whole process very painless.There were plenty of rooms and beds to choose from, the house is even more gorgeous and spotless in person and the private pool was the best part it kept the kids entertained while the adults caught up. Most definitely would recommend.

Very nice and comfortable house. Very close to Disney parks. He had everything you needed to spend an amazing vacation and Dennis was an excellent host, very nice and always responded very quickly

This place was really pretty nice. It worked for the 12 of us but quite of few of us encountered RoaCHeS!!! I HaTe them!!! The pics shown were accurate. Dennis was responsive but not kind. Not all beds were completely made and when I informed him he gave me so many issues about 3 blankets. The temperature was close to 30 degrees that night so I went out at midnight in search of blankets. Over $100 later I returned with 4 blankets to find they brought 3 blankets; he never communicated this to me. The overall stay was good!!!!

great area and Dennis is pretty quick with communication. overall house was nice , wifi was weak or not at all available and we got zero cell service. carpets could use a shampooing but would return ! kids loved the pool!!

Really pretty place, check in is a hassle , was gave the wrong address at first. Master bedroom light never worked. Was given minimal trash bags so bring your own supplies. There are towels but during my stay the pool was emptied out with out us knowing. Also the bbq was broken and the kitchen faucet was messed up.

Do not stay at this place! We couldn’t get in till 2 am due to given wrong address. We had to walk around a pool that we had to carry the toddlers because it was too dangerous for them to walk they could fall in but that was the only way in. The stove was broke so we couldn’t use that. Then they want to blame a broken bed on us and try to make us pay for that. It was Ridiculous! Do not Recommend !!

Nice sized house I had a family of 13 it was enough for everyone. Parking is terrible, service is terrible but WiFi in the home works great. Check in is a hassle make sure to receive clear instructions before checking in other than that everything was good and also clean

Very prompt with responding to questions. the place could’ve been a little more clean and I don’t know if the pool heater wasn’t working for the first couple of days other than that we enjoyed our stay

Home was much smaller than as advertised. We asked every week leading up to our trip if the resort is open. I kid you not the day we got there it closed for 5 of our 7 days. There is no state or local mandate just then deciding to close.

This place is well priced, good for larger groups, and decently located. 25min from Disney and 40 from universal ..... pool is awesome! However, there are no staples.... no laundry detergent, no cleaning supplies, 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, one roll of paper towels, etc so we had to buy everything and of course had to buy far more than we used even for a group of 10.

Comfortable place close to Disney parks. The small house pool is good for hot days of splashing around. The resort pool is wonderful and an easy close walk to get to. Lots of beds for everyone to sleep in; but not tons of room to lounge in. One couch in the living room, and not the most comfortable one either. A little cramped by the entrance door, but it worked well for our family vacation to disney!
