Unfortunately, the A/C did not work properly throughout our stay, making the house extremely uncomfortable. We reported the issue right away, but instead of taking responsibility, the host accused us of having extra guests as the reason the home wasn’t cooling, which was completely false.

We had a wonderful stay and want to thank Dennis for hosting us this past weekend. The home was spacious, very clean, and perfect for our trip. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was a huge plus, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. I was looking for something within my budget, close enough to easily Uber to International Drive, and with enough space so everyone could have their own room. While the home is listed as 6 bedrooms with 7 beds, the layout worked really well for our group. One of the bedrooms with two beds is connected to a separate living room area with a couch, TV, and gaming console. For groups of adults where two people may prefer not to share a bedroom, that extra space is a great option.the couch is large and looks very comfortable to sleep on if needed. Overall, the house was exactly as described, very clean, and in a great location for getting around Orlando. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily book again.

everything was great but we did not get to get to enjoy the jacuzzi because the sun was not put enough to heat the jacuzzi lost money first time i ever heard of that.

Most of our stay was good. It was very close to Animal Kingdom and the pool was really nice. Every bedroom has attached bathroom. So it was easy for all the families to manage. But we had some inconveniences during our stay - garage door didn't open automatically and we saw a cockroach in one of the bathrooms. Other than these 2 issues, everything else was nice.

The house was fantastic. We had a group of 10 adults and the house worked perfect for us. Plenty of space and privacy, as well as all the amenities we needed. Dennis was very responsive to all of our questions and we had a wonderful long weekend getaway.

The house it self is nice!! (1) When we got to the home we had to call because we were sent the wrong code to get in!! (2)Very Dirty Furniture and the Blinds are all tore up at the back sliding door someone could look rt in on us!! (3) We had no Internet at all during our stay!! (4) Only one TV was working the rest couldn’t even turn with the remotes (5) It needs to be sprayed for bugs the house is full of bugs in the ceilings and in the corners of the house!! For future references I recommend that you all check behind your cleaning crew I have pictures were paper and all that stuff was left behind!!

House is nice with great bedrooms with bathrooms in a great location but the Wifi didn't work our entire stay and our response from dennis about the issues was little to none. I could not work nor use the tvs and the host made.no effort to fix the.issue and just ignored my messages. Heads up pool is a lot smaller then the pictures seem and there are no lights for night outside at all. Carpet is also shabby and white and seems dirty from age and use. For the price we paid we expected all to be in working order with prompt attention to any problems but that was not the case. Loved location and house was nice but the lack of communication really hampered our trip.

nice house lots of space great location amazing pool that would not heat up ... the grill was dirty the house didn't feel clean but a was big enough for us I had my parents maid come and clean .... and after that we was good easy with the keypad I loved it just wish it didn't look dirty on the inside

Worst Experience Ever!! Sorry, this review will be long, but I wanted to list some (not all) of the issues with this place and the host/management company that ruined the first part of our trip. I was in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, and what we went through is unacceptable for anyone. My whole family of 13 was so excited for this trip since we have never traveled to the East coast from Oregon and finally being able to travel after the pandemic. The younger kids/adults picked this place (higher price than other places I looked at) in a gated community specifically for the pool, which looks very deceiving on the size of the Airbnb picture, but I guess most of the pools in the Florida area are similar in size. What we didn't expect was the pool water being hot, which we did not request to be heated but then thought the water is hot from the Florida sun. I messaged our host on the check-in day about the pool water and 3-4 bags of garbage being left on the ground next to the garage driveway by the cleaning person, who was still cleaning the house at our check-in time. In the heat, the stink was unimaginable and hundreds of flies. The flies would come into the house each time we opened the front door. The host said that the pool is not heated and the garbage bags would be picked up the next day. I messaged our host again the next day since the pool water had not cooled down from the night before and he responded again that the pool heater was not on. The third message on the third day asking the host if he could send someone to check the pool and garbage bags still left outside. The host never responded back on the 3rd day message. I think there’s an Airbnb policy that the host needs to respond back within 24 hours? The garbage bags were left out there for 4 days now. Husband called the 800 management company/host’s phone number to discuss the issues that were going on since I was not getting anywhere with the host. They suggest giving my husband the phone number to contact the resort to have the garbage picked up. This should have been done by the host/management company. We asked to have the manager call us, which we were told she would call the next day. A person (not the manager because she was in a meeting) called the next day and we mentioned the pool water, the garbage bags, bugs/insects/cockroaches in the house (some dead, some alive, and have pictures), barely any wifi/internet connection (which was also mentioned to the host), only 4 spoons in a house that accommodate 13-14 people and a few other issues. The spoons is a minor thing, but I want to mention it because it should have been noticed by the cleaning/service person before we checked in. We were told they will send someone to look at the pool, pick up the garbage, and spray around the house for the insects. The pool people confirmed that the pool heater was ON this whole time and turned it off the day before we checked out. We were not happy about this since we wanted a house with a pool for the kids, but none of them were able to enjoy it during this stay and barely used it since the water was hotter than the air. The manager called at 7:30pm that night, which we missed by a few minutes, and she left a message to say that she’s heading out for the day. We called her right back and said that we expected a phone from her after her meeting earlier during the day and I messaged the host that we wanted a phone call from him. I was going to mention to him another issue with the side handle to the stove door coming off as I was opening the stove. There was a stickiness where it should have been screwed in. It looked like someone did a temporary fix. Unlucky for us to be the next person to use it. If the cleaning person did not notice only 4 spoons in a house that fits 14, then I don’t think they even noticed the stove door handle. The host confirmed that the pool heater had just been turned off that day (after confirming numerous times through numerous days that it was not on and had it turned off a day before we checked out and no apologies). He did not want to call us (why give us a phone number?) and asked to discuss this and other issues via message, which I’ve been doing for four days and no action. We told the host that we expect a phone call from the manager or him before we checked out the next day. No phone call from either one. This is the very first bad review I’ve done. I’ve given all positive reviews on all the places I’ve stayed at, even if there were a few issues here and there and only privately gave my suggestions to the owner/host. We appreciate house owners sharing their space with strangers and have always taken good care and clean after ourselves before we leave. We even left a tip for the cleaning person because we don't believe it's that person's fault. This is all on the host/management company of not following through with their guests and doing proper upkeep of this house. Thank you for taking the time to read this review and giving me the opportunity to vent.

The pictures on the site don't do this property justice. Our stay was amazing with a bathroom for every bedroom. Location was perfect for a Disney vacation and the kids loved the pool!

You want a place big enough for the family this is it. Pool heating was perfect for the cold days and the kids was able to enjoy it the whole time. The house was very clean and truly made you feel at home. On top of that anything I felt unsure about Dennis was very quick to respond and put my mind to rest. Can’t wait until I can book this again!!!

The house was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Even the table was set, and the host kindly left coffee and cookies as a welcome gift. The backyard was private and beautifully landscaped. We had an issue with WiFi which was eventually resolved. I would highly recommend this house. It was an ideal vacation home.
