I always try to write fair and honest reviews. Dennis was very kind and responsive. His home was beautiful and as described. Our biggest issue was that it wasn't clean. The walls and carpet were filthy. I mean just disgusting for an ABNB. The downstairs bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. We sent him pictures and he sent someone to clean while we were out, but it was still dirty when we returned. We pushed the sofa forward to make more room for the chairs at the dining table and there was so much trash under the sofa. Trash under the dining table. The bathroom floor in the master upstairs didn't look as if it had been mopped. I put towels down to keep from stepping on it at all. It was extremely hot upstairs, but my daughter was freezing downstairs. There wasn't a ceiling fan anywhere in the house to help with air circulation which would've helped with the FL heat. I was just very disappointed. The pool was nice and the beds slept well.

We had an amazing stay at this home during our week long family vacation! The house was spotless, very spacious, and incredibly cozy. It looked exactly like the pictures, which made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice from the moment we arrived. Dennis was an outstanding host. He was professional, responded to all of my questions and messages quickly, and was very accommodating with the dates for our trip. His excellent communication made the entire experience stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this home again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

This home was beautiful and very spacious. With 4 adults and 6 kids there was still plenty of room for all of us. We stay in Florida every year and this is a place we would definitely come back to. Dennis was kind and quick to answer any questions we had. I would 10/10 recommend this home.

The house was very nice, clean, and matched the description. We did have an issue with the downstairs room, bed was extremely wobbly and unstable for us to feel comfortable having anyone sleep in there but also the ottoman in front of the bed was completely broken and was not removed before pour arrival. The host was quick to respond and have maintenance come and fix the issue. While they fixed 1 removing the ottoman, the bed was still not safe to sleep in. Host was very nice, quick to respond and reach out regarding the issue and status updates on maintenance arrival.

I traveled with family. There were 8 adults and 1 child of 2 years of age. The house is excellent and we were very comfortable, especially the master suite, which is very large (where I stayed with my young son). For those going to the Disney parks, the location is excellent, close to the 4 parks. Nearby, there are also restaurant options (such as Long Horn) as well as Target and Walmart. For those who have appointments at the International Dr., the house is further away. I recommend it and would stay in the same house on a new visit to Orlando.

Overall, my stay was nice. Dennis was extremely communicative and the villa was spacious and cozy. I wish I would have realized there weren't any ceiling fans. If that's a necessary for solid sleep, then I would recommend bringing a fan for yourself. Overall, I would still stay here again. The villa is close to Disney which made it more than worth it.

The check in was smooth until the security at the gate tried to kick us out because we were let in with our reservation number. At the time we haven’t been given a gate code. The temperature inside was cool but too warm for me at night. We could not get the thermostat to change for some reason. Other than that the house was very nice and clean. Dennis was very responsive and helpful.

Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for the apartment. However, the only hiccup was the access code to enter the complex, which proved a bit challenging. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this place to others.

We loved our stay at this place. Every room had a clean fresh scent, there was a TV in every room to unwind at the end of the day, the kids were in the pool multiple times per day, and the kitchen allowed us to cook several meals to save money.

Very nice stay! We stayed for Christmas with a large family off ages 2-90 and everyone was accommodated. There is a convenient bedroom with full bath on first floor great for my grandmother who was in a wheelchair. Great space will book again.

Great location, and Dennis was super responsive. We did not have any problems with the area. Also, under the furniture there was quite a bit of items like a milk bottle with sour milk and Oreos from previous guests. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend.

The pool never heated up we paid extra 200 for a pool that never heated up . We had ants and the couch was uncomfortable because it was broken . The walls needed to be washed. The carpets and rugs had stains . The beds was comfortable loved the space . The townhouse was clean .

DO NOT RENT. He will try & add additional fees after you check out. Furniture was FILTHY, trash was full upon arrival which made the place smell & have flies and we had to keep flagging down maintenance to take the trash, they would never take it all. There was a $200 cleaning fee applied when we booked and the only thing we left to clean was the kitchen & he tried to charge me an extra $500 for cleaning, $350 for a “ smoking smell “ & “$150 for oder “ He is a crook. He offered a late checkout for an extra $50 & bc the service in the home was TERRIBLE I got the email 30 mins later & paid it… he wrote me back saying the sheriff was going to be called leave now. Extremely rude, Terrible experience.

The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are huge and private. The beautiful kitchen had plenty of room. Tons of parking wascavailable. It's close enough to the big attractions, yet far enough away to get out of the hustle. We loved the sliding doors that opened the living room up to the pool. Clean, tons of room, plenty of bathrooms, easy parking and a nice modern look. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The place was lovely. Huge space, very clean, and modern. The beds were the most comfortable too! The sofa looked comfy but wasn’t for us, the kitchen was well equipped. Great to have a little pool out the back! My only complaint is - this is a highly populated party area. The noise some nights was unbearable, and the line to get into the gates was 45mins - 1hr most nights after 7. This is in no way the owners fault, but just a word of warning for those travelling with kids.

Dennis place was VERY CLEAN AND CHIC, the place was spotless and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I will add that the TVs should be looked at downstairs and in 2 of the rooms upstairs, we had issues with them, also the check in process was a bit much, we had pre-register our vehicles with Dennis but when we got there we were given a hard time by the guard to get in the gate, and it was late and we were all tired as heck. I would recommend this place to others, hopefully the TVs are programmed to work and the check in instructions are more clear

This place is lovely! The pictures do not do it justice. I gave it a four because when I got to bed (check in evening) my sheets were dirty. Of course it was after business hours and I had plan in the am. I had called mid afternoon the next day. They had someone drop off the wrong size sheets in the evening. I called back immediately and asked for someone to come change them. Of course they couldn’t(after business hours), I end up changing the sheets from the previous guests. Also was left with dirty liens. The next day someone from the office said they would have the entire house clean and they needed 5 hours. We stood out longer, they ended up just remade the bed. I expressed my disappointment. Still haven’t heard from anyone. I also asked prior to coming if the amenities are open, they said yes. They are not due to COVID. It’s only the pool. Overall please it’s amazing, customer service not so great.

Honestly I really enjoyed staying here. The only issue was the fact that there was a MAJOR red ant problem in the back patio by the pool, I’m allergic and I got bitten just from crossing the back doors threshold.
